Ken Wasil

Ken Wasil has written African Safari for Women, A Great Escape: Short Stores for Travelers, Mr. Thoreau Goes to Boston,  Rivers of Words. The Quick Guide for Writing for the Web and English Usage, and most recently, The Car of the Future and Other Stories, a coming of age thriller.

He has taught English, creative writing, and Cultural Anthropology at universities in Asia.  He began his career writing proposals, product descriptions, and advertisements while a sales and marketing representative of computer products and services and for a major film industry magazine.  He has also wrote resumes and marketing literature while the branch manager of a writing company.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California

He enjoys reading, traveling, and teaching.  You might find him trekking through the jungles of Africa, lazing along the shore of a verdant river in Southeast Asia, or backpacking through the Himalayan Mountains.
