Hi, I'm Dey. I've been lurking  as a reader for a while, but I'm brand new to the writing side and still finding my rhythm. Already in too deep to turn back, though.

I mostly write because I love that specific moment where two characters look at each other like the world's ending and then immediately pretend they're fine. Slow burn, angst, quiet longing, the kind of romance that aches a bit before it heals, that's my whole thing.

Lately I've been deep in Thai BL. The chemistry in some of these pairings genuinely blurs the line between the character and the actor, and I can't stop thinking about it. I've also got a long-standing soft spot for Jikook, which probably says too much about my tolerance for subtext and eye contact that lasts a beat too long.

I've got way too many ideas scattered across my hard drive, half-finished scenes, messy outlines, stray dialogue, whole emotional arcs that might never get written. I'm finally trying to actually finish some of them.

Since I'm new to posting, expect my writing to be dramatic and a little indulgent. But it always comes from a real place. Mostly it's yearning, bad communication, and people who should obviously just talk to each other but choose to stare instead.
