Raafiyah Ahmad

I'm Raafiyah Ahmad. I have been writing for 5 years now and I started writing about people care about as those were the people who were my audience. I then transitioned into writing about hardships I've faced in my life  in order to feel a form of freedom and control. As well as that I write about other experiences outside of what relationships have taught me because I  wanted to focus on the positive parts that remind me how fortunate I am. I use my writing as a way of expressing my opinions, forming a perspective on the outside world and contributing to it by telling my story. This is the first time I'm posting my poems so I hope you enjoy reading what I post. Have a wonderful day.
