Hello hello. Name's Alice. I've been writing my whole life... yadda yadda. You know the usual spiel.
I'm the girl who never really grew out of her Goth phase. But who doesn't love a little Tim Burton every now and then? I also love comic books, video games, and pop/Internet culture. It influences pretty much everything in my life (including my art).
I also adore music; my iPhone and my Spotify accounts are my babies. I love making playlists for my characters and stories, and I love when people care enough to send me their suggestions. Crowd-sourced playlists in the future? Who knows!
If I'm not at the computer, I'm running around trying to catch a Vulpix, or cooking up something tasty, or seeing a movie, or playing The Sims until I pass out, or... well, you catch my drift. I'm a gal who likes having a lot of hobbies. Writing's always been the closest to my heart, though... grew up on Neil Gaiman, Steven King, and Roald Dahl. Now I'm digging Patrick Rothfuss, John Scalzi and Ernest Cline among others.
