As an author/ Wattpad member: 
1. I write stuff just because I feel like doing so. I'm not good at it. But I just publish them anyway. After all, it's fun adding those multimedia images at the sides and do the book covers. 
2. Most of my stories have very simple, shallow plots. Reality as it is already sucks, I'd hate for even the imaginary ones (those I can control) to be equally depressing. :)
