Molly Follette

I always hate writing "about me"s on social networks because no matter what I say I feel like I sound pretentious or egotistical; so I am going to use the "About Me" I was forced to make in creative writing as a guideline, therefor I can't feel like a self- indulgent narcissist:
  I am a fifteen year old girl living in a small egg shell colored house right off of the main street. I take great interest in the history of cinema, mentally unstable monarchs, abandoned amusement parks, Charles Dickens and Perry Como. I idolize Helena Bonham Carter, Martin Scorsese, Bette Davis, Jane Austen, Oscar Wilde, Stanley Kubrick and Albert Camus. I love reading, writing, singing, acting, and watching old episodes from the 1970s brittish sitcom "Are You Being Served". I am a huge fan of Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, BBC Sherlock, 24, Merlin, and Boardwalk Empire. I am obsessed with retro- futurism of the 1960s and the Regency era. I plan to travel a lot in the future and to find the meaning of life through trips trips down the Congo river in a Bamboo raft and prolonged voyages with a caravan of tradesmen in the Sahara. I also yearn to gallivant through the Carpathian mountains, run a fully- functioning feminist pirate ship and retire inside a Dymaxion house or a Hobbit hole :D
