I started writing when I was in eighth grade. I asked my English teacher at the time to look over one of my stories. When I got it back it was so covered it red ink that I never looked at it again. Bless him for trying. I then started writing things Star Wars related. Realizing ten years later that I would never actually publish anything with the word lightsaber or Millennium Falcon in it, I started a nine year project that ended last year. Its called The Future of the Earth: The Linchpin. Hopefully it will have its own success and I can continue to write the stories in my head for the enjoyment of more people besides myself.

I grew up in Idaho and was raised by a father who loves everything to do with outdoors and the animals in them. Camping, hunting, fishing, hiking, and exploring were all part of life. I eventually graduated from high school and wanted to explore some more. I traveled to England, France, Germany, Korea, Canada, and exposed myself to cultures and people that stretched my boundaries of what it meant to be human. I attended college in Hawaii, and learned the other great outdoors sport: surfing. I met my wife in a creative writing class and we were married a year later. We live in Idaho now and are looking for more school and a new place to explore.
