Hello and welcome!

Thank you for taking the time to pop over and check out my profile. I'm currently a toddler wrangler by day, writer by night. Oh, who am I kidding, I toddler wrangle 24/7. But! I try to get some writing in here and there when the tiny tyrant is asleep.

I try to update my main story (currently Bowstrings & Velvet) once a week, on Mondays. Anything else is as and when I get the time.

Most of my stories on Wattpad are fantasy romance, or as I like to think of it "Romance in a fantasy setting". When I first started writing (more years ago than I care to admit), I wrote fantasy, but quickly realised that all my characters always ended up falling in love. And the love story was the bit that truly intrigued me. How two people can overcome whatever is against them (whether internal or external) to eventually find their happy ending.

When it comes to reading I'm naturally very fond of romance, but I will read pretty much any genre if the story interests me. My first book that wasn't for children was a Stephen King book, after all. (And I was 11, maybe not the best time to start reading horror. Do you think that might be why I'm afraid of the dark?)
