I have, all my life, created things.

When I was young, I thought I might like to be an artist. And I spent many an hour studying techniques and styles, and trying to draw comicbook heroes and fantastic creatures. Turns out I really suck at drawing. 

Then I discovered computer games - at a time when, literally, computer games where just being created. And I soon came to realize those were the kinds of worlds I wanted to create. 
 
I have, for most of my adult life now, had a pretty successful career creating and playing games. I have a family, with an amazing wife, and two beautiful kids, whom are now striking out to create worlds of their own. 
 
But in my career, I find I have less and less time to do the thing that I actually love, which is to create worlds.  And so it is, that after two decades of creating worlds through code, I now attempt to create them through prose. 
 
I'm new to wattpad - it was in truth my daughter that introduced me to the site, but it seems a good place to try my hand at writing - a place where there are not just fellow writers, but readers too. 

I hope you enjoy my stories -  whether I'm attempting to provide a fresh look at a world that you're long familiar with (like Azeroth!), or introducing you to new places and people.
