DeNisha Bates is a Michigan girl who has a passion for writing. She began writing poetry as a way to express herself and gain confidence. Her genre is Urban Fiction with a real, raw feel to each storyline and character. Currently, DeNisha is in the process of publishing her very first novel. An Urban Fiction tale about love, abuse, and self-awareness. Her plans are to write bestselling novels and have them turned in to film. She plans to own a Reading Lounge and Boutique.
