As a child, my great uncle, Lewis Carroll, gave me an old set of books and told me we were distantly related to the author. Though I later discovered this wasn't true, my love for those marvelous, strange tales sparked my passion for storytelling. I always felt there was more to Wonderland, and to how it came to be, that had been left unwritten. So, I created my own dark version of its origins.
