Bartimaeus

I am Bartimaeus! I am Sakhr al-Jinni, N'gorso the Mighty, and the Serpent of Silver Plumes! I have rebuilt the walls of Uruk, Karnak and Prague. I have spoken with Solomon. I have run with the buffalo fathers of the plains. I have watched over Old Zimbabwe till the stones fell and the jackals fed on its people. I am Bartimaeus! I recognize no master. So I charge you in your turn...whoever you are. Who are you to browse here?



Impressive stuff, eh? All true as well. And this is just the stuff of the past; right now I'm writing a couple masterpieces (1). There's my first work: The Ancient Guardians (2), then there's also Four-Eyes (3). My current master, this bright fellow called Alexandre (4), is like a modern philosopher, and the theories he spits out arent half bad (5) so I post one once in while.



1- I'm not saying you'll think they're masterpieces. Of course, the fact that there are millions of point of views makes it pretty much certain that at least one would see them as masterpieces. And with all do honesty, I do have a 5000-year edge on all of you.



2- This story is an adventure type of story, like the one you might've read about me. I won't really go into detail here though, you'll have to read it to know. Theres also affiliated stories from different PoVs that I'm writing, and I just started to release the background story for the original one.



3- I work a little less often on this one, but its still worth reading. I actually got the idea from a djinni i once worked with. A purple elf was his favorite form, but DAMN was he a headcase. He almost seemed human.



4- Yes, he is very bright. His skin is so pale it glows in the dark. Makes a decent night-light.



5- The other half would be that of a foliot's ass.
