Christine studied creative writing at Baldwin Wallace College and Cleveland State University; and has had the privilege of working with Karen Joy Fowler (author of The Jane Austin Book Club) at Cleveland State University, and with Paula McLain (author of The Paris Wife) through the Ohio Arts Council.
Her novel, Anonymous, won the 2016 Wishing Shelf Bronze Book Award; Won the 2015 Chaticleer Clue Award; 1st runner-up in the 2015 Eric Hoffer Award; Nominee for the 2015 Next Generation Indie Book Award; Nominee for the 2015 First Horizon Book Award; and Nominee for the 2015 IAN Book Of The Year. Her short stories have been finalists for Perigee Publication for the Arts and The Fish Short Story Prize.
