Ok, so, I, like so many of our generation, am riddled with mental health issues. Do I have a diagnosis? No. Why not? Cause, lots of people, don't recognise our problems. Maybe it's the adults around you, telling you that you have it easier and giving you the woe-my-hard-childhood-speech. Maybe, it's the teacher, that tells us we are an entitled lot. It doesn't change the fact that our problems affect us, and so often they seem crushing. And we don't talk about it, mostly because we are scared of how people around us would react. It's the sad truth. I have a friend who goes through lots of stuff like me, and talking to eachother has always helped us get out of the rut, even if it's for a little while. She's my safe haven. Not everyone has a safe haven, so, welcome to The Damaged Teens Society. Where you can talk to other damaged people, who actually knows what you are going through.
