"I've had panic attacks before too," She whispered to the girl. Not waiting for a response and began on.
"If I was by myself when it happened I would hold my arms to chest and breath in deeply," she told Adalina. Having a feeling this had happened before. "And it helped when I talked to someone about it."
Adalina just shook her head. Tears gathering in the girls eyes. She looked around at everyone in the room then quickly turned her gaze away.
"They were just worried about you sweetheart," Emily says reaching out to the girl, who flinches away.
She sighs and stands up turning to everyone in the room. "How about we all just continue playing outside for a while."
Everyone finally agreed on something and headed out or sat in the kitchen.
Emily didn't go back out and neither did Sam. They both sat on the couch next to Adalina to watch T.V After a few minutes the young girl had enough courage to say something.
"E-Emily," she whispered sitting Oliver down, who got off the couch and walked into Sam's waiting arms.
"D-does it really help," she said looking into the older woman's eyes.
Emily confused for a minute, raised her eyebrow, but then caught up and knew what she was talking about.
"It does," Emily said turning to the girl.
