This is a book of things that I want to say to myself (and others, if it applies to them) from an outside point of view towards myself (or actually towards them). I want to be able to be confident with who I am, as well as love myself even with all of my imperfections. (Same goes for others.) This is for those who feel they are alone with negativity directed at themselves. If I can help others while helping myself, I'll call that a good day.
