So basically you'll a new shy girl who moves into a new bizarre town in the middle of nowhere because your mother (who's is a famous scientist) got promoted to a new job there. As you arrive at your new 'skool' you meet two strange people (which are Dib and Zim.) You know that Zim is not human and is hiding something that no one else knows, later on you become close friends with Dib and help Dib stop Zim's evil schemes. But soon become friends with Zim only to find out that Zim found out something about you that you didn't even know about yourself. And your mother has been hiding the truth from you all along which allows you to become closer to zim.

Life was normal, until it was turned upside down. An unknown race of aliens invaded and successfully conquered the earth. Half of the population was killed. Animals have mutated into bizarre and dangerous versions of themselves. 10 years of loneliness and fear. A safe area around California was discovered, can (Y/N), Dib, Zim, and her friends make it there in time before doom strikes upon them?

This is basically How To Train Your Dragon and Invader Zim blended together. Enjoy :,D

In this story, most of the first chapters will be the reader trying to befriend zim, due to their mild hatred of earth and love of aliens! Romance will come later in the story, as, we all know zim is very stubborn and a one shot just wouldn't work with him. This is everyone in the story that grows a liking to you not just Zim. If you guys want me to make separate endings let me know! Otherwise you might feel like you're cheating I dunno XDD This will likely include some lemon so be warned.
