It's sillier than the main story) On September 3rd, 2002, Floor runs came to a sudden halt when it was discovered that floors above 19 were beginning to flood with a mix of water and Ichor. The water that began on the 19th floor was ankle deep, it gave no issues until it was ichor at the hips. 0 Extractions and 0 tapes were collected due to this disaster. This wasn't satisfactory for Dandy, personally he needed those tapes redistributed but for everyone they needed that ichor to be maintained. All that mattered now was maintaining an adequate height of the flooding ichor, but they couldn't do that without a solution. So, Vee and brightney used their intellect to create blueprints for "mass productable" submarines and let Shelly do the engineering. Thus the present time, December 3rd 2002.
