"This can't be happening!" Is what every country thought when they heard the news. Everything they had worked so hard for came crashing back down on them. The world was thrown into chaos when they found out that personifications exist for each country, ranging from shocked faced to full blown riots against the government, despite them being as clueless as the others. Every one of them had to flee, seeking shelter in the only place that can offer it. But how long can it last before their citizens find their hideout? And more importantly; what'll happen to them? Arthur is striving to become his departments head detective, who wants to get to the bottom of all these sudden animal like murders. However he meets a journalist who might be able to help him solve these sadistic killings. However, he is taken aback when discovering that the so called journalist has a hidden secret.

Arthur has invented time travel! However, people are after him because of it. Little does he know, he will be getting help from an immortal that is anywhere at anytime
