Katara, Aang, Sokka, and I all stood at the mirror getting ready for the day.
Aang shaving his hair. Sokka shaving his "mustache" Katara fixing her hair. And me cleaning out my piercings.
I felt a finger poke my ear.
"Would you stop that kid." I yelled at Sokka.
"Why do you have so many piercings?" Sokka says observing my ears.
"I'm pretty sure you asked me that before."
"I was hallucinating on cactus juice, I don't remember. Just answer the question woman."
I roll my eyes. "Cause they're cute." I reply.
"Yeah, they look good on you."
"Really?" I blush.
"Yeah. Uh, I've been meaning to ask you something," Sokka says rubbing the back of his neck.
"What is it?" I perk.
"Do you wanna maybe..uh..wanna hang out today?"
"Sure, I'd love to." I reply cheerfully.
"Wait, really?"
"Sure, why not." I said walking out the bathroom door and heading to Toph's room to wake her up but I guess Katara beat me to it.
I sniff the room. "Ew, what is that horrible stench."
"It's Toph," Katara replies.
"Ew. You really need a spa."
"That's what I said. And I somehow convinced her to go on a girls day. Wanna come with?"
"Actually, Sokka and I are hanging out today."
"Really like a date!" Katara shrieks.
"No, just hanging out." I quickly reply.
"I can tell you're lying." Toph laughs.
"Shut up, Toph, no one asked you. He just said hang out." I sigh.
"You like him don't you?" Katara teases.
"Ppft, what no. I'd never like a weird but cutely funny handsome guy like Sokka."
Katara and Toph laughed.
"Okay, maybe I do." I confess.
"You got some weird taste Soul, first Zuko and now Sokka."
"Zuko! Girl I never liked him. I just found him very attractive."
"Whatever," Katara playfully rolled her eyes. "But Sokka's crazy about you."
"He is?" I pout my bottom lip.
"Yeah, he never stops talking about you," Toph laughs. "His heart rate beats extra fast when you're around him."
I smile. "Anyways, get out of here, Toph smells like a dead skunk rat." I say exiting out the room.

Sokka and I were taking a stroll around the city when Sokka poked his head through a window.
"Ahh, poetry." He sighs.
I looked inside the room and noticed a bunch of girls. Is he serious right now? We're literally in a middle of a "date" and he's over here fawning over poetry?!
At that point, I begin to get jealous, so I kicked Sokka's behind, causing him to fall inside the haiku class.
I storm off as I hear the girls gasp.
"Unbelievable." I mutter. I thought he was enjoying our date but I guess not.
I some how winded up at a tea shop. And I didn't even like tea.
I sat down at a table and started to cry.
"You okay?" I hear a familiar voice ask me.
"Yeah, I'm fine." I lifted my head up and noticed the scarred Prince. "Zu-"
Zuko quickly shushes me by covering my mouth and dragging me outside the tea shop.
Once he removed his hand off my mouth we both yelled. "What are you doing here?"
"No, I asked you first!"
"Jinx."
"Stop copying me!" We yell.
"Okay, stop," I groan. "Go first."
"My uncle and I now own a tea shop in Ba Sing Se."
I didn't bother asking any questions.
"Now, what are you doing here?"
"Ever since my sister death, I wasn't the same, so I convinced my father to let me stay in Ba Sing Se for a while." I lie.
"Oh," Zuko said believing my story. "I'm sorry about your sister."
"It's okay." I sniffle.
What I didn't expect him to do was pull me in for a hug and of course I hugged him back.
"Thanks, I really needed that."
"So why were you crying?" Zuko asks.
"Oh, my date basically left me for poetry."
"What! What kind of jerk would possibly leave a date like you for poetry?" Zuko scoffs.
"My stupid jerk." I mutter.
"Well do you want to go out with me today?" I ask.
"He'd love to." Iroh says slipping next to Zuko out of no where.
"Oh, uh, great, I'll meet you in front of the shop at sundown."
I rushed home, putting on my best Earth Kingdom outfit.
"And where do you think you're going?" Sokka asks.
"None of your business." I hiss.
"Oh, come on Soul, you're still mad at me."
"Yes, I'm still mad, it was supposed to be our day."
"I said I was sorry."
"Whatever kid," I respond, putting on my rings.
"You look really pretty by the way." Sokka says staring at me through the mirror.
"I know."
"Bye, I'm leaving tell the guys I'm going on a date." I smirk.
"What! date?" Sokka shouts after me once I ran out the door.

"Hey, well look at you. You look so cute." I smile ruffling up Zuko's slicked back hair.
"Ahh. It took my uncle ten minutes to do my hair."
I grab Zuko's arm dragging him to a restaurant, so we could get something to eat.
"So, how long have you been in the city?" Zuko asks me once we started eating.
"About a month how about you?"
"Excuse me sir," the waiter interrupts. "Would you and your girlfriend care for some dessert?"
"Before Zuko could answer I answered for him. "Of course we would, thank you."
The man bows walking away.
I slurp my soup waiting for my dessert.
"You have quite an appetite for a girl."
"Uh, if that's your way of flirting, then good luck."
"Sorry. Did I mention how captivating you look today. I mean you're captivating all the time..um actually I've only seen you two times..okay I'll stop talking now."
I giggle. "Thank you, I like your new hair by the way, it's cute."
"Thanks." Zuko smiles.
"Did you just smile hot stuff."
"What no?!"
"I think you did."
"Whatever." Zuko scoffs.

"Hey, what happened to the firelight fountain they're usually lit, they're beautiful. I wanted to show you."
"Close your eyes, and don't peek." Zuko says.
"Okay, weirdo." I cover my eyes.
I hear quick chucks of flames. I smirk knowing what he did.
"Ok, now you can look."
"Oh wow," I gasp. "What happened?"
"Oh a firebender got his ways." Zuko smiles smugly.
Zuko and I stare into the fountain. I then reach
out and hold Zuko's hand.
He looks at me flustered as we face eachother.
I slowly place my hand gently on his scarred cheek, without hurry I lean in, placing my lips on Zuko's, lightly and briefly.
Zuko gives me a brief kiss in return. The kiss quickly turns into a make-out, before the kiss could get any further guilt built in my stomach, as I pulled away, backing away a bit.
"What's wrong?" Zuko asks.
"It's complicated. I have to go. I'm sorry." I say running away.
I walk in the house slamming the door behind me as my knees go weak.
"What happened?" Sokka asks rushing over to me.
"Just hold me." I say sliding my arms around Sokka's neck as we slowly collapse on the floor.
Can y'all believe Soul kissed Zuko before Sokka🙄 Anyways when do y'all want Soul and Sokka to date, cause I'm curious.
