Y/n Pov
My eyes slowly opened but closed immediately after due to a bright light. Once they adjusted I looked around and saw Sam had almost every light in the bedroom on. He sat at the desk looking extremely focused on something. It put a frown on my face as I sat up and rubbed my eyes.
"Hey, babe you okay?" I asked him.
He looked over at me and nodded his head while giving me a fake smile. He's up to something and I think I have an idea of what it is. He's been throwing himself into cases lately but won't tell me or anyone else why. He's exhausted and needs a break.
I've tried seeing if Dean would talk to him but he can't even get Sam to open up. I looked at the time on the alarm clock and saw it said 6:34am. Just seeing how early it is made me yawn. "Sam please come back to bed." I begged him. He shook his head and ignored me as he continued looking on his computer.
I sighed and got up out of bed. I wrapped my arms around him and kissed his cheek. "Will you please talk to me?" I begged him. He sighed and sat there in silence for a moment then nodded his head and got up. The two of us sat down on the bed and I waited for him to start speaking.
"I've been depressed for the past few months. I didn't want to say anything because I felt like I was burdening you and Dean." He admitted to me. It broke my heart hearing that. He knows better than that and that he can talk to me about anything.
"Sam you can always come to me for anything. Your not a burden and I don't want you feeling that way."
"I know...I know but it's so hard to not feel like this. My mind, it won't shut off." He said. It's starting to bring him to tears so I wrapped him up in a tight hug and held him there for however long he needs. He held my body tightly in his arms and I heard a sniffle come from him.
"I love you." I whispered.
"I love you too." He repeated. Once pulling away I gave him an assuring smile as I wiped his tears away. "Well it's early and I'm hungry so let's go make some breakfast. I'm sure the smell of bacon will wake Dean." I joked making him laugh.
"Your amazing, thank you." He smiled.
"No need to thank me. That's what I'm here for." I winked at him. I'm always going to be there for Sam no matter what happens between us. He's my entire world and I wouldn't trade him for anything. Ever.
