"I want to make a deal with you Dream..." Schlatt said, looking at me. Dream looked at me then back to Schlatt. I looked at him as he stared at Schlatt for a while. Dream looked down at me.
"Tommy run, TOMMY RUN!" I looked away from him and watched Wilbur and Tommy dodge arrows as they ran away from L'manberg. I felt tears prick and stab at my eyes. I wiped them away as quickly as I could and turned back to Schlatt and Dream.
"What's the deal Schlatt?" Dream asked. Schlatt looked at me with a disgusting look. He looked me up and down and smirked. I grabbed a hold of Dream's arm and looked up at him, shaking my head. Dream nodded at me and turned back to Schlatt.
"Dream, I want..." He paused for a moment, looking at me once more. "Y/n-"
"No." Dream said almost instantly. We were both taken aback at how fast he responded. Schlatt was about to open his mouth ask why. "Because I don't trust you with her. I think she needs to be kept safe.
"How do I know she'll be safe by your side?"
"Well, I've had her since the war, and she doesn't seem like she is in any sort of pain. That she wants to be out of my arms. It seems like the opposite. She wants to stay by my side and if she wants that, then I'll provide that." I smiled up at Dream and gave him a hug. Schlatt scoffed and walked off the podium.
"Whatever Dream, you know I won't let this go." Dream hugged me back and glared at him.
"And I won't let her go either." Schlatt walked down the steps and off the podium. "I expect you to be on your best behavior!" He flipped Dream off before walking away. I looked up at Dream, he looked back down.
"Dream?"
"Yeah?"
