Dream's POV: (A/N: Finding out why Dream is pretending to be Dre, excited?)
I looked at the sunset, the beautiful shades of red, orange and yellow clashing were marvelous. I loved watching it with Techno, when we were younger...
I hated having to pretend to not be myself...
I wished I could tell him...
But he would hate me...
Hate me for leaving...
Hate me for not coming back sooner...
He wouldn't want to see my face again. Why am I thinking this...He probably doesn't even remember me. So this is how it feels to have the most important person in your life not care...
I'm not important to Techno anymore...he's a prince...I-I'm just a joke compared to him.
So if, pretending to be someone else to gain his friendship back, is the best answer for me. I'll do it...

Third Person POV:
Techno, George, and Sapnap were engaging in a friendly conversation. Sapnap noticing the angry glances Techno and George gave each other, just giving them a confuse look. He didn't want to be stuck with these fools.
When was Dream coming back?
Why was I the one stuck here with these idiots?
After another one of their glares he had enough!
"What's up with you guys? Why are you glaring at each other? Cause you know you're not really good at hiding it," Sapnap added, making both panic for a second before trying to regain their cool.
"What are you taking about? Glaring? You might want to get your vision check Snapmap." George added, thinking he was capable of convincing his friend who just gave him the "are you dumb" look.
"I told you not to call me that!"
Another fight between George and Sapnap started. Angry shouts being thrown at each other. And Techno staring, his gaze moved to the door. Could he? Would they notice?
He got up and walked over, glancing back to make sure they didn't see him. They kept fighting, unaware he had made his way to the door. Techno walked out of the cottage, looking around for the blond. Where did he go?
If he was Dream...then he would go somewhere alone, peaceful...he glanced at the forest...a path leading deeper. He walked through the trees, following the path, that stopped after a while. But he kept going until he reached a clearing...a cliff...
Sitting on the edge gazing at the sunset...was Dream...
Walking over Techno tried to calm himself down. Would he ask Dream? No...it was too early...
He sat down beside Dream. A soft sigh escaping his mouth.
"Hi..." He said, voice holding emotion that he used to not be capable of having.
"Oh hi..." Was all Dream responded with.
"So...Dre..." Dream looked at him. Mouth becoming a quick smile, before returning to one that held no emotion. Techno knew, even if Dream had a mask, his eyes were deprived of happiness, the spark of flame he once was gone. Like he was before he met Dream...the person that changed his life...
He couldn't held it in him anymore
He had to ask
Techno faced Dream, who faced him too
"Dre..."
