Mina: Mianhae. I shouldn’t have done all those things I did.
I’m in the cafe, seated across Mina and she looks down at the cup of coffee in between her hands with guilt.
Mina: What I did was really stupid, coming back all of a sudden, trying to get Moonbin back... not to mention cheating on him when we were still a couple. That was really stupid.
I look at Mina with a surprised look and she breathes a laugh sadly.
Mina: I’m sure you already know that we were once a couple.
Mina looks at me and I nod.
Mina: I was unfair to him. I always expected the best from him and I wanted everything to go my way... He was so nice to me, but I still cheated on him in the end...
Mina sighs and I can see that she seems sincere.
Mina: I made a huge mistake back then, but I still continued making mistakes.
Suddenly, Mina places her hands on mine.
Mina: Please don’t do the same thing. You know Moonbin is a nice person and he only wants a second chance at love.
Mina then smiles sincerely at me.
Mina: You are his second chance.
My eyes widen and Mina pulls back.
Mina: Don’t get mad at him. If there’s anyone you should be mad at, it’s me. This is all my fault. Mianhae.
I smile then place my hand on Mina’s reassuringly.

Later that day
I feel better after that talk with Mina, but I still can’t help but feel awkward as I enter the school campus. Mina went back to her place, now. As soon as I approach the school building, I suddenly see Taehyung at the school entrance. I sigh with relief when I see that it’s not Moonbin or Soobin and walk towards the entrance. Taehyung turns to me when I’m near and I give him a friendly smile.
Y/N: Morning.
Taehyung: I didn’t see you during our performance yesterday.
My eyes widen as I look at Taehyung.
Y/N: Ah... M-mianhae. Something happened that’s why I had to leave.
Taehyung looks at me seriously then he suddenly smirks and leans on the wall.
Taehyung: Too bad, I thought I could tell you something that night.
Taehyung sighs then looks away from me.
Taehyung: Seeing what happened, I don’t really know if I’m too late now or if I still have a chance.
Taehyung then turns to me with a serious look on his face. My eyes widen when he suddenly smiles gently then walks up to me.
Taehyung: Tell me, Y/N. Do I still have a chance?
I look at Taehyung with a surprised look.
Y/N: W-what do you mean?
Taehyung: Don’t you get it? I like you, Y/N.
Taehyung looks into my eyes and I suddenly realize how close he is.
Y/N: M-Mianhae, but I don’t think I-
I start to step away from him when I lose my footing at the edge of the stairs and start to fall back. Suddenly, Soobin appears and catches me before I hit the ground. My eyes widen as I lock eyes with him then he turns to Taehyung with a serious look.
Soobin: Sorry, but she’s already taken.
Taehyung’s eyes widen and he sighs then turns to leave.
Taehyung: I guess I really am too late.
Taehyung walks away and I quickly pull away from Soobin.
Y/N: S-Soobin... what you said...
Soobin: Don’t worry...
Soobin turns to me then smiles.
Soobin: I already know you’re taken, too, anyway.
My eyes widen and Soobin breathes a laugh.
Soobin: You know you want to go to Moonbin. Just go to him already before I stop you.
I smile and place my arms around Soobin.
Y/N: Gomawo.

At the auditorium
Moonbin’s POV
I’m on the stage, seated on a stool, singing the parts of a random song. I sigh when I suddenly remember what Y/N said last night.
“...it seems what I said was not true...”
My heart suddenly becomes heavy and I look towards the door, half-hoping she’ll come in.
This is her favorite place after all.
I sigh when she doesn’t appear and I stand up and leave.

Your POV
I arrive at the auditorium, hoping to see Moonbin there but feel disappointed when I don’t see him.
Y/N: That’s funny. And I thought I heard him singing.
I sigh then turn around to leave.
Where are you?
I just came from the school building after checking our classroom, the music room, and the dance room, but I couldn’t find Moonbin in any of the rooms. I sigh and bow my head in defeat as I walk back to the school building. Once I arrive at the entrance, I see Dahyun walking towards the entrance and her face lights up when she sees me.
Dahyun: Y/N! Thank goodness, I thought you wouldn’t come today!
Dahyun finally reaches me and pulls me into a hug.
Dahyun: I was so worried about you!
I smile then hug Dahyun back.
Y/N: It’s okay. I’m fine.
Dahyun then pulls back and smiles.
Y/N: By the way, have you seen Moonbin?
Dahyun: Oh? Did something happen? It’s like you’re ready to forgive him.
I smile and nod.
Y/N: Mina and I had a little talk before she went back.
Dahyun looks at me with a surprised and disbelieving look.
Dahyun: No way! Did she really?!
I nod again.
Dahyun: Huh. Turns out she can actually be sincere for once.
I laugh then place my hand on Dahyun’s shoulder.
Y/N: To be honest, I was surprised, too. But at least she did. If she hadn’t spoken to me...
I look inside the school towards our classroom and smile.
Y/N: I wouldn’t be able to forgive Moonbin.
Suddenly, Dahyun links arms with me and I turn towards her to see her smiling brightly.
Dahyun: Good for you! But the festival isn’t over yet! I heard Seokjin put up a food stall. Let’s go check that out!

At the food stalls
Dahyun: There it is!
I turn to where Dahyun is pointing at and see a stall surrounded by female students. Dahyun pulls me towards it and I suddenly see Seokjin cooking inside that stall.
Y/N: Wait, Seokjin can cook?
Dahyun: Yup! And he’s really good at it, too! You should try his dishes!
Dahyun then turns to Seokjin as he finishes cooking.
Dahyun: Seokjin-oppa!
Seokjin turns to us and we suddenly make eye contact. He smiles playfully and I start to get nervous as Dahyun pulls me closer to the stall.
Dahyun: Good that you decided to bring up a food stall!
Seokjin sighs happily then leans on the table.
Seokjin: Yup. I never knew Yoongi could play the piano but when he decided to show it, I just thought, “Why not?”
My eyes widen when I hear what he said and I smile.
Seokjin: I see you brought Y/N along, too.
I turn to Seokjin with a surprised look and he smirks.
Seokjin: Don’t worry. I’m not going after you, anymore. I heard you and Moonbin just became a couple, yesterday. Guess, I’m too late, now.
Seokjin shrugs and looks away and I sigh with relief.
Dahyun: By the way, the stuff you’re selling looks delicious. Can we try?
Seokjin smirks then gives Dahyun and I one pack of kimbap each.
Seokjin: You can have those for free.
Dahyun & Y/N: Gomasseumnida~
Dahyun then pulls me away from the stall and I turn to her and suddenly see Moonbin walking away with his back to me behind her. My eyes widen and I quickly turn to Dahyun and give her the pack Seokjin gave me.
Y/N: Could you hold this for a minute? I have something I have to take care of.
Dahyun: Huh? O-okay.
Y/N: Gomawo!
I quickly run from Dahyun and towards where I saw Moonbin and look for him among the crowds. I still can’t see him so I stand on my toes so I can get a wider view. Suddenly, someone runs past me making me lose my balance. I start to fall forward when someone suddenly appears infront of me and catches me. My eyes widen and I look up at the person and suddenly feel disappointed.
Yoongi: Are you okay?
