Well we heard from Alice today, then we heard from Ettie. I think it's time we heard from the other Nixon girl. And then I can officially say that after 11 months, Alice's story is done. Except, of course, for any and all one shot prompts you all send me.

"Uncle Ron, what's that?"
"That's a puck, Noë."
"I like the yellow team."
"That's my team, so you picked well."
"The bear team?"
"Yeah. The Bruins."
"I'm cold."
"Well, they have to keep it cold for the ice."
"I'm hungry."
"We can get snacks later."
"I want them now."
"Noelle, you just had lunch."
"But I want snacks."
"Fine."
"I'm gonna play hockey someday."
"Sure."
"Ettie says she's goin to Yale."
"And I bet she will."
"Well, I'm gonna play hockey."
"Okay."
"I'm going to be in a band too."
"At the same time?"
"Yep."
"Okay."
"Mommy said you're leaving the country."
"I am."
"When are you coming back?"
"I don't know."
"Well, you should come back soon."
"I'll try."
"Mommy says you're a hero."
"So is she."
"I know. She's my mom."
"Your dad is too, but don't tell him I said that."
"I won't."
"Good."
"Yep. Uncle Ron?"
"What is it?"
"I'm cold."
