The refreshing water kisses her brown skin as Robyn dives into the ocean. Her long dark brown hair moves peacefully through the water. As Robyn comes up for air, she strokes her hair backwards to get it out of her face. She opens her eyes to look at the sparkling white beach in front of her. An average sized man waved to her. From this distance she couldn't see his face clearly. She pushes herself off with her feet and swam back to the beach.

"I see you found your swimsuit." Jack said while handing her a towel.

"Thank you." Robyn took the towel from Jack and started to dry her legs off. "I actually borrowed it. Why did you wave me over?"

Jack places his hands on his hips. "Come on, let's take a walk."

"Why?" Robyn twists her hair around to get rid of excess water. "What's going on, Jack?"

"It's about Ethan." He whispers, not wanting the people around them to hear that name fall.

Robyn nodded her head and quickly pulled a clean shirt over her head while slipping easily into a pair of jeans. As she was done tieing her shoes she followed Jack through the jungle to their second temporary home, the caves. Jin, Sun and Charlie where sitting on a big log, looking extremely nervous like they did something wrong. Kate, Sayid and Locke were talking to each other while keeping an eye on the three sitting on the log.

"Tell her Charlie. Just like you told me." Jack says while waving Kate, Sayid and Locke over.

"I was hiking through the jungle when I stumbled upon Jin here. His head cracked open and there he was, Ethan." Charlie looked up. "He wants Claire and if I don't bring her back by sundown tomorrow then he will kill all of us, one every day."

"What are we going to do?" Kate asks while biting nervously down on one of her nails.

"We go out and we kill him." Charlie says as he jumps up slightly turning to Kate.

"No." Robyn says, "We don't want the others to get upset."

"He's out there now." Charlie says. "Watching us. Laughing at us."

"I think he's right." Locke says.

Robyn couldn't help, but, let out a small giggle. The way that Charlie cares about Claire is pretty sweet, but, he has no clue how extremely dangerous Ethan is. If they don't handle this situation with care people will get hurt and that's when they will be vulnerable as a group. If they want to get rid of Ethan, for good. Robyn will give him what he wants with a little surprise of course.

"The man threatens to kill one of us, and what? We just wait for that to happen? We tracked him once before. We can track him again, right?" Charlie mentions again as he wildly paced back and forth between the group.

"Have you forgotten how that turned out? He bested you. Physically. He hung you from a tree and god knows what he did to Robyn." Jack reminded him.

"So, what's the plan?" Sayid says while looking at her.

"We're going to give him what he wants." Robyn says.

"You can't be serious!" Charlie shouts while stepping in front of Robyn. "Who are you to decide about her faith? She is bloody pregnant!"

Robyn takes a step back. "I've done this before, Charlie. I won't let anything happen to her."

"You said that before and look what happened then! Where were you when he took her! Are we really going to trust this woman who had amnesia with her life!" Charlie shouts.

"Charlie!" Kate says.

"It's okay, Kate." To be really honest all Charlie needed is for someone to blame it all on. To be angry with someone. Robyn didn't take it personal. Somewhere deep down she knew that he didn't mean it. He was just looking for a dark horse. Robyn faced worst battles than Charlie blamed her for.

"Charlie, to pull this off we need Robyn. She knows how these things work and what you didn't know is that right after Ethan took Claire she was the first one to go after him. The island is big even for Robyn to cover on her own." Jack says. His words were kind and meaningful. Robyn places her hands on her hips while waiting for a response from Charlie.

Charlie throws his hands up. "Okay. Jack trust you and I trust Jack. Don't make me regret this."

"I won't disappoint you, Charlie. You have my word." Robyn couldn't help, but, smile at Charlie.

They nodded, gathered around to discuss a plan on how to catch Ethan.

After they told the rest of the group about what happened to Jin and Charlie's encounter with Ethan they guided everyone from the caves safely to the beach.

"Robyn?" Michael Dawson hopped towards her. "I see that you're pretty busy and all, but, can you tell me how sure you are that Ethan won't get to us, like here on this beach, tonight."

"I'm pretty sure that won't happen, Michael." Robyn shakes Indy's hand as she keeps on thanking her for helping her with her suitcase.

"No, that's not good enough for me. See, I have to protect my son from him." Michael explains while walking beside her.

"I know, Mich-" Robyn tries to comfort Michael with her words, but, she hardly get any words in.

"I don't think you know. You're moving all of us to the beach. Won't make that us an easier target?" Michael says while stepping in front of her.

Normally, Robyn didn't mind that people were swarming around her like bees. In her line of work she was used to people worrying about her plans, but, living with these people for over a week you start to care about them. Michael wasn't the first one to come up to her today.

"Didn't you hear her say that's she is certain that you and your boy will be safe?" Sawyer says. His voice echoed in her ear, startled her a bit because she didn't count on it.

"But-" Michael started.

"I get that you're worried, man. We got it covered." Sawyer says reassuring Michael that everything will be alright. Michael nodded and strode away from them.

"Thank you." Robyn says, "You didn't have to do that for me, you know." She tucks a lock of her hair behind her ear.

"He wouldn't have left you alone if it weren't for me, cupcake." Sawyer says with a big grin dancing on his face.

Robyn looked down at her feet and couldn't help, but, smile too. A week ago, the two couldn't stand each other and now she does everything to keep her feelings for herself. They're wrong for each other. Robyn knows that then why does it hurt her so much to look at him.

"How have you been?" Sawyer asks, breaking the silence between them and interrupting her comfortable thoughts.

"Good. I'm good." Robyn says. "I haven't really got a chance to thank you yet for saving my ass back there when I passed out. If you hadn't shown up I might have not make it back."

Sawyer looked directly at her as he shoves his hands deeply into his jeans pockets. "I would do it again if I had to."

"I know." Robyn smiles.

Shortly after they reached the beach. Robyn's eyes were set on the large group. Her heart started to beat louder in her chest as her hands begin to sweat like crazy. The one thing she probably hated more than facing her fear of heights is speaking to a large crowd. Robyn took a deep breath.

"You got this, champ." Sawyer assured her giving her a soft pad on her shoulder.

Robyn walked up the group, took a minute to calm her nerves. "This is going to be a long night. This night might even be tougher than our first night here on the island, but, you all have my promise that I will protect you. Most of you look up to me for answers, on why aren't we rescued yet and on why Ethan is hurting us. I don't have all the answers to your questions, but, I hope by tonight I can at least answer one of them. Look out for each other tonight. Thank you."

"I'm coming with you." Charlie says with confidence, his eyes trained on the gun in Robyn's hand.

"No way, Charlie." Robyn pulled the top of the gun back and placed the gun under her belt on the right side of her hip.

"I want to help." Charlie says, almost begging Robyn to reconsider her decision.

"I'm deeply sorry Charlie, but, you're not coming with us. I'm already risking one of us. I'm not risking your life too." Robyn says.

Charlie scoffs and stormed off. Robyn sighed and took a seat on the log to fasten her laces. She grabbed all of her hair, brushed it somewhat before putting it in a pony tail.

Sawyer coughed. Robyn looked up. "A little harsh, don't you think?"

"Maybe, but, I'm not giving a gun to a rock star." Robyn says as she pulled her sock up and her pants back down.

"Don't tell me you won't do anything to keep your loved one safe." Sawyer questions.

"I would, yes. Even if Charlie was the president I still won't give him a gun." Robyn jumps up and walked over to him. "I knew that either sooner or later you start to care about the group."

"I don't." Sawyer growls.

"Admit it! You love us." Robyn playfully nudged Sawyer's arm before she strode over to Sayid, Jack and Locke who went through her plan again.

Sayid picked up a stick and drew a map with a few crosses. "You'll be surrounded at five points. Everyone will be in visual contact. Keep an eye on Claire and remember the guns are a measure of the last resort. We want him alive."

Robyn nodded and quickly strode over to Claire as Sayid, Jack and John already disappeared into the jungle. She laid her hand down on Claire's shoulder. "You're really brave, Claire. I got your back at all times." Robyn assured her.

"What if I start to panic?" Claire asked.

"He won't come near you, Claire." Robyn stepped in front of her. "If you do get scared, it's okay to run." Robyn softly pulled Claire in for a quick hug.

Claire nodded "I'm ready."
