Sokka's P.O.V
"So they don't have palace's in the Southern Tribe?" Yue asks.
"Are you kidding me?" I grew up in a block of ice, it's not exactly a cultural hub." I scoff, sitting on the railing.
Yue giggles, putting her hand on my shoulder. I couldn't help but smile.
Yue tenses up as she removes her hand off my shoulder. "Sokka, this is wrong."
"What's wrong? We're taking a walk!"
"I'm engaged, it just doesn't feel.."
"I know what you need, you need to meet my good friend Appa."
"Who?" Yue asked letting out a cute giggle.
"Appa and I go way back," I say as we walk over to Appa. "Don't we boy."
"Ahhh!" I scream as Appa holds me down with his feet, licking me. "Appa! Easy! Down boy! No up!"
"Looks like you haven't been giving Appa enough attention." Yue giggles.

"Yip, yip." I smirk.
"Oh my goodness!" Yue screams. "Wow! I can't believe you do this everyday."
"Yeah, we pretty much live up here."
"Is it always this cold outside?" Yue asks, snuggling closer to me.
"Not when your with someone."
We began to lean in for a kiss.
In the back of my mind I was thinking of Soul. Before we could kiss, I awkwardly looked away, trying to change the subject.
"Whoo, yeah! Ahh," I let out cough. "Good times, good times."
I look up in the sky and notice it's no longer white. "Hey, look."
"What's happening?" Yue asks.
Appa growls.
"Oh no."
Soul's P.O.V
"Hahn, stop."
"Not until you say you love me." Hahn tickles me.
"But-"
"No, buts," Hahn cuts me off.
"But you're engaged to Yue."
"I know." He sighs.
"Hahn..I think we have to..break up." I say tearing up.
"Don't be like that Soul." Hahn says grabbing my hand.
"I'm sorry." I say slipping my hand out his own and pulling a Yue. *running away*( Hehe get it a Yue..ok I'll stop)
"Phew." I say wiping my fake tears.
Hahn and I secretly started dating a while back before he and Yue got engaged. I know this sounds wrong but bare with me.
Before Hahn became a horrible person, he used to be pretty decent and I really liked him, but he was always "destined" to be with Yue. So Hahn and I promised each other when he was officially engaged to Yue, we would break up.
"Finally I'm single!" I yell, that the whole tribe could probably hear me.
I began to walk back to the palace when I noticed black snow falling down.
That's unusually.
Sokka's P.O.V
"What's wrong?" I ask, tugging Yue's hand. We have to go find Soul."
"No, Sokka...wait," Yue says letting go of my hand. "I can't see you anymore..not at all."
This bitch I think to myself. Soul might be in trouble and she's thinking about our relationship right now.
"What? we're just friends." I manage to say without specifying my thoughts I was considering.
"I wish we could be just friends...but I like you too much, and it's too confusing to be around you, I'm marrying someone else. You don't understand, I have duties to my father, my sister, my people, my tribe! I have to do this, goodbye." Yue says running up the steps.
I stare at her bewildered as she runs up the steps. But quickly ran down the steps as I looked for Soul.
"Soul! Soul!" I yell, running through the crowd.
"Sokka?!"
"Soul!" I run up to her and give her a big hug. "I thought..."
She snuggles her face into my chest.
I lay my face in her hair and get a whiff of her vanilla jade scent.
Soul's P.O.V
"The Fire Nation is on our doorsteps, it is with great sadness, I call my family here before me, knowing well that some of these faces, are about to vanish from our tribe," my father says giving a speech to the whole tribe. "They will never vanish from our hearts. I'm going to need volunteers for a dangerous mission..."
"Count me in." Sokka interrupts.
"What?" I gasp.
"Be warned, many of you will not return, come forward to receive a mark, if you accept the task."
Yue and I stood next to our father.
Next to receive the mark was Sokka.
I saw Yue gazing at him as he walked away.
I grabbed his wrist.
"Are you insane?!" I whisper yell.
"I have to do this." Sokka says emotionlessly.
I sigh, letting go of his wrist.
He turns around and looks at Yue and I one more time.
Sokka's P.O.V
"Men you will be infiltrating the Fire Nation navy, that's means you'll all need one of these uniforms." Chief Arnook says pointing to a boy in the uniform.
"Hahaha." I laugh.
"What's your problem?" the boy in the uniform asks.
"Fire navy uniforms don't look like that anymore." I respond.
I start to educate the men about the uniforms and how no one wears them anymore. Apparently, they're 85 years old. They sure looked like it.
"How do we know we can trust this guy?" Uniform asks. "Such a bold talk for a new recruit."
"Sokka is from our sister tribe, Hahn." Chief says.
Chief Arnook begins to tell Hahn, about how trustworthy I am. I couldn't help but grin right in Hahn's face.
"Sokka, I want you to tell everything you know to Hahn, he's leading this mission. Hahn, show Sokka your respect, I expect nothing less from my future son in law." Chief Arnook says walking away.
My mouth dropped. "Princess Yue's marrying you?"
"Yeah, what about it?" Hahn scoffs.
"Nothing, congratulations." I smear, turning around.
Soul's P.O.V
Aang came flying down on the creature.
"I can't do it," Aang says getting off the creature and repeating. "I can't do it."
I couldn't help but run over to the creature.
"Oh my gosh, you're so handsome," I coo, talking in a baby voice. "What's your name?"
He growls and licks my face.
"Appa and he likes you." Aang smiles.
Katara and Yue walk in.
"What happened?" Katara asked.
"I can't fight them all." Aang says looking away sadly.
"But you have to you're the Avatar." Yue says.
I roll my eyes at Yue's response.
"I'm just one kid." Aang says burying his face in his hands.
I walk over to him and smush him in a enormous hug. He leans in accepting my comfort.
Sokka's P.O.V
"Let me tell you Sokka, I've courted a lot of girls, but Yue is the finest, and she comes with the most perks." Hahn says.
"Perks?! What does that mean?" I ask annoyed.
"I mean Yue nice and everything but- wait man no, Soul's the finest." Hahn says as we sharpen our weapons.
"Soul?!" I practically scream.
"Yeah we dated, but she kind of broke up with me today." Hahn says scratching his head.
"You were dating Soul and engaged to Yue?!"
"Yeah," Hahn sighs. "I miss Soul."
"Princess Soul is wasted on a self absorbed weasel like you!"
"Whoa, hang on! Why do you care? You're just a simple rube from the Southern Tribe."
I charge at Hahn knocking him to the ground.
"You're just a jerk without a soul! (Hehe literally, he doesn't have Soul anymore) No offense!"
Hahn and I began to roll around all over the place.
"That's enough!" Chief Arnook says pulling us apart. "Sokka, you're off the mission."
"All right, fall in men," Hahn says. "Everyone listen to me and we'll take out the Admiral Cho in no time!"
"It's Admiral Zhao!" I yell crossing my arms in frustration.
Soul's P.O.V
"Is this the way to the spirit world?" Aang asked as Yue and I showed him a potential place for Aang to relax and reach the spirit world.
"No, you'll have to get there on your own."
Aang gasped as he started to run around the oasis, giggling.
"You're right Soul I can feel.. something.. it's so tranquil." Aang says sitting down and beginning to meditate.
Sokka's P.O.V
"Is something wrong Sokka?" Chief Arnook asks.
"Oh, no, Hahn's out there on the top-secret mission, while I'm here sharpening my boomerang, everything's fine."
"Listen to me, I took you off the mission for selfish reasons, I have a special task in mind for you."
"What you want me to scrub the barracks?"
"I want you to guard my daughters, Princess Soul and Princess Yue."
"Oh, sure," I say getting up quickly, not mad at the idea. "That shouldn't be to hard."
Soul's P.O.V
"Why's he sitting like that?" I whisper to Katara.
"He's meditating," Katara answers. "Trying to cross over to the spirit world, it takes all his concentration."
"Is there anyway we can help?" Yue asks.
"How about some quiet?! Come on guys, I can hear every word you're saying." Aang yells at us.
"Huh, rude." I scoff, walking over to Momo and playing with him quietly.
"Is he ok?" Yue asked again.
"He's crossing into the spirit world, he'll be fine as long as we don't move his body, that's his way back to the physical world." Katara says.
"Maybe we should get some help?" Yue says about to run off.
"Yue, did you not hear her? she just said he's fine." I say rolling my eyes, annoyed at Yue for asking so many questions.
"Soul's right Yue, Aang's my friend, I'm perfectly capable of protecting him." Katara smiles.
"Well, aren't you a big girl now?"
I turn my gaze and see a boy. I had to admit he was hot but that ponytail gotta go.
"No." Katara gasps.
"Yes," the scarred teen says. "Hand him over and I won't hurt have to hurt you."
Yue runs off.
"Um, hello are you just going to leave me here with this dangerously hot boy?" I yell at Yue.
"Soul, back up you'll get hurt." Katara says pushing me out the way.
"Hyah!" the teen shots a stream of fire at Katara.
Oh, so he's a firebender like me, interesting.
Katara was losing miserably so I decided to join in on the fight.
"Hot stuff, over here!" I yell, while I shot towards him, a fire of my infamous violet flames.
"You can also make your flames a different color?" the boy said jumping out the way, right before he murmured. "Just like Azula."
He shot two fireballs in my direction, I redirected one and jumped out the way before it was too late.
We kept going on repeat, I shot he redirected and vice versa.
I was getting pretty tired and he was too, his attacks weren't as powerful as before.
"Why don't you join me?" He asked out of breath.
"Are you insane?!" I shouted at him.
He was starting to get worked up and I could tell, so I took the opportunity to fire whip at him.
Shocked at the move I had just done, he was thrown to the ground.
Katara saw that as an opportunity and froze him to the wall.
Third Person P.O.V
Zuko melts the ice without given any idea of such. He went behind Katara successfully knocking her out, without once again alerting the Princess, and went towards the other girl and did the same.
"You rise with the moon, I rise with the sun." Was all Zuko said as he grabbed the young Avatar by the collar.
As Zuko's passing by the passed out Princess he couldn't help but believe how beautiful she was.
"I can't leave her here." Zuko said grabbing her, and took both the Avatar and Princess.
Katara's P.O.V
I gasped. "Aang?!" I say looking around. "Oh my spirits where's Soul?!" I begin to panic even more.
"What happened? where's Zuko?!" Sokka asked arriving with Yue and Appa.
"He took Aang..he took him right out from under me."
"Where's Soul?" Yue asks.
"I think he took Soul with him. I'm so sorry." I said bursting into tears.
"He took Soul?!" Sokka yelled. "Where did they go?"
