"You took the dogs to his place didn't you?!" Will asks as he and Crimson sit in the front cab of the truck and the pups enjoy the fresh air while standing in the back "once or twice.... at his office once and at his home once.... I believe they liked the smell of his untainted yard... well by other dog smells anyway!" Crimson replies he chuckles she slides her hand over his thigh and to her surprise he didn't jump at the sensation "if you hate him so much why do you....!?!" she asks "because I can't imagine breaking your heart and I know that he treats you differently than he does anyone else!" he replies he lets out a short sarcastic chuckle then says "in his own way he may actually love you!" he looks at her and adds "just as I do.... and I didn't always hate him and you tend to do your best to see the best in people that.... isn't always easy for me especially now and especially with him!" she smiles then leans over and kisses his lips he moans at the feeling of her soft luscious lips on his "no bars to separate us this time!" she jokes with a smile as she takes his hand in hers "FINALLY!!" he whispers with a smile she chuckles and he joins her "I should warn you.... your 60's dame is in love with Hannibal" she tells him he chuckles then jokes "finally something you two have in common!" she rolls her eyes at him making him laugh.... when they get home he takes a shower removing the taint of the hospital from his body then he makes love to her on his bed for the first time in what felt like forever "you didn't....!?!" he asks she shakes her head and he sighs in relief as he releases into her then slams his body on the bed beside her finally spent after what felt like hours of lovemaking but may have only been a few minutes she chuckles then asks with a smile "do you need another shower!?!" he laughs then replies with a smile "possibly!" she smiles then moves her body so that she lays over him and kisses his lips he cups the back of her head in his hand and deepens the kiss with a soft moan the moan turns into a deep groan as a knock was heard on the door he slides out from under her, gets dressed then goes to answer the knock and finds Jack on the otherside of the door who tells him that Miriam Lass is alive and that they have yet to catch the Ripper so he ends up going to the FBI with him when all he wanted to do is stay home with Crimson and the pups and enjoy the peace and serenity they bring into his life.... while in the building where Jack found Miriam Will's mind went back to when Crimson's hands held a floral scent and he couldn't help but smile "don't do that they'll think your crazy!" he hears her say in his mind he chuckles softly and whispers back "they already do Rose!".... luckily for him he spoke to her in his head not out loud.... "Winston!" Crimson scolds with a soft playful tone when Winston growls softly at Alana who once again showed up at Will's front door a little while before Will's assigned driver brought him home she hears the crunch of tires on the snow and says to all the pups "come on lets go say hi to daddy!" then her and the pups walk around Alana who was staring at Winston in shock and possibly believing that Crimson had somehow commanded him to do that when in truth Winston was just reacting off the dark emotions that flowed through and around the spoiled little 60's dame of a princess Crimson and the pups rush over to Will as he climbs out of the SUV and Crimson jumps into his arms wrapping her arms around his neck making him chuckle softly with a smile as he kisses her lips then sets her down so that he could pet the pups "you have a visitor" she informs him nodding her head at Alana who was watching them with narrowed eyes "Winston growled at her" she tells him he looks up at her with a surprised expression on his face "he was just sensing the emotions her body is presenting you though she probably thinks I MADE him do that!.... and it was a soft growl not like the growl he gave Chilton everytime that idiot came near me!" she tells him he chuckles "come on boys let's leave daddy to his flirting!" Crimson teases Will laughs then growls softly with a playful tone as he takes her hand in his and pulls her body towards his chest and kisses her lips "then you'll have to stay here and she leaves!" she replies "I doubt that will happen till she gets to put her two cents into the empty piggy bank" he chuckles then lets her hand go and watches her and the pups walk away with a smile on his face and Alana looks at him with a monotoned expression and jealous eyes for thanks to Crimson she'll never have the ones she wants for herself so she'll have to "save" one another way by doing her best to destroy the other.... "you challenged my whole framework of assumptions about the way you are the way I think you are" Crimson hears Alana tell Will and she rolls her eyes "well, the way you think I am isn't always a reliable guide to who I am" Will replies "I was wrong about you" Alana says "because you didn't believe me? or in me? because you let me question my sanity, my sense of reality?" Will replies with a shrug then he says "at least Crimson believes and has the decency to TRY to help me not question myself! at least I know she is on my side!" Alana holds back her anger as she ignores what he said about Crimson and says "because you tried to kill Hannibal" Will nods knowing full well that was coming "you're wrong about him Will" Alana says "no, you're wrong about him Alana you and Crimson see the best in him I.... don't and unlike you she isn't blind to who he truly is even though she still loves us she has never been blind to who we both are!" Will replies "what was done to you doesn't excuse what you did are you going to try to hurt Hannibal again? is he safe?" Alana asks once again ignoring what he says about Crimson then she turns when she hears Crimson say from behind her as the pups rush back over to Will who kneels down to pet them once again "Hannibal is completely capable of taking care of himself! you have no idea how many people in the entirety of his life have tried to kill him and failed! what you believe Will had done is soft compared to what others have tried to do to him!" Will raises an eyebrow at her and she smiles at him which in turn makes him smile "I think it's time you leave "Doctor" Bloom you are no longer welcome here!" Crimson says saying the word "doctor" with a sarcastic flair Alana's mouth gaps open with a "the nerve of this girl!" expression on her face "leave or I'll have you arrested for trespassing!" Crimson threatens and Alana storms off in a huff just about stomping her feet and throwing a temper tantrum in the process "I'm sorry did I overstep my boundaries!?!" Crimson asks Will with a falsely apologetic tone he chuckles as he stands up and walks over to her then purrs "no.... no you did not!" he wraps his arm around her and kisses her lips something about her tone and the way she looked when she threatened Alana and the fact that she took charge and did what he would never do aroused him but he didn't want sex he just wanted to be with her, be in her presence, feeling the warmth of her closeness, her love and even though he knew someday that would end and it would be his fault that it did he didn't want it to not now not ever but because of the way he now is it was inevitable and it frightened him especially since he knew who she would head towards in all completion once it did end they both head inside and the pups follow and to his surprise she had supper ready and waiting for him "don't you worry no humans were harmed during the making of this meal!.... ok maybe one since I cut my finger while cutting the fish.... which Andrew and I caught!" Crimson teases as she shows him her bandaged finger he chuckles softly then kisses the band-aid with a smile "and my meals aren't as fancy as Hannibal's" she says he chuckles then replies with a smile "no but they're still delicious!" he kisses her smiling lips "better than what the "hospital" served" she says with a smile "WAY better!" he replies with a smile she chuckles then she helps him make his plate and he helps her make hers then they sit down at the table and eat "welcome home Graham Cracker!" she coos sliding her hand over his he chuckles with a smile then replies "it's good to be home!"....
When Will went to go kill Hannibal in his kitchen he kept hearing Crimson's calm soothing tones telling him not to reminding him that he is not a killer that it wouldn't feel good to become like Hannibal for that is not who he truly is and thanks to her voice Will changes his mind and leaves her voice was the wind to his sail the one thing that kept him afloat when he felt like he was drowning he wasn't sure if it was the fact he used the aftershave she gave him that came from Sarah or the fact that Hannibal had asked if Crimson knew he was there and what she would think of what he was doing.... which she did not.... the most surprising factor was Hannibal seemed to actually LIKE the smell of the aftershave that Sarah gave to him via Crimson though he knew that Hannibal was not there when Sarah had chosen it.... though it is quite possible he was in/on her mind.... then again Crimson was overly protective of Sarah and Andrew her "second family" the one she created for herself so he doubt that Hannibal would be stupid enough to try anything with them then again they had nothing he wanted.... not anymore not in the way they used to anyway.... but HE did after all Crimson was now living with him not them.... a couple of days later Will hears Crimson call out from outside the house "Will!.... Chilton's here!" he rushes outside when he hears her say in a much softer slightly confused tone "and covered in blood!?!" he walks out onto the porch where she stands with the pups at her heels and places his hand on her shoulder "come" she calls to the pups then she and the pups wander around to the backyard and he smiles knowing that she knew he once again didn't want her to be privy to something as Will was talking to Chilton inside he heard Crimson's truck start and the dogs bark excitedly and knew she was taking them to see Andrew and Sarah which she had told him she was going to do earlier and his smile once again spreads across his face.... "your victim almost shot your girlfriend" Hannibal hears a familiar soft ethereal voice say from behind him "you were shot at!?!.... are you alright!?!.... where you injured!?!" he asks with genuine concern then he turns around and sees her smiling at him and his body sighs in relief as he chuckles when he realizes she meant Alana and he says "she is not my girlfriend!" she asks "your favorite little plaything then!?!" he walks over to her and says softly "no!" he slides his hands down her arms and says "I would never do that to you!" she smiles and he leans down and kisses her lips moaning into them as he whispers "I wish I could go further but I won't!" she replies with a soft sad tone as he straightens and looks into her eyes "it has to be his choice or mine Hannibal!.... please don't make it for him this time!.... don't give him a reason to make the choice let it come as it is meant to be..... naturally!" he nods with a small smile and says "I promise!" she slides her hand down the soft dark shirt he's wearing and asks softly "a sweater huh?!" he chuckles and says "I thought I'd mix things up today!" she tilts her head and asks "do you have a few minutes before your next patient?!.... there's someone who'd like to say hi" he smiles and says "of course!" Crimson opens the door to his waiting room and Andrew rushes over to Hannibal with a smile on his face calling out happily "Uncle Hann!" Hannibal hugs the young man with a chuckle he ends up spending an hour with Andrew playing games, reading stories, teaching the young man how to play the harpsicord and theremin as Crimson draws at his desk giving them their much needed "man time" to themselves they even go outside to make snowmen and when they came back in Crimson had hot cocoa and some premade cookies waiting for them by the fireplace.... "Hannibal I can't!" Crimson says softly as Hannibal guides her to assist in in cooking the fish Jack and Will brought after ice fishing he stands behind her his chest pressed up against her back his hands over hers as they hold the knife "yes you can!" he assures "no I can't!.... not while it's still alive!" she tells him "you've killed before" he replies "that may be true but the fish never did anything to me like those humans have!" she says he raises his eyebrow at her "don't look at me like that!" she says as she slides under his arm and away from him "I'm sorry" he replies with a soft chuckle in his tone and a smile "I think I've had enough for one day!.... I'm going to go wash up!" she says he looks at her sadly but nods and watches her walk away what he didn't realize was that she had left completely and that made him even sadder as soon as he found out but he put on a empty expression and went to go feed Jack and Will who he knew didn't know she was there at all.... as Will walks out of Hannibal's home he was surprised to find Crimson standing in the yard looking up at the night sky and letting the snow fall on her face his pups were all running around having a grand old time trying to catch the flakes as they fall with their teeth Crimson's hands grasp the jacket that magically falls upon her shoulders then she feels a familiar pair of warm arms wrap themselves around her and hears a soft soothing voice ask into her ear "aren't you cold?!" she replies with a smile "not anymore!" she turns her head and kisses Will's smiling lips and they stand there and watch the pups chase each other and the falling snow as Hannibal watches them from the window with a sad expression on his face as he watches Crimson slide her arms through Will's jacket then take Will's hand and lead him further out into the snow where they dance together laughing happily with the dogs barking around them as they join in the fun of dancing and throwing small really badly made snowballs giving Will the true peace he needs in these desperately confusing times....
Andrew and Sarah become the birdsitters of the bird that flew out of a dead woman's chest during autopsy and they hand him/her back to Will when he asks if he could borrow him/her for awhile.... "Will!?.... they're screaming!.... why are they screaming!?!" Will hears Crimson ask softly with a frightened tone into his phone when he answers it while pointing a gun at a man who murdered women and tried to pin the blame on a psychologically disturbed man who has a traumatic brain injury after being kicked in the head by a horse "who's screaming!?!" he asks with a soft worried tone as he lowers the gun that he had just curled his finger over the trigger of and turns and walks away from the man he was desperately thinking about shooting and out of the barn hoping to be able to clear his head from all the noise "I don't know it's all scrambled but it sounds like a zoo, farm or a jungle echoing in my head!" she replies he lets out a short sarcastic "I can't believe this!" chuckle and asks "did Hannibal put you up to this!?!" she asks with a confused tone "Hannibal!?!.... what does Hannibal have to do with screaming animals!?!" he practically kicks himself as she asks with a soft worried tone "what are you doing!?!.... are you alright!?!" he replies "working a case.... yes I'm fine!" she says with a soft whispered tone "you're lying to me!.... why are you lying to me!?! I thought I was the one person you'd never lie too!" he replies with a desperate tone "you are!.... I'm sorry Rose I....!!" he hears the click of the phone as she hangs up and he growls angrily at himself she called to be comforted just like he would and he just made things worse but how would she know about the animals!?! and he thought she didn't feel an animals pain! then again this case is an odd one so maybe she was feeling the victim's pain through Peter's animals or maybe Peter himself since he seemed to be deeply connected to the animals he wasn't sure he wasn't sure of much anymore only her and he made it seem like he wasn't even sure about that anymore! wait a minute maybe it was him maybe she was feeling HIS confusion and it just manifested into something else!.... he did always see a stag Wendigo.... oh god he hoped he wasn't going to lose her because of his stupidity!.... Will was happy when he saw that Crimson was still at home and that her stuff was still there but she wasn't talking to him and her eyes looked.... lost like she was losing a part of herself because he was completely losing who he is he walks over to her slides his hand along the side of her head and whispers as he kisses her forehead "I'm sorry it seems neither one of us were in our right state of mind" he looks down at her and says "I'm taking you out for dinner!" she chuckles softly and hugs him hiding her head in his chest which makes him smile.... "what was it?!" Will asks Crimson as they sit in the Diner eating the meal they ordered "I took Andrew to the Museum unfortunately I was idiot enough to do it by myself!" Crimson replies he chuckles softly "there was this man there who was.... off putting.... at least to me.... I think he used to be one of Hannibal's patients.... I've never seen him before but....!" she says she pauses then continues "I used to work for Hannibal's therapist.... before I started babysitting Andrew.... I was one of her housekeepers I would always wear headphones as I worked just in case she had a client and even though I didn't listen I couldn't help but see them since I ended up answering the door quite a lot.... just never when Hannibal came.... I never worked during Hannibal's "visits".... we really need to stop talking about him!" he chuckles then replies with a smile "yes we do!" she smiles then says "I think it was more the man than the animals or the fact that I held in whatever it was that I felt for so long.... I didn't want to worry Andrew and you and your therapist are the only ones who know of my "gift"!" he chuckles at the fact she said "your therapist" instead of Hannibal's name after she mentioned that they should speak of him "I didn't like him Will!.... I didn't like him at all!" she whispers he slides his hand over hers and massages it gently then picks it up and kisses it making her smile "when did you call me!?!" he asks "after I had dropped Andrew off at his home.... I made it as far as the truck and it all came crashing into me.... I couldn't stop it!.... not till I heard your voice and then you....! you....!!" she replies he squeezes the hand he still holds gently and whispers yet again "I'm sorry!".... a few days later Will meets the museum worker that made Crimson feel very uncomfortable and found out that she was right he once was a patient of Hannibal and he could see why she was so uncomfortable around him a few hours after he met Randall he had a visitor at home.... that was not Crimson who still lives with him.... another one of Doctor Lecter's patients Margot who seemed surprised to find Crimson in his home wrapped up in nothing but a towel "Will!?.... oh!.... I'm sorry I didn't realize you had company!.... I'll go get some clothes and dress in the bathroom then take the pups out" Crimson says as she walks out of the bathroom and sees a woman with cinnamon brown hair and light jade green eyes sitting with Will by the window drinking whiskey Will quickly stands up as though he was guilty of something horrible and starts to walk over to her as she walks over to their shared dresser "I can find something to wear on my own!.... though if you want to help me dry off and get dressed you're more than welcome too!" Crimson teasingly coos with an alluring tone "yes!.... of course!" Will says with a soft nervous chuckle in his tone she leans forward and kisses his lips looking into his eyes as their lips become one she takes his hand and walks him towards the bathroom saying to his company "excuse us a moment would you!?!" the woman fakes a smile and raises her glass at her Will chuckles softly as Crimson picks up the first thing her hand can reach.... which just so happened to be one of his button-up shirts.... as they walk then she opens the door lightly pushes him inside making his back hit the wall as she rushes forward and claims his lips once more kicking the door behind her closed as their lips meet Will chuckles with a smile and his eyes widen as the towel drops to the floor he scoops her up into his arms swings her around so that her back is now pressed up against the wall and makes love to her while Margot waits for him to return.... which is going to be awhile for Will is now lost in the kiss, touch and thrusts that were making their bodies become as one
