ALLISON CARTER, a third year resident at seattle grace hospital specializing in neurosurgery. Her friends would describe her as heartfelt, stubborn, caring, and selfless. The Carter girl was left alone in Boston by her fiancée leaving her alone with just a ring and a broken heart, no explanation what so ever, she hoped forever with him as he promised but she couldn't help but wonder if it was all a big lie.
