Jungkook entered the school building and sighed. A new school year, a fresh start. No new friends though, because he already had two friends; Taehyung and Jimin.
He was one of the first students to arrive, according to the empty hallways and the empty playground. He was standing in front of his locker and put his bag into it, before closing it. The teachers didn't give classes on the first school day, so he didn't bother to bring any books with him except for a notebook and a sketchbook. He stroked his black shirt so the crinkles were flattened and looked down at his clothes. He liked my outfit today, he wondered if he would keep dressing into perfect outfits for the rest of the year...
(A/N Btw this is Jungkook's outfit but without the mask and hat ↓)
Suddenly, someone hugged him from the back and said, "Hey Kookie". He turned around and saw Taehyung and Jimin behind him. He smiled at them. "Hey Tae and Chim!" He cheered and hugged them both with a smile.
After some catching up with his friends, the bell rang and had to go to their assigned classes. He walked with Taehyung and Jimin towards the classroom, sitting at the back and watching the class slowly fill up. The teacher entered the room a few mere minutes later and all the students stood up.
"Hello everyone." The teacher said and all the students bowed and told their greeting. "I'm your English Teacher, call me Mister Kim". "Hello Mister Kim." Everyone said in unison.
Then all the pupils sat down. The class only had single desks so everyone had to sit alone. Jimin sat on Jungkook's left side, on his right side was the wall and Taehyung sat in front of him.
"I hope we don't get any classes today because I didn't bring any books with me" Jungkook whispered to them both.
"Neither did I." Jimin said with a giggle and Taehyung also said he didn't bring his books. He laughed and let out a sigh of relief because of not being the only one not having books with him.
Mr Kim was telling the class the rules for the new school year but got interrupted when somebody knocked on the door. Mr Kim stopped his 'speech' when the door opened. Jungkook didn't look who disturbed the teacher because he wasn't interested.
"I am so sorry, sir. But I had to go to the principal to get my books and the key to my locker. I'm so sorry"
Jungkook his eyes went wide, he recognized the voice but he didn't know from where. His eyes wandered to the person in the doorway and he swallowed.
