Today was engagement of Sahil Khan and Anam Hamdani. There was a small ceremony, only Khans and Hamdani will be present there but they were decorating the house. Hoorain was looking all the decoration with Alamgir and Hamza, those two mischief makers. They are child in the body of adult.
She was seeing the catering section and both of them comes to her. Alamgir stands on her right and Hamza on left.
"Hoorain, Hoorain, my dear sister" Alamgir said too sweetly.
"See na bhai jaan is marrying too early" Hamza said in a fake concern.
She wanted to feel a pang on her heart but her sixth sense was warning her that they are up to something, they are hiding something behind their back.
Hoorain raised her eyebrows, and asked them with a suspicious look "what both of you hiding bhai jaan.
Hamza gave a innocent grin "Nothing sistu"
"We were only saying that....that" Alamgir speaks and both of them burst a water balloon close to her ears.
Hoorain stands there with her open mouth then shouted "Bhai jaannnnnnnnnnn" and runs toward them.
Hoorain clothes were wet with water, she was running behind them yelling "I will not leave both of you today, stoppppppp, just stop"
Now they were running in the whole house, Hamza and Alamgir together and Hoorain behind them.
They reached in the garden, all of them were catching there breathe, then Alamgir throws some soil on her and Hamza sprinkles water on her, she again screamed and runs behind them but they were out of the haveli now.
Rubbing the soil from her body she was going in her room cursing them "where they will go, after all they will come here, then....." then she bumped into someone, result, falling with him, the person was Sahil.
They didn't budge from each other for some minute, then Sahil get up with her and scolds her "What are you doing?"
Hoorain stutters, lowering her embarrassed eyes "Actually Hamza and Alamgir bhai jaan.."
But he cuts her and again scold her with his booming voice "You don't know anything beside bumping on someone, Hoorain take care of your surrounding" and left from there.
Tears were moistening Hoorain's eyes, she mumbles to herself "This was not my fault that I bumps into him, and what did he mean by You don't know anything beside bumping on some one, I didn't bumps on anyone beside him, do he thinks too low of me?"
She closed her room and fell on bed crying hysterically. Then she took out a diary.
She is not habitual to write a diary, but today she is writing, before he got engaged to someone, before he wears a ring of someone else's.
She wanted to tell someone about her shattered heart.
Keeping her heart on this diary, she wrote,
Dear diary,
Today I'm writing something on you.
I am in love.
In love with a person who thinks me as a sister.
No, actually he thinks so low of me.
I love Sahil Khan.

She was about to write further when someone bangs on her door.
