Subliminals are often used by most people through out the day or they listen to them whilst they're asleep. They aren't scientifically proven to work but some shifters have said they worked for them!
If you don't know what a subliminal is, it's an audio that is sped up or slowed down and has affirmations in which is usually layered by a piece of music or ambience.
Affirmations can be done by listening to these subliminals or repeating sentences in your head or aloud. An affirmation for shifting could be "I have shifted" and just simply repeating that through out the day.
Visualisation is another useful thing to do to help shift. This can include acting as though you're in your DR whilst still in your CR, for example acting as if you're in the common room with Fred & George, and let yourself feel the emotions you'd feel if you was there, let yourself feel the joy and happiness of knowing you have shifted.
Or if you don't like the idea of doing that you can always imagine scenarios in your head, but make sure to feel the emotions as you would in your DR.
