((Y/N) points to his dragonite next to him who is on the ground depressed from what ash has said)
Ash: sorry dragonite what I meant was I'd love to see wild dragonite
Cerise: that may not even be possible.
Ash: why not?
Ren: I'll tell you why not. First it has to evolve into a Dragonair before it evolves into a dragonite. Despite its popularity as a Pokémon few sightings have been made of it in the wild.
Chrysa: we're still not sure of its natural habitat
(Y/N): I was lucky as I started with dratini in my journey without all the way back at blackthorn city in johto without my partner being a dratini and evolving all the way to dragonite I probably would've never had or caught one.
Cerise: though there is a rumour there's an island that's only inhabited by dragonite.
Ash: an island full of dragonite!
Cerise: so they say.
(Suddenly dragonite starts getting happy and excited which is seen by (Y/N))
(Y/N): you know this place buddy?
(Dragonite nods)
(Y/N): did you come from there while you were a dratini? how did you get off?
(Dragonite nods at the first question and is remind (Y/N) on how he was given to him by the lady)
(Y/N): oh! You left and wandered off somewhere and got lost and seperated from your friends and family at a kind of young age until you were discovered and you willingly went with people? And by chance it was people from blackthorn to give away for starting trainers? That's kinda messed up. Did you know anyone there?
(Dragonite nods)
(Y/N): lets go to see if we can meet and reunite you with any of your friends
(Dragonite roars in agreement and hugs (Y/N) and swing him around)
Cerise: fascinating!
Goh: about that rumour
(Shows rotom phone which shows all sightings of dragonite)
Goh: all sighting data of dragonite over the past few years. This is the result
Ash: it looks like they're all in one area
Goh: seems suspicious to me
(Y/N): so what do you two say?
Ash/Goh: we're right with you!
(Y/N): lets go to dragonite island!
(Cut to the trio sailing on a ship where we see goh with lots of pokeballs)
Ash: so many pokeballs
(Y/N): (sweatdrops) don't you thinks that's a bit overboard?
Goh: no it's necessary if I'm going to catch he entire evolution chain starting with dratini
(Y/N) thoughts: he says that yet he's caught every single thing with one pokeball that's actually landed on a Pokémon
(The boat arrives at destination and stops)
Goh: i was thinking we should hire a boat when we got here but since we're here anyway there's dewgong in this area
Ash: I know what that means
(Y/N): lets find one
(The trio run off to find dewgong)
Goh: time to catch a new Pokémon to ride!
(Unknown to them a certain trio of evildoers lurk in the shadows of their presence)
Meowth: first we slip all the way here to catch a special dragonite to give to the boss then Wham-O
Jessie: we get tripped up by a trio of troublesome twerps
James: who've got dragonite on their minds aswell. They're always stealing our ideas! We came here to get a dragonite since we rarely have a chance to steal that twerp's dragonite.
Jessie: You need a brain to steal ideas and they're fresh out of them
Meowth: it's dragonite for the boss or boss-
(Pushed out the way by wobbafett)
Wobbafett: wobbafett!
(Cut to the gang who've encountered a dewgong)
Goh: alright! Pokeball go!
(Goh throws the pokeball and the pokeball shakes 1,2,3 and pings)
JUST KIDDING
(Goh throws the pokeball and shakes but the dewgong breaks free)
Goh: no you don't
(Tries and throws again but it breaks free again instantly as the dewgong yawns out of boredom)
(Y/N) thoughts: WHAT!!! GOH STRUGGLING. TO CATCH A POKEMON! IMPOSSIBLE! MY LIFE IS A LIE!!!! THERE'S NO WAY!!! HE CATCHES EVERYTHING WITH ONE POKEBALL!
Ash: tough one
(We cut out to see goh's face)
Goh: (crazed face) we'll see about that
(Many pokeballs later he eventually catches it)
Rotom phone: dewgong has been registered to your Pokédex
Goh: just like it should be
Ash: nice work
Goh: thanks
(We look at the map and see it should be around here)
(Y/N): look another dewgong!
(Suddenly goh's dewgong speeds up)
Goh: what's going on! What's wrong dewgong?
(We see dewgong has hearts in its eyes as we see the other dewgong is female dewgong)
Goh: you don't mean!
(They keep going)
Goh: please stop? Oh I guess you won't.
Ash:look up there!
Ash/(Y/N)/goh: AAAAHHHH!
(We look up to see a really heavy storm has brew)
Goh: you've got to be kidding!
(Dewgong becomes heartbroken and depressed as it's lost sight of the female dewgong it was attracted to)
Goh: lets turn back dewgong
(However without a spec of chance of turning back the waves get incredibly big and uncontrollable as a thunderbolt comes down from the sky to strike them as Pikachu counters it with it's own thunderbolt but unfortunately the waves get too rough as they're knocked in the water but before (Y/N) falls in he sends out dragonite)
(Y/N): dragonite come on out my friend! Help us!
(He falls into the water and they all begin to black out as (Y/N)'s partner saves him and some other dragonite are seen coming close before they black out)
Time skip
(Y/N) POV
(Everything is back until I feel something poking my face as I begin to open my eyes I can see nothing as it is blurry until my vision renders and completely refocuses and renders in to see my partner as I hear
Ash: aaaah!
(I completely jolt up as we see were surrounded by Dragonair and dragonite)
Goh: now what! Dragonite? These are dragonite right?
(Y/N): sure are
Ash: I think they rescued us
Goh: do you know what this means
Ash/goh: this is dragonite island!
(Y/N): you hear that buddy we found it
(Turns to see dragonite isn't behind but with a Dragonair talking to it as they both look excited to see one another)
(Y/N): is this your friend dragonite?
(Dragonite nods and introduces you to the Dragonair)
(Y/N): nice to meet you my name's (Y/N) so your one of dragonite's friends I'm sorry he was taken from the island I didn't know. I bet you missed him alot.
(Dragonair nods and blushes slightly but (Y/N) notices)
(Y/N) thoughts: ooooooo~ dragonair has a crush this'll be fun. I'll never let my buddy live this down. (mischievous laugh in his head)
(Y/N): anyway I'll go check on my friends while you two catch up. Thanks for helping me buddy.
((Y/N) goes over to ash and goh as I see goh sad and complaining)
(Y/N): what's wrong?
Goh: I haven't got a single pokeball left! Why!!
(Goh pales as he comes to an epiphany)
Goh: I used them trying to catch dewgong and to make matters worse dewgong is nowhere in sight.
Ash: you know you could use one of my pokeballs
Goh: no you might need them
(Y/N): don't mean to be a downer but 1. I doubt a pokeball would catch dragonite unless it willingly went with you and 2. Won't you need 3 if you want to catch the full evolutionary lines in one go which is unlikely since wild dragonites are incredibly hard to catch. Even if you're he catching specialist if dewgong can break out your pokeballs then a dragonite definitely will, no trends to you of course.
(Suddenly the dragonites begin to walk off)
Ash: what's going on?
Goh: do you think they want to show us around
((Y/N)'s dragonite points at us and tells us to come on)
(Y/N): lets go you two they'll show us around
(We look to see lots of dragonite picking berries)
Ash: dragonite everywhere you look
Goh: wait a sec rotom can you show us where we are?
Rotom phone: sorry I can't pinpoint your location
Goh: I'm out of network?
(Y/N): oh well. Rotom do you want to come out the phone for a bit
((Y/N)'s rotom that's powering his phone comes out as the phone becomes normal and flies around (Y/N) before floating next to him)
(Y/N): it's been a long time since I've seen you like that since you've been in the phone. Anyway let us continue with the tour.
(We go past the forest to see 3 Dragonair move their bodies as they are beginning to have a bright blue aura around them as their ears extend and they fly in the air. Meanwhile the Dragonair with us looks down in sadness which is kicked up by dragonite and ash)
Goh: so that must be the way Dragonair fly
(Begins to record as (Y/N), ash and Pikachu begin to look intimidated at scorbunny)
Ash: scorbunny!
Goh: what's that about!
(Y/N): I know you're intrigued but... GEEZ that's deeply little dude!
(Pikachu takes it off scorbunny as you inspects it)
Goh: a shed dratini skin. So where did you find it?
(Cut to waterfall as scorbunny and Pikachu went behind it)
Ash: wow check it out!
(We see loads of shredded dratini skin)
(Y/N): there's lots of them, um I'm kinda scared by this.
Ash: look over there
(We see a dragonite and a dratini as the dratini is also coated in a light blue aura as slithers out of it's old skin comes off)
Ash/goh: that's amazing!
(Y/N): that was adorable! It reminds of when you were a dratini buddy and when I got to hold you and all the travels and all the times you... Wait I remember watching you do it as a dratini aswell! I'm not as creeped out anymore its just been a long long time since I've seen it.
(Ash picks one shedded skin up)
Ash: is this okay?
Goh: a little more to the so you can see it's shape. That's perfect!
(Takes picture)
Goh: (looks at phone data) shed dratini skin is worth alot. you can make all kinds of cool things to wear out of them.
Ash: yeah? You know Pokémon can be very mysterious
Goh: what do you mean?
(Y/N): I'm confused where this is going
Ash: well you've got dratini, Dragonair and dragonite isn't like the others.
(Y/N): you know you make a good point.
Goh: yeah wouldn't you expect the evolution to be like milotic
Ash: yeah your right! I wonder how it got arms and legs
(Suddenly the dragonite's and dragonair's sense something including (Y/N)'s as they all look to see the problem and we follow them)
Goh: see it's just that I think I've figured out the secret of the island?
(Y/N): really! Your one smart cookie
Ash: tell us!
Goh: I figured it out when we saw those Dragonair playing earlier back there. They say Dragonair have the power to control the weather and that was a sign of them using their power. I think the storm is created all their power swirling around and around the island. That's why no one has found this place.
Ash: that make sense. Which means you're pretty awesome!
Goh: well it's nothing
Ash: over there! A beach!
(At the beach we see dragonite stretching and flying off through the storm clouds)
Goh: they come through the storm like it's nothing
(We turn to see the Dragonair ju king in the air and trying to flap it's ears to fly but fails and falls on the ground)
Ash: maybe it doesn't know how to fly yet.
(It gets up trying again when dragonite and (Y/N)'s dragonite show it but falls again and is covered in sand as everyone gives it a look of sympathy ash goes over to it)
Ash: hey what do you say we do some training
EPIC OVERHYPED TRAINING SCENE THAT SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS STORY

Ash: lets try it again Dragonair
(Ash flaps hands while Dragonair flaps her ears but this attempt fails)
Goh: ash! Didn't those Dragonair act strange before they took off
(Shows us the phone if Dragonair)
Goh: round and round like they're dancing
(Y/N): dancing?
Ash: do you think it's dragon dance
(Y/N): rotom buddy do you think you can inform us if dragon dance
Rotom phone: dragon dance, a move that combines concentration and rythmic movements to increase the physical skills of a Pokémon
Goh: bingo! That's it. Those Dragonair must have been using dragon dance to help them fly
Ash: yes, you need to use dragon dance. I'll show you how it's done so check it out.
(Dragonair, dragonite and (Y/N) sweatdrops)
Goh: you ash! You'll do it?
Ash: dragon dance I know!
(Move to the rocks on the beach)
Goh: are you sure this is okay?
Ash: of course it is! Dragonair will get the feeling of flying for sure just watch me. Pikachu use electroweb
(Pikachu uses electroweb to crate a giant electronic web between the rocks to act as a trampoline)
(Y/N): here comes ash's training style. I'm interested.
Ash: great watch me Dragonair
(Jumps on it and is shocked and the electroweb disappears as ash is propelled backwards)
Goh: that's not going to work you can't use electroweb like a trampoline
Ash: no problem Pikachu use electroweb again
(Tries again and gets into the air and does better this time but still fails as he's once again propelled backwards)
Goh: are you okay?
Ash: one more time. Now we know how to get Dragonair flying. All I have to do is show it how it's done. Pikachu use electroweb!
(Ash and Dragonair run and jump in it as they're sent in the air and Dragonair is surrounded in a blue aura)
Ash: that's it. Now go on and spin some more
(They go back down as ash is shocked from electroweb as Dragonair powers through and is sent upwards again and has the blue aura surrounding it become more apparent as it spins)
Ash: like that!
(Draginair's ears begin to extend and the blue aura does down to show Dragonair flying)
Goh: it's up!
Ash: yeah!
(Y/N): using electroweb to act as a trampoline to be propelled upwards for more momentum. That ash is something else (laughs)
Ash: you did it Dragonair!
(Dragonair comes down and wraps itself around ash)
Ash: you're heavy
(Goh and (Y/N) look on and smile)
Ash: dragonair?
Goh: is something wrong?
(Dragonite becomes alert)
(Y/N): dragonite? You sense it too?
(Dragonite nods)
(Y/N): well let's go.
(Hops on dragonite's back)
Ash: I'll go with you Dragonair
(Tries to get on but fails since dragonair is slippery as goh notices dewgong)
Goh: dewgong you came back in the nick of time
(Dewgong is still depressed that he lost the female dewgong)
Goh: (sweatdrops) I'm sorry. I know, I know. Ash! (Y/N)!
Ash/(Y/N): yeah!
Ash: you go on Dragonair I promise we'll be right behind you.
(Y/N): me, rotom and dragonite will go with Dragonair
Ash: right go on ahead
((Y/N) and dragonite and dragonair fly off ahead)
Goh: dewgong follow that dragonair
Cut to team rocket POV
(Captured a dragonite)
Meowth: operation pseudo shipwreck to dragon a dragonite was a complete success
James: you think we'll get away with it?
Jessie: naturally! For an actress like myself this is nothing but a cake walk
(The captured dragonite along with team rocket spot dragonair along with one of the twerps with his own dragonite and the captured dragonite begins to shake it's cage causing team rocket to stumble about)
James: sit down your rocking the boat!
Jessie: is that dragonite physic
(Ash and goh arrive on dewgong)
(Y/N): team rocket!
Ash: what are you guys doing here!
Jessie: prepare for trouble we're here to confuse and astound
James: and make it double either lost or found
Jessie: to protect the world from devastation
James:to unite all people within our nation
Jessie: to denounce the evil of truth and love
James: to extend our reach to the stars above
Jessie: Jessie
James: James
Jessie: team rocket blast off at the speed of light
James: surrender now or prepare for one fleet footed fight
Meowth: meowth that's right
Wobbafett: wobba-fett!
Ash: team rocket let dragonite go now!
(Y/N): you're starting to become more annoying than some other team rocket members I encountered a couple of times. Who were they? Cassidy and bill?
Meanwhile
Butch: THE NAMES NOT BILL IT'S BUTCH!
Cassidy: who are you talking to?
Butch: never mind
Butch thoughts: I felt a great disturbance in the force of someone getting my name wrong
Cassidy: we've got to get this done quickly botch, hurry up
Butch: THE NAMES BUTCH! NOT BOTCH! IT'S BUTCH, BUTCH, BUTCH!!!
Cut back to our protagonists
Jessie: impossible we never throw back a catch
James: now with Pikachu aswell and dragonite. Our ship has come in!
Meowth: yeah we'll wrap up all 4 of hem with 2 dragonite's, Dragonair and Pikachu in a package specially boxed for the boss
Jessie/James: alright come on down!
(Pelipper flies over and drops the vending machine)
Jessie/James: our secret rocket prize master
(Put meowth in and get one balls)
Jessie: one seems rather cheap. Whatever
(Throws it out to reveal sailors)
James: it's the float whale Pokémon wailord
Meowth: putting the squeeze on pokeballs for years
James: this is a one move Pokémon and that move is splash
Meowth: so what I'm sure that big lug can muster a splash that'll send those twerps off like a flash
Jessie: works for me now wailord use splash
(Wailord uses splash)
Ash: here it comes
(Wailord uses splash and it gets ash, goh and dewgong and team rocket while (Y/N), his dragonite and dragonair avoid it since they're too high in the air leaving the caged dragonite ready to be Freed as no one is guarding it)
James: I've got water in my ears
meowth: what did you say?
Goh: (bolting it towards dragonite on dewgong) now's your chance. Do it.
Ash: (also on dewgong) Pikachu use iron tail
(Pikachu uses iron tail and breaks the cage as the dragonite is free and flies up to hug the Dragonair and (Y/N)'s dragonite)
(Y/N): well done Pikachu!
Ash: yeah you rocked!
James: if we don't stop it, it's so long
Meowth: not today
Jessie: do it my way! Wailord use splash and aim your splash at those dragonite's
(Y/N): not so fast! Rotom use thunderbolt on team rocket!
Jessie: wobbafett use mirror coat!
(Rotom uses thunderbolt but it's stopped by wobbafett which sends it back with mirror coat with twice the power)
(Y/N): rotom dodge it!
(Rotom dodges it as the blast zooms off into the air)
(However it was too late as wailord uses splash and gets team rocket by mistake as they're little raft breaks and a plank of wood flies and nails wailord in the head causing it to be in pain and freak out causing even more destructive waves launching everyone in the water back as ash falls of dewgong and a bit of water hits (Y/N)'s dragonite and rotom causing (Y/N) to fall off)
Goh: ash! (Y/N)! No!
(As ash and (Y/N) are falling dragonite catches (Y/N) as rotom pops back into (Y/N)'s phine and Dragonair zooms through the skies towards ash as it's trying to get to him)
Ash: Dragonair!
(Ash tries to grab Dragonair but it's too slippery and ash continues to fall towards wailord. However Dragonair becomes more determined as it tries to get to ash causing a hoe glow to surround it as it evolves into dragonite and manages to catch ash)
Ash: that's awesome you evolved
Meowth: A 3 for one dragonite catch'em sale
James: a miraculous moment
Jessie: save your emotion for your bottle caps we've got to follow through
(Before they can do anything a dragonite appears and it's beyond fuming)
James: say talk about angry eyes
Meowth: yeaahhhh
Jessie: (clears throat) team rocket memberships open you know (thumbs up)
(This is responded by a dragonite firing a point blank hyper beam at them)
Jessie: or not
Jessie/James/meowth: we're blasting off again!
(Everyone is stood on top of wailord as the trapped dragonite strokes the newly evolved dragonite as (Y/N)'s dragonite pat's its head to show it's proud and happy for it as the newly evolved dragonite just suddenly gives it an affectionate hug)
Goh: a sudden evolution. Who knew?
Ash: know what else? I just figured it out.
(Y/N): figured what out?
Ash: I know why dragonite have arms. It's so they can rescue people (smiles)
Goh: maybe you're right. (Smiles) hope so
Ash: me too
(Y/N): me three! (Smiles)
(They all laugh)
Goh: shall we go home?
(They go to leave until ash is pulled back by newly evolved dragonite and is cuddled by it)
(Y/N): awwwww that's adorable.
Ash: dragonite! Not so tight. Wait are you saying-
(Dragonite nods)
Goh: dragonite wants you to catch it
Ash: that's awesome I'd love to. We'll be great friends.
(Ash throws a pokeball and it shakes for 3 seconds and pings signalling he caught a dragonite)
Ash: I just got a dragonite!
(Wailord spouts some water as a rainbow appears behind them)
Back at Cerise Laboratory
Cerise: truly impressive! I mean I wasn't even sure dragonite island was real. Excellent!
Ren: these findings are sure to create an uproar
Cerise: truly but lets keep this to ourselves
Chrysa: but why do that? It's a huge discovery
Cerise: I've got a bunch about this. Maybe it's best we preserve the mystery behind dragonite island
(Ash's dragonite and (Y/N)'s dragonite hug him)
Cerise: not so tight
