After two days of settling back in with my cats and Awsten texting me he misses me. Mel finally busted into my apartment.
"WELCOME BACK BITCH!" She squealed while she slammed the door shut.
I got up and hugged her.
"Wheres your mans?" She asked after the hug
"Last time I checked at coffee shop listening into conversation's and texting bits and pieces to me." I shrugged
Mel gave me a confused look.
"OKAY YES THATS NOT... USEALLY WHAT COUPLES DO BUT-" I started
"I mean. It's not but if he makes you happy.." she said unsure.
"But yeah hes at starbucks." I nodded
"LETS GO MEET HIM" She smiled and pulled me
"No no no!" I panicked
"Yep! You two are helping me with wedding shit!" She said happily and successfully dragged me out of the apartment
"Please no!" I whined as she shut the door and locked it.
"You're out of your home, now walk your happy little ass to the car!" She demanded
I took the walk of shame to her car.
Awsten - no you cant eat coffe grounds they smell nice but that doesnt mean they taste good - a group of teens
Awsten - Teens are fucking wild. Coffee grounds do smell delicious thou
Me- you're not wrong also are you at the starbucks that's close to were you live or were I live?
Awsten- where I live, why would I go to the one close to you if i can just cross the street?
Me - just a dumb question, dont be a brat

"See I told you." I stated as Mel came to a red light.
"Shut up. Theres a lot of starbucks." Mel snapped
Eventually we made it and as I was getting out of the car I received a text from awsten.
Awsten - what if tom holland isnt british and hes actally a new Yorker pretending to be british - same group of teens
Awsten- fuvking weird, what are they on???
I laughed as we walked in. Awsten didnt notice us.
"Wow didnt recognize you by your laugh maybe he isnt hopelessly in love with you." Mel noted as we got in line for coffee
"Shut up maybe he has his dorky airpods in." I stated while punching her arm.
After ordering we waited for them to be made.
"How do we get his attention without scaring the shit out of him?" Mel asked
I shrugged "throw something."
"In a crowded coffeeshop?" Mel said and looked at me like I was fucking stupid
"Let me live my life stupid."
"Deseray!" The barista called
I got my drink and walked over to awsten but looked at mel.
"Sit." She mouthed.
I rolled my eyes and sat across from him
"Hey des!" Awsten smiled and looked down
"Wait holy shit Des." He said again this time takeing out his airpods.
"Hey Aws." I smiled
"So that's why you asked what starbucks." He grinned
"Technically mel asked." I said while takeing a drink.
"Wow so my girlfriend didnt even want to see me." He sighed
"Oh shut up. I was just lounging on my couch when mel bursted in."
"Not an excuse Darlin'."
"Are you doing anything today?" I asked shyly
Awsten smiled again "I'm not."
"Want to-"
"AWSTEN baby! What up?" Mel said rather loudly and pulled a chair up to our table
"Hey mel!" He smiled
I sighed and let her chat his ear off.
"SO! I actually brought you two together today to have you guys help me with wedding stuff!" Mel grinned rather evily
"Dont, yeah know, all the brides maids come together and do that?" I asked boardly
"Fuck that. I want you two to help." She smiled
Awsten looked at me for an answer.
"Sure, I mean I'm already here." I nodded
Awsten nooded to.
"Aight! Let's go look for a wedding dress!" She smiled
We all got into her car and were off to a dress shop.
"What are the wedding colors?" I asked
"Lilac and gold."
"Oh. That's pretty." I smiled
"I'm going to stick out like a sore thumb." Awsten said
"Youll be fine lovie." I smiled at him
We all eventually made it to a wedding shop.
Awsten and I wondered around while Mel talked to a lady helping her choose dresses.
"Its so white and glittery and quite." I said quitely.
Awsten smiled at me. "Weddings are useally white and glittery, you know?" He teased
I rolled my eyes and looked at a dress.
"That would look so good on you!" A employee said
"Oh, no im-"
"Is this your fiancee?" She asked rhetorically
"You know you arent suppose to see the bride before the wedding you know that's taboo!" She said dramatically and lightly shoveing him away.
"Hes just my-"
"Let's get you a changeing room." She smiled and grabbed the dress and my wrist.
I looked at awsten for help who looked twice as lost.
The lady hung up the dress and smiled
"You get in this while I grab the clips." She said before leaveing.
I gave it some time before I peered out of the changeing room to see if awsten was close.
"Awsten?" I called out softly luckily he wasnt far.
"Do you need help zipping up? I'm afraid that lady will beat my ass if I see you in the "wedding dress" he giggled while doing air quotations
"I'm honestly afraid to tell her we arent getting married, but thats besides the point where Mel?" I asked
"I dunno I think shes still choseing a dress." He shrugged
"Okay. After this we have to find her." I explained and awsten nodded.
"I think your wedding dress lady is comeing back.." he whispered
"Dont make me play along." I pouted slightly
Awsten gently kissed me. "Itll be fine it's not like she brought back more dresses."
Gotta admit the first dress was pretty and after being shoved back in the dressing room when the lady came back and helped me into it, I didnt hate it. It fitted nicely. It was when the lady stranded me in the dress to find more.
"Awsten?" I called out again after she left again.
"Hm?" He asked.
I was covering myself up in his hoodie that I forced him to give me.
"Help, she isnt listening to me and shes getting more."
Awsten laughed loudly.
"You really got yourself in a predicament princess."
"You dont think I fucking know that?" I snapped at him.
"At least let me see you in the dress." Awsten smiled
"No."
"C'mon im curious, all I saw was what it looked like in the bag."
"No you dont get to entertain the though of me in a wedding dress."
"Please, I'll buy you FANDOM"
"If you drop the wrapped tour story"
"Why do you have to make me choose."
"Cause it's an easy way to get you to drop warped tour."
"Fine." Awsten sighed and rolled his eyes
"I love you!" I smiled
"Whatever just show me before that lady comes back ."
I tossed the hoodie to the side and opened the door fully
Awstens eyes seemed to light up.
"You're not going to go more wedding crazy are you?" I teased
"Well Darlin' it's hard not to with how beautiful you look in that dress." He said softly and stepped closer
I blushed while he gently tucked some hair behind my ear.
"I know you dont like the white and glitter but you look stunning." He smiled
"shut up." I giggled
"I see you're loveing the dress." The lady said
Awsten and I both looked over
Awsten quickly stepped away
"Is that the one?" The lady asked while setting her arm full of dresses down.
"Uh."
"No pressue! You guys are just.. you guys are just so in love!" She squealed
Awsten and I both blushed.
"Is.. is it okay If I just-"
"i can hold onto it!" She smiled
"No no, I.. I honestly just was looking around before makeing any soild choices" I smiled sheepishly
"Oh but this one fits you SO WELL." The lady grinned
"I'm gonna have to pass for now." I smiled awkwardly
After getting out of that dress and back into my clothes (and Awstens hoodie)
We both found Mel.
"There you guys are!" Mel smiled
"Changeing room time?"
"Yep!"
