I pulled the blanket over my head as I opened my eyes to the sun filled room.
Today was Saturday and I always sleep in.
Just as I started dozing off, the blanket was taken off my head.
"Stop!"
Timothée smiled as I looked at him.
"Let me sleep, please." I yawned.
"I want to get breakfast with you."
"No." I said turning away from him and closing my eyes again.
"Come onnnn. We can go to that diner in the city you like. Get some pancakes or waffles." he said trying to convince me.
He knows me too well.
"Fine," I said turning to him "but only if we can get both pancakes and waffles."
"Deal" he smiled and leaned in for a kiss.
Just as I pecked his lips, I pulled away and covered my mouth.
"Y/n? What's wrong?" he asked concerned.
I jumped out of bed and ran to the bathroom.
I opened the toilet lid and crouched down and started throwing up.
Timothée came into the bathroom and sat next to me, rubbing my back and tying my hair in a low ponytail.
"Thank you." I said out of breath.
My head was hanging over the toilet bowl and my hands were gripping the sides of the bowl.
"Morning sickness?" he asked.
I nodded. "Please, go. I don't want you to see me like this."
"I don't care about the way you look, ever. You're beautiful." he kissed my cheek.
