As soon I pressed my lips on his he jerked me away like my touch burned him.
What the hell? Isn't he the one always talking dirty and now behaving like this?
Like he didn't want me near him. Before he always finds ways to touch me or give me hints that he wants to kiss me but it's me who always stops and now when I do it on my own he is rejecting Me.
I was about to scream at him for his unacceptable behaviour when I heard Aashu's voice from distant
"what are you both doing here together?"
The lights go on and I widen my eyes seeing the scene in front of me.
I never ever imagined this in my nightmares as well. I can't believe my eyes or I just want to believe it. I want it to be fake.
In front of me is standing his brother, which means my future brother in law. Aashu is standing in front of us.
Means I kissed him instead of Aashu oh god! What the fuck I did. How could I?
He had a shocked and disgusted expression on his face and I know my is none less than that.
"we are here to surprise you little brother." He said to Aashu
"play along" he mouthed and I nodded my head immediately
I don't want him to know this not now.
"Yes it's a surprise for you. Happy birthday Aashu." I said and hugged him tightly
I want to just wash my lips and cry my heart out but apparently I can't do that now.
I just can't ruin everything. I can't make him upset on his birthday.

"bhai you weren't coming back anytime soon then how come you're here?" Aashu asked what I want to ask him
"today is my only family member and brother's birthday. Did I ever miss your birthday that I will now? How can you even think about it?" he asked sounding hurt
"no bhai I didn't mean it." Aashu left me and go towards his brother
How good an actor is he? His voice doesn't hold any kind of affect of our kiss.
Well it was just a peck not a proper kiss but still.

"but I must say you got a very caring fiance who did a great job." He said and I looked away
I just can't look at him not after what ever happened.
"Yes bhai. That's the truth. I'm really lucky to have my doll face with me." He said with love in his eyes
And what I did? I fucking kissed his brother.
"you didn't do it intentionally so don't drag it. It was a mistake to treat it as one." my brain said
And I really want to agree with her.
"so it means you both were just acting to give me surprise god don't do that ever. It really sucks." Aashu whined
Yeah it's a reminder I won't plan any surprises ever or even if I did I will confirm who the person is in front of me.
"I'm sorry but now let's cut the cake." I told him and he nodded
I can feel his brothers gaze on me but I chose to pretend oblivious of it.
We both sang for him as Aashu cut the cake and took two pieces of it.
He holds each in one hand and feeds us both together.
It only shows how important we both are in his life.
"now give me gifts." He said like a 5 year old
"here you go with your gift." his brother said and hand him some keys
"it's the keys of our farmhouse that you love and a brand new Lamborghini" he replied and Aashu grinned like a child who got his favorite toffy
"and you what will you give me?" he asked making my heart sink
I already gave your gift to someone else.
"what? I arranged everything for you even wore a saree when you know how much I despise it and I'm giving myself to you as well by marrying you what more you need?" I asked him trying my best to be appear normal
"that's not fair." He whined
"deal with it" I told him
After this both brothers chatted for some time.
I stayed silent mostly whenever I'm asked something and I replied with a smile.
"doll face did anything happen?" he asked making me panic
"no nothing happened. What will happen." I told him
"then why are you looking dull?" he asked me
"Oh actually I did the preparations na as I wanted to do everything on my own so I'm feeling tired nothing else." I lied smoothly
"Why do you work yourself up with a doll face? I told you so many times to not do anything." He said and shook his head
"it's her way to show her love don't scold her for that." his brother said
"I know bhai but she just doesn't listen to me. Now enough of everything, have your dinner and take a rest . It's already 10 pm." He said and I nodded
We all three go into our rooms to change our clothes before eating.
I wear a White sleeveless chicken work kurta with a white chicken work straight pant.
I hadn't cried because he will catch me if I cry.
We had our dinner and I retreated to my room silently.
I let my tears fall down as I am now alone.
I stuff my face in my pillow though my room is soundproof.
"why god why? Why with me only?" I asked to god
Suddenly someone knocked on my door.
Now who came? Aashu?
I quickly wipe my tears and hold my sobs.
He will go away if he doesn't get a response thinking that I'm sleeping.
"Turvi open the door, it's me Aaryav." He said and I sat on my bed
Now what he wants from me?
I wipe my tears and open the door. Though my face is screaming that I was crying but I care less until it's not Aashu.
"may I come in?" he asked and I left the door
"Turvi I know it was a mistake. You thought Me as Aashank and honestly I was too shocked to react to anything. It's a mistake so don't worry about it and don't cry. I don't want my brother to know this.
He won't say anything but he will be hurt that I took something that has meant to him. He is a sensitive person; he doesn't take this kind of thing casually. And it wasn't even a kiss so don't worry. "He said everything with a cold voice
I didn't understand if he was consoling me or threatening me?
" I can't hide it from him. He deserves to know the truth that I kissed his brother thinking it's him. If I didn't tell him then it's cheating and I can't cheat on him." I told him clearly
Tomorrow morning I will do the first thing if I tell him about it.
" do you want me to tell him that you were trying to seduce me before he came? "he said and I looked at him wide eyes
What the fuck he meant by this
" what are you saying? I didn't do anything like that. "I said immediately
" I know that and you know it. But he doesn't, don't forget that I'm his brother. And he will believe my words. I don't have any problem with you Turvi though you're not what I approve of.
But my brother loves that's the reason I accepted you don't make me play dirty. I don't want him to be hurt. And if to save him I have to make you the culprit I won't hesitate to do so. "He said and I just lost my mind

He didn't think once before cheating you. And you're bragging about being his brother. And you're talking about hurt right?
If we didn't tell him now and In future If he got to know this then he will be more hurt and will think that I cheated on him. And that's the last thing I want to happen.
And about making me bad, try it Mr. Raichand. I bet your brother will choose me over you. Because he loves me the way I do. And our love is blind.
He trusts me. He knows what my character is and what kind of girl I'm. Don't forget that I loved him as an orphan middle class boy who only has his brother not the billionaire's brother or heir of property.
So you can't blame me for being a gold digger because that's absolutely baseless I told you this before only that if you don't approve our relationship I will cut my ties with him because you're like his patent
