"Can you believe it? Our little Kate making it big in Hollywood" Ethan smiled as he sunk into the sofa
"She's be walking on red carpets and shittt" Jamie chuckled
"She won't even need to pay for hotels. Hotels will pay for her to stay there" Ethan gasped
"Plus she'll have some hot arm candy on her side, all the men or women will be flocking to her" Jamie smiled
"Can she send some of them my way?" Ethan asked
"My way. My way or the highway" Jamie sang
"Can you two be quiet!?" Kate hissed
The actors were all back in Kate's apartment, the brunette moved her hand around frantically as she searched for a little brown folder and anything formal she could wear
Auditions were just an hour away and she was still in her bra and underwear, looking for her resume.
"You haven't found it yet?" Ethan asked
"Nooo and I still don't know what I'm going to wearrr" Kate whined
The girl stood tall and ran her fingers through her hair before burying her face in her palms. She was frustrated and nervous at the same time. It was alot of pressure being placed on her back.
Its not everyday you get personally invited to audition for a Hollywood movie.
Then she had competition, there was over a thousand people coming in to audition today. She had to show something she didn't have.
What made her so special to get that part?
Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Well that's what Kate thought. She was already doubting herself and she hasn't even stepped foot out the door yet. Or have on a decent shirt.
Jamie and Ethan looked between each other while the girl paced up and down the room. They gave each other a look in their eyes that they understood
"Alright alright calm down, come with me and we'll get you something to wear and Ethan's going to look for everything else okay?" Jamie asked as she approached her friend
"But he doesn'-"
"Shhh, take a deep breath in" Jamie whispered as she placed a hand on the girl's shoulder
Kate shutted her eyes tightly, inhaling a deep cold breath and feeling it fill her lungs. She held it for a few seconds before repeating again
"Better?" Ethan whispered
"Better" Kate chuckled
"Listen to me. You're Kate, you've got this in the bag. I know you're nervous, there's so much pressure here to show up and give this opportunity a knock out the field but you need to remember where you came from. You graduated at the top of your class, there's no one else for this part, you're perfect for this. Don't think about what could happen if you fail or what could happen if you do get the part. Think about the moment, think about how efficiently you're going to do this. When you walk in there, you're gonna leave a mark" Jamie smiled
"You're going to make them never forget you" Ethan smiled
"Now let's get your sexy ass into something formal" Jamie chuckled and slapped her palm against Kate's backside, causing the girl to scream
"Damn, she's a screamer" Ethan smirked
"Was that not obvious?" Jamie wiggled her brows
"Idiots, all of you" Kate glared before she headed into her room
"Alright what do we have here" Jamie smiled as she pushed aside the clothing in Kate's closet
"Waitress uniforms and t shirts" Kate mumbled
"Oh God hunny no. You need to go shopping, that's the first thing we'll do when you get that million dollar cheque" Jamie smirked
"For someone who just said not to worry about getting the part, you sure are thinking alot about it" Jamie said
"I can't help it. My bestie being a movie star, ahhh it's so perfect" Jamie squealed
"You'd think I'd be more excited about it" Kate pouted
"Why aren't you excited?" Jamie asked as she collected a few items
"I... I don't know... It still feels surreal you know? Like.. Is this even happening?"
Jamie laid out the clothes on the girl's bed sheets, placing her hands on her hips and scanning over them, thinking deeply
"This is real. Okay Kate? This is really happening. It's not a dream so you better get it together or I'll punch your light out" Jamie glared at her friend
"I... Well damn mami" Kate chuckled
"Ew don't call me that. Yikes no" Jamie scrunched her face up in disgust
"Mami" Kate smirked, earning a death glare from the curly hair girl
"You really love pissing me off don't you?"
"I'm your best friend, I'm supposed to" Kate smirked
"Get your flat ass into these clothes before I throw you out the window" Jamie said
"Aggressive much?"
"Only to my ladies" Jamie smirked
"You gey? Ewwww" Kate chuckled
"Shut up you dysfunctional bisexual" Jamie glared
"I- sorry Mami" Kate smirked
"BITC-"
"I'm sorrryy, I'll try it onnn" Kate chuckled and grabbed the clothes
"Yeah that's right, apologize like the little bottom you are" Jamie smirked
"I'm not a bottom" Kate pouted as she slipped into the grey trousers
"So you say!" Ethan's voice echoed from the other end of the house
"Shut up Ethan!"
The door was then flung open and met with the Hispanic boy giving the girl a glare
"If I shut up then you won't know where you resume is" He smirked
"Oh my God, you found it!?" Kate squealed as she hopped over a few clothes and ran towards the boy
"Mhm hmm Mm" Ethan said through muffled mouth. He crossed his arms against his chest and pretended to seal his lips
"Ethan!"
"Mhm?" He teased
"I don't have time for this!" Kate groaned
"Mhm hmm hmm" Ethan mumbled again
"Give me the damn folder or I'll call your parents and tell them what exactly happened on Christmas last year" Kate glared at the boy
A second went by as Ethan's jaw dropped, Jamie's laugh filled the room when the boy reached behind his back, lifting his shirt and pulling out the folder to hand it to Kate
"Good boy" Kate smiled and patted the boy on his head
"I'm not a dog" He glared
"Woof bitch"
"What time is it?" Kate asked as she slipped into the white button up
"It's 9am"
"SHIT" The three said in unison
"WAIT, DON'T PANIC. Um, ETHAN"
"Yeah!?"
"Start the car! You know that thing needs a minute to run before it fall apart in the middle of the street. Keys are on the table!"
"Got it!" the boy said as he dashed out of the room
"And you!"
"Yes!?" Kate panicked
"Get your damn hair in a bun, you look like the bitch who climbed out the TV in those horror movies" Jamie scrunched her face up in disgust
"sEvEn dAyS" Kate giggled
"Nah bitch, you look like you ain't showered in sEvEn dAyS" Jamie laughed
"I love my friends" Kate glared
"And we love you more sweetie"
The teens hurried around to finish what they had to. Kate made sure to place the card May got her in her pocket and get her application ready. Her hair was pulled into a neat bun with light makeup, she wore a tight button up shirt and a trousers with black heels.
They made their way down to the car and climbed in, not realizing that Ethan was the one behind the wheels
"Oh no" Kate mumbled
"Ethan, if you break my car. I SWEAR"
"Relax, I've got this" Ethan smirked and harshly slammed his feet on the gas, causing the car to jolt forward
"ETHAN"
"I'm Sorryy I didn't know I pressed that hard!" he screamed as he gripped both wheels
The car was still going fast, reaching 80 miles per hour. Ethan failed his divers exams ten times and injured all ten of the driving instructors.
The car pulled onto the main road and hit a bump, causing it to fly into the air for a second
"OH GOD WE'RE GONNA DIIEEE" Jamie screamed
"TELL MY HAMSTER I LOVE HIM" Kate yelled
The car was now hitting 120 miles per hour, Ethan's heart pounded against his chest as he moved his hands around on the wheel, not sure what the hell to do with it
Jamie stuck her head out the window and decided it was a good idea to shout at the people passing by on the road
"HELPPP, HE'S GOT A GUNNN" Jamie yelled
It was in that second, the clogged exhaust of the car pushed out a twig that was stuck in it, and made a loud sound that sounded highly close to a bullet.
The people on the streets screamed and ducked onto the ground, running like headless chicken away from the car. Clutching their children for dear life
The girls held onto some end of the car, bracing for impact or just desperately avoiding death so early.
Their hearts pounded in their chest as adrenaline coursed through their veins.
The car was swaying inti different lanes back and forth, barley dodging the incoming traffic
"OH FOR FUCK SAKES ETHAN"
"what do I do. WHAT DO I DOOO" the boy screamed
"pull into the fucking corner!" Jamie hissed
"Oh God we're gonna die. God I'm sorry for spilling juice on my parent's speakers when I was six and blamed it on the cat" Kate prayed
"NOT HELPING" Ethan hissed
His hands found a button, something he assumed was an emergency stop button but oh how was he dreaming
White liquid then squirted onto the window, the windshield wipers then started to move back and forth. Unfortunately the water was mixed with rust and the wipers smeared the brown water all along the screen, barley making it visible to see out the window
"Father God!" Jamie screamed
"GOD IM SORRY I CHEATED ON MY MATH EXAMS WHEN I WAS 14"
"GOD IM SORRY FOR KILLING THIS BITCH BEFORE HE KILLS US FIRST!" Jamie screamed
"I.. I think I got it. Waittt" Ethan squealed.
The boy stuck his head out the side window to see and he barley pressed against the gas, causing the car to slow down.
"Yay, I got it"

"Alright, you've got this" Jamie said
The bisexuals were currently standing in front of the studio gate, there was a long line leading from the inside of the building and trailing down the sidewalk
"There's so many people here" Kate whispered
"Hey! Look at me" Ethan hissed, trying to peal the girl's attention away from her competition
"What?" Kate mumbled
"They aren't you. Only you know what you bring to the table, only you know what you're capable of. You're talented, you're special and now it's time for you to take over this business" Ethan said
"Okay Joe-"
"Shut up" He hissed at Jamie who just chuckled
"There's so many peopl-"
"GIRL I KNOW YOU DID NOT JUST IGNORE MY BOMB ASS PEP TALK"
"oh Nuh she didn't" Jamie said in a sassy voice
Heads were turned in their direction, the people and guards around them started to whisper and give off a few weird stares
"Who the HECK you looking at" Jamie hissed at a few people around
"GET YOUR PASTY ASS THROUGH DEM GATES AND DON'T COME BACK OUT UNTIL YOU'VE GOT THE PART"
"Or else you'll come back to your clothes on the sidewalk and you'll have to live in the sewers!" Jamie smirked
"Now GO" They both said in unison, shoving the girl towards the entrance of the building
"Some friends I have" Kate giggled
"You love us" Jamie smiled
"Yeah, I do" Kate smiled sweetly before heading over to the gate
"ALRIGHT PEOPLE, THAT'S A WRAP" Ethan shouted
"Get your folders and GOOOO" Jamie yelled
"Huh? Is auditions closed!?" someone asked
"No, you just need to go because my best friend already got the part" Jamie smirked
"Huh?" the person asked again
"Are you dumb, stupid or dumb!? GET YOUR ASSES HOME BECAUSE NONE OF Y'ALL COULD COMPETE WITH MY GIRL"
"SCOOT SCOOT" Ethan shooed his hands towards the people, making them walk backwards and away from the building
"God I hope she gets this" Jamie mumbled
"She will, right?" Ethan asked
"Let's hope she does"
