You ran back outside in your swimsuit, the bright sun rays harshly shining down on you as you jumped into the glistening ocean.
Nagito came into view, stepping into the sea, chuckling lightly as he gently splashed you. You jokily acted offended before surprising Nagito with a huge splash, wetting him through.
You and Nagito then proceeded to have a water fight, which didn't last long since you both got distracted by TeruTeru giving Nekomaru a "rubdown." Ew.
Looking around to get that scary image out of your head, you saw Gundham building a sandcastle for his Dark Devas, Ibuki chasing Kazuichi, and Hajime running toward the sea.
"Heeeey you guys! Don't forget about me! Let me join in the fun!" He laughed, waving his arms like a madman.
"Wait, huh...?"
As soon as his feet hit the water, the airdropped colder and the sky grew cloudy. Everyone groaned and sighed as they left the water, heading to get changed when the speakers began to blare.
"Ahh, ahh...! Mike check! Mike check!"
"Huh? What the f-?"
"Ah, ah! Ah, ah! Can you hear me, can you hear me?"
"Puhuhu... Surprised? You were totally surprised! ...Riiiight?"
"Now then, sorry to keep you all waiting for so long. Let's leave this worthless entertainment behind...It's time for the main attraction! You guys better hustle over to Jabberwock Park!" And with that, the speakers cut out and everyone was left confused and worried.
"Could it be? This voice...! I-If this is... Oh, this is very bad. I gotta do something...It's all up to me!" Usami said as she disappeared.
"H-Hey, wait!" Hajime yelled after her.
"Well, let's just go get changed and go to Jabberwock Park to see what that freaky thing wants. I'm freezing. " You suggested, walking to the hotel to get changed.
You finished getting changed and waited outside of the hotel for the others, twirling your hair nervously.

Once everyone was out, you all reluctantly headed over to Jabberwock Park. As you all arrived, you could hear Usami's voice ringing through the park.
"Wh-Where are you!? Where are you hiding!?" She yelled, grasping on tightly to her wand.
"Who are you talking to Usami?" You asked crouching down to her level.
"Puhuhuhuhu!"
"Hm?" You mumbled, looking around with confusion.
"Hey-hey! Where are you? Show yourself!" Usami shouted, making your attention go back to her.
"Ahhhh-hahahahahahaha!"
A black and white bear emerged from behind the statue in the centre of the park, it threw its hands up into the air as it landed on the ledge of the statue's base.
"Why, hello there! Thank you all for waiting! Long time, no see guys! I am Monokuma! I'm the headmaster of this Academy!" Monokuma exclaimed as he jumped off the statue, landing behind Usami and in your view.
"Usami, what's going on?" You asked her, only for Usami's attention to be on Monokuma, whom she looked incredibly scared of.
"Ahem, now that I have made my dashing appearance, the first thing I need to say is...
...This is so friggin' lame! Lame, I say! Lamer than the lamest lamesauce!" Monokuma yelled, making you stand up and back away from the bear, moving Usami back with you.
"Oh, wait. Lamesauce!? Is that tasty?"
"Probably not." You said to the bear, accidentally thinking out loud.
"Just as I thought... It was you!" Usami butted in, taking a step forward toward Monokuma.
You zoned out from that moment until all the commotion interrupted your thoughts.
"Sooo, let's begin our killing school trip!" That sentence hit you in the head like a brick.
"What kinda joke is thi-?" You began, looking up to a bird-like "Monobeast" began shooting bullets at Usami, her 'stuffing' flying everywhere.
You had noticed that a bullet had grazed Hajime's cheek and that he was bleeding, so you headed over to him.
"Hajime, are you, uh, okay?" You asked the wide-eyed boy.
"Y-Yeah, I'm fine, fine," He mumbled, still in shock about what had happened. You licked your thumb and lightly rubbed his graze, wiping the blood off.
"Thank you, y/n," Hajime thanked. You stood with him, to make sure he was okay.
Usami came back, tears in her eyes about everything that had just occurred, especially the fact she was given a new look and forced to be Monokuma's little sister.
Monokuma explained what he meant about "killing school trip" and explained that we'd have to kill and go through class trials to survive and leave the island, which left everyone in shock.
Monokuma disappeared and everyone was either upset, confused or annoyed. It wasn't a pretty sight.
"Well, this is not what I was fucking expecting at all. I'm still hoping this is some sort of joke but, uh, I don't think it is. You chuckled dryly.
"Me either." Hajime sighed, holding his hand to his graze.
"So, I know we should be worried and all about this killing game but I'm starving so can we please get food?" You asked, holding your stomach dramatically.
Hajime agreed and Nagito came along, you hoped it might help get their minds off of things for a short while. You three left Jabberwock Park along with the others and headed to the restaurant.
Of course, TeruTeru was there. He greeted you three and asked if you wanted something to eat.
"If it's okay with you," You replied.
"Of course, it is! I will try my best to meet your standards," He reassured, with a wink.
You shuddered at his action, but thanked him, and sat at a table with Hajime and Nagito either side you.
And you couldn't help but wonder why TeruTeru was so calm, after what we had just heard from Monokuma. Maybe he was just trying to get his mind off it, or maybe he didn't care.
"Y/n? Helloo? You there?" Hajime wondered, tapping your shoulder.
"Oh? Sorry," You apologized, snapping out of your thoughts. Looking down at your legs, you saw your thighs were being squished together, Nagito and Hajime's legs both squeezing them together. But you didn't say anything, just enjoying the warmth from them both.
"It's alright,"
"Oh, okay. Fuck I'm hungry,"
"Me too, hopefully he won't take long," Nagito piped up, his hand brushing against your thigh. Hajime seemed to notice, and gave Nagito a sly look, but pretended to ignore it.
"Hopefully," Hajime grumbled, a snarky tone in his voice that didn't go un-noticed by you.
After a little longer, TeruTeru came out of the kitchen, somehow holding three plates of food, that looked mouth-watering.
He placed the plates down in front of you three, seeming pleased with himself.
"Holy shit, that looks so good." You said, immediately wolfing down something off the plates, as well as Nagito and Hajime.
"Well thank you! But not as good as that black thong you're wearing,"
You spat out your food and stopped eating at that comment, Nagito and Hajime doing the same, eyes open wide.
Your mouth was open, and you laughed, in shock.
"What the fuck did you just say?"
Teru Teru's face immediately dropped, and he had realised his mistake. You got up and walked up to him, towering over him, and grabbed his balls extremely hard, making him yelp in pain.
"Ouch! I'm-I'm sorry!"
"Oh yeah? You fucking better be, you pervy little bastard!" You spat, digging your nails in through his closed before letting him go. He grasped his balls and whimpered, falling to the floor and crawling back into the kitchen.
You washed your hands and sat back down, eating the rest of your food. Hajime and Nagito both looked at you in shock, partly from the thong comment and partly from you killing TeruTeru's kids.
"What?"
"Remind me to never piss you off," Hajime laughed, although there was a hint of nervousness in his voice.
"Me too,"
You finished the food and left, saying bye to Hajime and Nagito, looking for someone else to hang around with.
Kazuichi. You went over to his cottage and knocked twice, to which you heard an anxious reply back.
"Wh-Who is it!?"
You approached Kazuichi's cottage door, and opened it slightly, to see scattered screws, bolts, wires and oils all over his floor.
"Oh, it's you! I've been looking for Miss Sonia like crazy. I wanted to hit it off with her, but I don't see her anywhere..."
"Umm, I'm not sure where she is, do you want to hang out with me instead?"
"I'm not looking for you...Oh, who cares. Please help me find Miss Sonia. But once we find her, I've got no more time with you. Unless...you want more? Hehe..."
"Uh, alright. Let's go look for Sonia..." You smiled awkwardly.
You two wandered around aimlessly, talking about mechanical things and whatnot, searching for Sonia who was nowhere to be found.
"Uh, Kaz? I don't think she's around...maybe we should head back to your cottage?"
"Are you sure!? Maybe she's around here somewhere? Aww...whatever, let's just go back..."
Dejectedly, you and Kazuichi headed back to hid cottage, much to his disappointment. Once you got back, you two both headed back inside and sat down on the floor.
"Umm, Kaz? I found this thing not long ago, I'm not sure what the fuck it is, but you seem like you'd be interested by it." You reached into your pocket and took out the mechanical thing and gave it to him.
"Huh? You're serious!? You're really gonna give me that!? Crap...I'm really starting to get excited here!" Kazuichi's face lit up, and his eyes seemed to sparkle with excitement, but that didn't last long.
"Man, why did this happen? We're on a tropical island, y'know? Surrounded by a blue sea, y'know?"
"Uh, yeah?"
"And there's plenty of ladies here, too, like you! So why do we have to be involved in all this killing nonsense?"
"Even though I know what he's hinting at, He's not...wrong? If this was all just a normal fucking school trip, it would've been fun." You thought.
"Man, and here I thought I was finally going to go on a normal school trip for the very first time."
"First time? You've never been on a school trip, not once?"
"I was supposed to once...but I ditched it. I, um, faked being sick and stayed home."
"Why?"
"Uh, well, I had a lot of reasons, but...my family is really poor. My classmates were basically a bunch of boring turds and so I was like, 'Who cares if I don't go to school?' But my old man found out later a beat the crap outta me."
"Oh, shit. That's messed up, uh, sorry. I used to get yelled at for ditching school too, so, uh, y'know..."
"My damn old man...He knew better than anyone else that we didn't have any money...Ah, we run a bike shop at my place but it's seriously hard to sell bicycles these days. The only customers we have now just need a flat tire fixed or air pumped. But yeah, despite that, I'm the genius mechanic of my family!"
"I can take a look if a bike or car need fixing, and I can fix anything from kid's toys to household appliances!"
"Woah, that's amazing. I could never do shit like that, it's super impressive that you can."
"Hehe..thanks. I've been surrounded by junk and tools ever since I was born. So, I just have a habit of taking things apart and putting them back together!"
"No wonder you're the Ultimate Mechanic when you were brought up like that. Not that it's a bad thing."
"Yeah...my old man is just hopeless though, so I'm always the one that helping out at the shop...In fact...to tell you the truth, I was really excited when we first arrived at this island. Everyone here has pretty colourful personalities, but they all seem like interesting people. I was really looking forward to enjoying my youthful days here...until all this crap happened.
"Dammit, it's my dream, y'know? I've always wanted to go on a trip with my friends and stuff."
"His dream? That's fucking sad..." You thought, suddenly realising how much the killing stuff had ruined everything.
"Oh wait, we're not close enough yet to call each other friends, huh?"
"Shit, I'm not sure about you and the others, but, uh, me and you are friends. Don't you think?"
"Hehe...yeah, that sounds pretty awesome. I'm looking forward to hanging with ya, friend!"
"Cute,"
Kazuichi then extended his hand out to you, and you took it, shaking it lightly.
"So, y/n, who are you aiming for?"
"What?"
"Isn't it obvious, I'm talking about the boys! Isn't that what you girls talk about?"
"Aha, sure, Kaz. I dunno really." You did, but you weren't gonna tell him that.
"OK! Don't tell anyone, but I kindaa have a thing for Miss Sonia..."
"Really? How could I have known..." You laughed sarcastically.
"What!? Is it really that obvious...?"
"Yeah. But I won't tell anyone." You smiled and got up off the floor.
"You're going already?! Can't you stay for a little longer...?"
"Sorry, Kaz, I'm tired. Maybe another time, alright?"
"Okay...bye Miss y/- bye y/n!"
"Bye Kaz!"
By the time you left Kazuichi's cottage, it was starting to get dark. You rushed over to the restaurant to grab a bite to eat, then headed back to your cottage.
For some reason, you felt really on edge, which you blamed on the killing game, and the fact it was dark.
"Nothing is going to happen, don't be such a pussy," You whispered to yourself, opening your cottage door and making sure you locked it once you were inside.
It was now night-time, and as you kicked off your shoes and were about to get changed, a chiming sound played from the speaker and you looked up towards the TV, which displayed Monokuma in a chair, drinking a tropical cocktail.
"The fuck?"
"Ahem! Hope's Peak Academy School Trip Executive Committee has an announcement to make..."
"Hello everyone! The fun time you've all been waiting for is about to begin! I wonder what festivities await you? ...Oops, don't wanna ruin the surprise! It was a little "meh" at first, but anyway, please gather at Jabberwock Park!"
"What? At this time? Seriously?"
You put your shoes back on and unlocked your cottage door, heading out and locking it behind you.
"What's he up to?"
You began to walk to Jabberwock Park when you noticed Hajime coming out of his cottage. He spotted you and quickly joined you on the walk.
"Hey Hajime."
"Hey Y/n... what's this all about?" He asked, clearly nervous as goosebumps covered his body.
"I dunno, I wonder what the bastards up to now."
"Yeah..."
You two walked there, close to each other as you were both on edge and suspicious. Once you two arrived, you spotted everyone else there, not to mention a stage in front of the statue, but no sign of Monokuma.
"You two are late...did you lose your nerve?" Byakuya questioned, before you could reply he spoke again.
"...Anyway, it seems everyone else is here."
"Ugh, what is it this time...? So friggin' annoying..." Kazuichi complained.
"Then you shouldn't have come." Fuyuhiko snapped back.
"Well...I mean...I don't know what will happen to me if I don't come..."
"Heh, since none of us know what'll happen, maybe you should be the one to test that out." -Fuyu
"Hey! You may talk like you're tough, wiseguy, but you wouldn't be here if you weren't scared, too!" - Mahiru
"What...!?" - Fuyu
"I guess even a big bad yakuza like you must've been scared of that monster, huh?" -Mahiru
"What the fuck did you just say!?"
"Stop it you two. Fighting among friends isn't good!" Nagito butted in.
"What? Did you just say 'friend'? I'm not your friend, dumbass! When did I ever become friends with you bastards?" -Fuyu
"...Eh?" -Hajime
"Hmph, let me be perfectly clear...I can do it, y'know."
"...Huh?" -Teru
"Y-You...What did you just say...?"
"Oh? You didn't hear me? Then I'll repeat myself just once for you. I said...I can do it."
"Do it? Do what?" You asked, confused.

You changed into some pyjamas that you had found. They were a paint-covered top and tight pyjama shorts, which were surprisingly comfy.
You got into your bed, which was also comfortable and tucked yourself in under the covers.
Throughout the night, you kept waking up, thinking about what Monokuma had said about the killing game. Interrupting your thoughts, you heard a noise.
"Fuck! What was that?" You thought nervously to yourself, sitting up and looking around quietly.
You figured it was just an animal or the wind, but you couldn't help but worry about it. It eventually stopped, so you carefully got up and tiptoed to your door.
You unlocked it, opened it a crack and looked around, there was nothing you could see or hear, apart from the distant sound of crashing waves and a whistling sea breeze. Hesitantly you rushed over to Nagito's cottage and knocked on the door.
Footsteps came from inside of Nagito's cottage that were leading to the door, the lock turned.
Nagito stood in the doorway looking down/up at you.
"Y/N? What's the matter?" Nagito asked, rubbing his eyes and leaning against the doorframe in his...plaid boxers, baggy shirt and his messy hair...since when was he this attractive?
"Fuck, I'm just being really paranoid, and I swear I heard something outside my cottage, and I just feel so...unsettled with everything."
He looked down/up at you, a slight smile spreading on his face. You fidgeted with your hands, and he could tell that you wanted to ask him something else.
"And...?"
"Weeeellll...I was wondering if I could, erm, stay in your cottage tonight? If you don't mind." You asked hesitantly, scratching the back of your head lightly.
"Of course, come in." He smiled welcomingly, moving to the side slightly.
You walked in, his cottage was plain, nothing special.
"So, do you want the bed and I'll sleep on the floor?" Nagito asked, chuckling slightly.
"You don't have to sleep on the floor, I will." You replied, rubbing your eyes.
"No, you aren't sleeping on the floor. This may sound strange but...what if we slept together?"
"Well, if you put it that way..." You thought but laughed it off.
"I don't mind, as long as you're comfortable."
You two both got into his bed together, Nagito putting his arms around your waist. Smiling to yourself, you slightly inched backwards so your back was pressing against his chest.
