From what I've gathered, if you didn't have any problems with logging in (suddenly getting logged out/can't log in without resetting password) then your account wasn't included in the breach. Nonetheless, I believe it's safer to change your password still.
HOW TO CHANGE YOUR WATTPAD PASSWORD:
log out of your account > click 'forgot password?' > enter the email address you used to make the account > click the email from wattpad support that will appear in your mailbox > click 'reset my password' button > change it to a new and secure one (DON'T REUSE OLD PASSWORDS)
IF YOU LOGGED IN WITH YOUR GOOGLE/FACEBOOK ACCOUNT:
change the password of the said account.
I LOST MY EMAIL AND CAN'T ACCESS IT. HOW WILL I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

Yes. Changing your password after a breach like this one WILL help. As long as your new password WASN'T reused. It should be unpredictable and long. A password manager can be effective too.
If you read the articles below, it actually says that Wattpad IS ADVISING USERS TO CHANGE THEIR PASSWORDS. Well, correct me if I'm wrong but I didn't see any announcement, just Wattpad trying to save their ass *sigh*
