Jimin walked out of the airport with Namjoon and Hoseok. Jimin was first held by the guards in the airport for he disobeyed a lot of rules in the airport. They called Namjoon and they immediately went to the airport to fetch Jimin.
While walking, they both noticed how broken Jimin was. His movements are lifeless, his eyes are sad. Namjoon held Jimin's shoulder and he stopped walking.
Jimin looked at him and Namjoon gave him a small smile.
"You can let it out Jimin. We are here." he said
Jimin then broke into tears. The pain was just too much for him to handle. He cried loud as he hugged Namjoon. Hoseok
tapped his shoulder to also make him feel his prescense. They really feel bad for their cousin. They know how much he loves Jeongyeon and his children. Jimin has felt the pain of being left by their parents but now he felt the pain again but triple the pain because Jeongyeon and Amaya are the family he dreamed of and he haven't poured his best being a father to Amaya.
Namjoon pat his back gently trying to comfort him.
"Jimin just let it out. Its okay. We're still here."
Jeongyeon
We are still here in the plane. Everyone are asleep but, me. I feel this nervousness and pain in my heart. Honestly, I feel guilty for claiming Amaya for myself because she is not just mine, she is also his. But, I cannot lose another child and Jimin and I are too broken to be together again. There are some things that I need to let go for the better. I let go of Jimin but that doesn't mean that I don't love him. In fact, I love him very much and I don't think I will find another guy in my life, just him. I will never find another person to replace him in my heart and to replace him as a father to my children. I'll just keep this love for myself and just love him from afar.
I promise I'll be the best mother to my daughter and make her feel that she has a complete family although Jimin is not with us. I will do my best.
After a few more hours, we arrived in New York. It gave me this different feeling. It was a whole lot different. The air, the surroundings, the people, everything. I took a deep breath
This is it Jeongyeon. You chose this, face it with all courage .
We were fetched by a limosin driven by appa's driver. While we were in the car, I watched the view outside and the leaves are starting to fall. Autumn, the season the reflects myself the most. Just like the tree, I let go of a lot of things in my previous life, just like how the trees let go of the leaves. But time will past, autumn and winter will past and I know, in time, I will recover and just like tree have a life once again. I believe that I can do this, I have my family and Amaya. I will stand up and rise again so that I can raise Amaya well and be the best mother to her.
When we arrived at the house, it did not feel like home but, I know in time I will adjust. We all fixed our things, Appa gave me Giselle unnie's room and it was filled with our pictures together. She really loves me doesn't she? Well, I love her as well and I wish that she is here with me.
There was one thing that I noticed the most this past few days, appa is becoming nicer towards me. Before he was so cold and hard but now, he became soft and warm. But still, I can't erase it in my heart that I am so angry at him. If he just chose to accept Jimin and I in the very first place, none of these things would have happened. We should be happy right now but, he was cold and unfair so, we are all here broken.
"Jeongyeon-ah."I heard appa's voice call my name but, I did not look back, my arms were just crossed staring at my picture with unnie.
I heard him sigh
"I know you are not yet okay right now but, I called you a friend and he is here." he said but I did not look back.
I just nodded
"Okay, thank you." I responded with no emotion.
"Well, I'll just tell him to come here." he said and I just nodded
He then sighed once again and closed the door. After seconds, I heard someone open the door once again
"Jeongyeon-ah." he called. I recognize that voice. My crossed arms fell down and my eyes widened.
I looked back and saw him.
As I saw him I couldn't help it but cry once again. He knows my pain, he noticed my feelings for Jimin before even before he got amnesia and he was always supportive. He may look cold but, he really is kind and warm. He is the best and any girl like me will wish to have a big brother like him.
"Yoongi oppa." I cried
He then lifted his arms up and I ran to him and hugged him. I missed hugging him, aside from Carlo oppa he also became a good oppa to me. Our friendship started in college same time with Nayeon unnie and Jihyo. It was Yoongi oppa and I always together during classes because we have the same course, Jimin and Nayeon unnie were the ones together in classes because they have the same course, medicine and Jihyo was the only one in Accountancy class but, our differences never became a problem to our friendship. Our friendship was strong that until now we are still strong and best friends.
He patted my back as I cried on hugging him.
"Its okay Jeongyeon-ah, you still have us. We are your friends and nothing can erase that." he said
I nodded. He then rubbed my back
"Just let it out. You'll be fine."
"Thank you oppa, thank you."

Its been months and still, Jimin is still wrecked. He did all that he can do to get his family back but, it was just so hard and it was not given to him. Day by day he became sick. He wouldn't eat properly and sometimes wouldn't take a bath worse, wouldn't get up from his bed. Well, sometimes he gets up from his bed and just wander outside the house by the beach. He walks by the sea blankly.
One day, while it was raining, he took an evening stroll but, instead of wandering around the beach, he walked by the road. He walked endlessly, he was soaked by the rain but he didn't care. He still felt numb. He couldn't feel anything anymore. Sadness, pain, happiness, anger, fear all of those are gone. He was just emotionless. He walked far and he doesn't even know where he is and he doesn't care. He was in the middle of a road that people barely go through it was far and the temperature became a lot colder and little by little, the place became known to him.
He tilted his head and he saw a small building
Saint Adelaide Children's home
It was the orphanage that Jimin and Jeongyeon go to. It was the home of their good friends, sister and the kids. This was their comfort zone and he felt emotions in him once again.
"Now Dahyun, go back to your room and tell your friends to start praying." sister said
"Ne sister, I will tell them." Dahyun said and then she was about to enter the house but, she caught sight of Jimin.
"Look sister!" she exclaimed and then pointed at Jimin
Sister looked at him and they were both shocked.
"Oppa!" Dahyun shouted and then on the road, a car was coming and it was driving in high speed.
It was coming for Jimin and he was in the middle of the road.
"Jimin!"Sister shouted to warn him.
He then looked back at the road and he was blinded by the lights of the car. He was frozen at his position and he just covered his eyes with his arms, the car was just centimeters aways and he was about to be hit.
"Aaaaaaaahhhhh!" Jimin shouted
The memory of him when he got into an accident when he got amnesia came into his mind.
"Oppaaaa!" Dahyun shouted
The car was so near to hit Jimin. But he was not hit, he was pushed to the side and the car was able to pass the road without harming anybody.
Dahyun and sister were shocked upon seeing what happened. They were still standing by the orphanage. It was someone else who pushed Jimin. Jimin fell on the road but he was not that hurt. He tried to open his eyes and when he did, the rain suddenly stopped in his vision.
A small child in a white dress was smiling at him and she walked to him. She was glowing and she looks so beautiful. The child had Jeongyeon's eyes. When he looked into her eyes, he can see a million galaxies. Jimin was mesmerized by the child. The child then sat in front of Jimin and she cupped Jimin's face in her small little hands. She smiled at him sweetly and her hands gave Jimin warmth and love. Jimin's eyes teared upon seeing her.
"Appa...." the child said
Her voice gave life to Jimin, she woke Jimin's heart. Her voice was music to his ears.
"Appa, I know you are hurt but, I am here with you. Please take care of yourself and I will always be with you and you will always be with me." she said
"Joy....."Jimin said in a soft voice
Joy nodded with a smile
"Appa stay strong for me. Stay strong for my twin and eomma. I know someday you will see each other again. Don't lose hope. God has a plan and I need you to be ready when the time comes...."
"I love you appa....." she said sweetly. Her smile was just perfect
Jimin's tears poured from his eyes
"I love you too my Joy. I love you." he cried.
Then, the child smiled once again smiled and slowly she vanished. When she vanished completely the rain once again became noisy and he passed out.
All his memories came pouring in. All of it.
Flashback
"Best friends forever?" Jimin asked
Jeongyeon smiled and held his hand.
"Bestfriends." she responded while smiling widely.
In one sports event, Jimin and his team won the game.
"And the mvp, Park Jimin!" the emcee announced, everybody was on their feet and cheered loud. Jeongyeon was the one who cheered the most
"Woohooo! Park Jimin! Park Jimin! Park Jimin!" she cheered
Jimin smiled and winked at her
as he got gold of his medal.
At lunch break, they were having a fun conversation in the cafeteria
"And Nayeon was like-" Jimin then copied Nayeon's expression while watching her crush during pe time. He was looking at Yoongi dreamily with his chin leaning on his palm, demonstrating Nayeon.
And they burst out laughing clapping their hands. Well, except for Nayeon.
"Yaaah! Hajima!" she protested but, her friends didn't care they were just laughing and laughing
Jeongyeon and Jihyo were laughing out loud while clapping their hands and Yoongi and Jimin did a high five and Nayeon pouted.
Yoongi, Jimin, Nayeon, Jeongyeon and Jihyo were having a sleepover party in Jeongyeon's house
"Okay, dare!" Jimin exclaimed while they were playing truth and dare.
"Okay, I'll give you a dare." she said and then held her hands on her waist while thinking
"Ah, you slide down the banister." she said and then they all burst out laughing except Jimin
"Yah! Ani!" he protested
"No, Jimin. A dare is a dare. Hahahahhaah." Yoongi said and they laughed again
They all went to the stairs and Jeongyeon motioned Jimin to go to the banister by the stairs. Jimin hesitantly went to the banister.
"Don't tell me the all time mvp of basketball wouldn't take this dare." Nayeon teased
"Park Jimin! Park Jimin! Park Jimin!" Jeongyeon and Jihyo cheered.
Then Jimin sat by the end of the banister, took a deep breath and he took the ride. While sliding, he shouted in horror.
"Aaaaaaaaaahhhhh!" he shouted and the rest of them just laughed
Then when he was about to reach the end, he jumped off and landed on the cushion waiting for him. He landed on his face and they all laughed
His friends went down to where he was and clapped
"You did great oppa!" Jihyo exclaimed
"Woohoo! Park Jimin!" Jeongyeon exclaimed and she was the one laughing the hardest
So, Jimin held her hand pulled her to the cushion and tickled her there.
"Yaaaah! Park Jimin let go! hahahhaha!" she shouted and then laughed
"Yah! Stop!" she demanded and laughed again
"You gave me the dare so it is just rightful to do this to you." he said still tickling her
"Yaaaaahhhh!"
On the day of Jimin's accident, he was waiting by the gate to see Jeongyeon. He wanted to see her and talk to her so bad but, she was heartbroken especially because Giselle went to the airport to fly back to New York.
While waiting, Jayson, Jeongyeon's suitor came to see her as well but he got a mischievous plan. He doesn't want Jimin as a competitor in winning Jeongyeon's heart.
"Jimin, why are you here?" he asked
When Jimin noticed him, he wiped his tears and stood up well, I am just waiting for Jeongyeon, I really need to see her.
"Haven't you heard?" he asked
Jimin then gave him a curious look
"Heard what?" he asked worriedly
"She will fly back to the States because she said she suffered a lot of pain. Especially from you." he lied. It was Giselle going back to America not Jeongyeon.
He tricked Jimin. He knows that Jimin will follow her. Jeongyeon was actually with Nayeon and Jihyo.
Jimin came running to his vehicle and drove it to the airport. He tried to call Jeongyeon on his way to the airport but she cannot be reached and when his phone slipped from his hands he tried to pick it up but, he lost sight of the road, the blinding light of the car in front of him blinded him and it crashed.
Jimin was bleeding and unconscious.
End of Flashback
Jimin woke up with all of his memories, he regained all of them.
He was lying on a bed in the orphanage, sister, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung and Tzuyu were staring at him with worried looks.
He tried to sit up and when he did, he held his head and groaned in pain
"Here drink water first Jimin." sister offered and he drank water given by her and when he finished he gave it back to her.
"Oppa, whatever your problem is, we are here for you." Tzuyu said
"We are your friends oppa. We are here to listen." Mina said and the rest of them nodded
God has given Jimin the way. He sent Joy down to earth to help her father and he led Jimin to that road because, this orphanage was the same place where Jeongyeom recovered, this place could also be the place for him to stand up and rise again. The kids in that place are so kind and understanding that they have the power to make anyone heartbroken stand up once again.
Joy was on the far corner of the room unseen. She was happy to see her appa see some people to help him. She was smiling happily
Guys, I am so sorry for the late update. I was just enjoying the game ML with my family ehheheh, pardon me. And after this chapter, we will venture in the new lives of Jeongyeon and Jimin so, stay tuned 😉
