My life is a massive abyss right now. Being a twenty-year-old guy who just got dropped out of college, then I lost my job, my girlfriend dumped me, and even my parents disowned me. How did my life ended up like this? Did I do something wrong that upsets life? I really don't know anymore...
As I keep thinking of my life choices, I stopped near a crossroad, as I see someone in a dark coat and hat crossing the street, which is not too big of a deal. That is until...
*tire screech*
I saw a car braking hard, as it going to crash the unaware lady. And by instinct, I leaped onward and pushed the lady away from the street. Obviously, she got surprised by it, in which she landed safely on the other side of the road, but...
I'll be the one who gets crashed instead.
I sigh. Well, it's been nice knowing myself after twenty years of disappointment. But at least I did something good before- wait, what's that noise?
Before I knew it, I got lifted upward, as in I got carried by someone. They carried me to the park nearby before lowering me to the ground. I turned to see my savior, and am surprised to see the one who saved me.
Underneath the moonlight, she looks beautiful... Her bluish emerald eyes, her hair, her horn... wait, is that a tail?! O-okay, that's not a good way to thank someone who just saved your skin. But hold up, how did she saved me? I thought I saved her.
"I'm glad that you're alright." She spoke with a calm voice, almost motherly in fact, and it made me weaker than I already am. "Thank you for saving me, even though I don't really need a saving."
I'm still speechless by her looks, but I managed to shake myself up before saying, "B-but you look like you're ignoring the very first thing about crossing the street." I said it almost sarcastically.
"Oh, really? I never heard of such thing." Wait, really?! Where does she come from anyway?! "Then again, I've never seen the human world for centuries now." She said while putting her finger on her chi- wait, centuries?! What the heck is going on?!
"Uhhhh..." My mouth agape from the information that I just received, and sadly, she noticed.
"Goodness, are you alright?" She asked.
"Yeah." I just said. I just... can't comprehend. The lady then gestured me to sit on a bench with her, and well... might as well. As I sat there, she put her hand on my lap and turned to me.
"May I listen to your life story?" Whoa, lady! That's kind of inappropriate. And of course, I was startled by her request. But, seeing that I have no one other than her right now...
"*sigh* Might as well. But I have to warn you, cuz it kind of a sad story."
I then explained my life, from the happy childhood to the falling out, and then till now. Looking at her face right now, I can tell that she feel sorry for me. It is a sad story after all. The lady closed her eyes before suddenly holding him hand, making me flabbergasted.
"How about you stay with me?" WHAT?! L-Lady, I... "Please, stop your thought. After hearing about you, I believe that it's a fair compensation for saving me back then. And please, I won't take no for the answer."
The Lady is determined to bring me with her. And it's a genuine one, too. I could just stood up and walk away, but again, I have nowhere to go...
I then nod of her offer before looking at her eyes with a pathetic attempt of thanking her silently. "I'll do it." That sealed the deal. The lady smiled and hugged me after that, and... it feels warm...
She then loosen it before standing up, which I followed as well. The next thing is kind of weird, as she bowed elegantly in front of me and introduces herself.
"My name is Houskey. It would be a honor to serve you at your new home, Master (Y/n)."
... First off, I didn't told my name, and second... MASTER?!

"This is it, Master. Your new home."
After like thirty minutes of walking with her, I stood in front of an old mansion, that's surprisingly well kept despite being far away from the city. From the window, I see the insides are lit, which means there's someone living there. Houskey led me to the front door, and as soon as she turned the knob, I was greeted with a sight.
Okay, I know that Houskey is beautiful, but the others are just as beautiful as well. The red one's being too elegant, the green one's kinda... hot, for the lack of better term, the blue one's cute as a button, and the pink one's gave a soothing vibes. I was in awe at them, and they looked at me with different kinds of interesting opinion of me.
"I'm Tilroo. I'll be providing food if you ever need it." The red one introduced herself.
"I'm Parla. Allow me to provide some clothes for you." The green one joined as well.
"I'm Laudry! Nice to meet you!" The blue one energetically greeted.
"I'm Nasary. If you ever feel sick, then call me." The pink one finishes with an advice. Hauskey then goes in front of the others.
"And finally, I'm Houskey, the sole owner of this mansion and the head maid of us Dragonmaids." Houskey properly introduced herself. Wow... so they're maids then, wait no, Dragonmaids?!
But that's no time for questions, as the girls then bows at me like how any maid should.
"Welcome to the Dragonmaid Chateau, Master!" The maids announced. Now that they introduced themselves, the next thing I knew is that they escort me in into the Chateau.
From being homeless to being a Master for the Dragonmaids, I guess I can get used to this...
"You will, Master." Kyah! Houskey! She then laughs after peeking my thoughts! "Sorry, Master. But I assure you, that you'll enjoy staying with us. Because at the same time, you're in a different world~"
WAIT, WHAAAAAAAAT?!
(It's finally here! After 2 years of being drafted, it's now here!
Yeah, I've been meaning to write a story featuring Yu-Gi-Oh!'s Dragonmaids for a while now, but always got stuck with how to write it, so I decided to make it a series of short stories featuring the protagonist and the Dragonmaids, as well as few special guests.
