Jenna dropped her bag onto the floor next to the front door, before sluggishly taking off her heels. She sighed as she leaned onto the wall. Being a head chef was difficult especially when you had to train 3 people at once. She closed her eyes as a headache began to form.

She then heard loud laughter from the dining room which brought a smile to her face. Jenna never had to work, especially since Tyler's job paid so well. She just seemed to get the job perfect for her. When she was home off tour, they had a job for her, and when she was off on tour they had a replacement for her. It was the job she dreamed of, but that didn't make it any less exhausting.

She made her way into the dining room, every step becoming more alive than the last. She enjoyed time with her family, no matter how tired she felt.

"No, I refuse to believe that you punched a guy before. You could've gotten expelled!" Rosie exclaimed, before Tyler chuckled.

"It was definitely worth it. Billy was the type to bully everyone and still be liked by everyone." Tyler explained, taking a sip of his hot chocolate.

"What did he do to you?" Rosie asked, and Jenna furrowed her eyebrows. Tyler wouldn't tell her would be? It wasn't something to just throw around, especially to their daughter.

Tyler had beat Billy in a basketball game, which had sent Billy into a huge temper tantrum. Tyler had made fun of him in front of everyone present to the game, which was actually the entire school. Billy had ended up announcing to the entire school that Jenna and him had had sex before the game which gave him bad luck. Tyler and Jenna were dating then, so, of course, Tyler didn't like the words spewing out of his mouth. So, with great pleasure he punched his mouth.

Also, the sex was never true. Tyler knew that, although the school didn't, and it ruined Jenna's entire high school experience from then on.

"That is for me to know, and you to never find out." Tyler answered clearly, and Rosie frowned. So he didn't tell her after all.

"Hey guys." Jenna interrupted, placing a smile on her face.

"Hey baby, you had a good day at work?" Tyler asked, quickly getting up from his seat and walking over to the cabinet. "Sit down and I'll make you some hot coco."

"Yeah, I had a good day." Jenna shrugged. It wasn't really good or bad. Jenna didn't know.

"You're like a grandma, dad. Getting everyone coco."

"Would anyone like a fresh cup of tea?" He said in a small old British lady's voice, and they all giggled.

Tyler placed the cup in front of Jenna before pecking her lips and sitting next to her. "How was your day at school, Ro?" Jenna asked.

Ro shrugged, suddenly having an uncomfortable expression. "It was fine." Rosie stirred her hot coco, and Jenna frowned but nodded anyways.

Rosie never really talked to Jenna. It was always her father she'd speak to. And if Jenna was in the room she'd hold her tongue until she left. She didn't mean to, she just was scared she'd judge her or something. She's tried to speak with her and talk with her like she does with Tyler but it just gets awkward because she never knows what to say. "We had a paint fight today." Tyler chuckled, showing off his arm. He had small speckles of blue paint on his arm, yet he was mostly clean. Jenna giggled. "We showered already, of course." He brushed off the remains.

"Aw, I wish I was apart of it. I need to ask for a day off so it can just be all of us together." Jenna smiled, and Tyler nodded.

"That would be great, wouldn't it Ro?" Tyler tried to maybe nudge them to talk to each other. He knew how much it broke Jenna's heart. All she wanted to do was talk to her daughter, but she too, had nothing to say.

"Yeah." Ro answered, shrugging a little bit. Well, there goes that idea. Rosie picked at her nail polish for a second before she was finally done with the awkward silence. "I think I'm going to bed. I'm exhausted."

"Okay goodnight, honey." Jenna spoke sweetly.

"Leave the mug down here." Tyler reminded, and Rosie nodded, placing her empty mug down and walking for the stairs.

Jenna suddenly sighed, slouching down onto Tyler's shoulder in exhaustion. "I had the worst day of my life." She mumbled, and Tyler rubbed her shoulders.

"You go upstairs and get ready for bed while I do this and then you can tell me all about it, okay?" Tyler helped her up from the chair and she nodded. Again in her sluggish state, Jenna headed for the stairs.

Tyler put the mugs in the dishwasher, before getting an ice water from the fridge and quickly making his way upstairs.

He entered the room right as she was slipping in the bed. He gave her a small smile as he placed the iced water on her bedside table. She thanked him and he slipped in the bed next to her, opening his arms. She immediately engulfed him in an embrace like an otter holds their young. "I'm so tired of everything, Ty. I just want to sit and to relax and to focus on what's really important but right now I don't know what's important anymore." She vented all in one breath. All to the point Tyler needed to stop her.

"Okay, alright. Sit up." Tyler instructed, and Jenna furrowed her eyebrows looking up.

"What?"

"Sit up." He repeated, and Jenna obliged confusingly. "Now turn around."

Jenna sighed. "Tyler-"

"No, it's not- just turn around. Your back facing me." He persisted, and she finally sighed and gave up, twisting herself to where she was facing the bathroom. Which was on her left side.

Tyler grasped her shoulders and squeezed gently, beginning to massage her muscles. "Relaxing right?" He smiled.

"Yeah, but what's the point of this?"

"You want to relax? Then you can." Tyler pressed his thumbs around her muscles. "Now, tell me what's wrong."

Jenna let out a small satisfied breath, but it could also be mistaken as a chuckle. "You're very demanding tonight."

Tyler huffed out a small laugh. "Sorry, I just want you to feel better is all."

Jenna took a deep breath, closing her eyes and relaxing her body, her head rolling back. "You're succeeding." She whispered, and he smiled proudly.

After a few more minutes, she straightened herself up. She turned to face him, cuing him to stop. "I had a long day at work." She began, sighing as she leaned her head back on the wall behind her. "I had to train 3 people." She let out a hopeless chuckle. "All at once."

Tyler laid back, lifting himself up with his elbow. "Wow." Was all he could get himself to say.

Jenna had a 'what can you do?' face as she looked down at her husband. "What about you?" She reached her hand over to rub her thumb over his cheek. "I feel like I never ask you that anymore."

Tyler shrugged. "I messed with Josh a bit in the basement, and when I came up Rosie was home." He looked around the room for a second as if thinking. "And then we just messed around a little bit until you got home."

Jenna was silent for a long time, so long that Tyler looked back over to her, examining her face. "Rosie loves you a lot." She decided to say. She was a little jealous of Tyler. She wished Rosie would talk to her like she did Tyler. However, not all wishes come true.

"She loves you a lot too you know." Tyler replied. Jenna felt as though she was hit with a wave of emotions. That was all she needed to hear for her brain to think it's time to cry.

She bit the inside of her lip as she nodded. "I know." She whispered, but it sounded more like a croak from how hard she was trying to hold it in.

Tyler tucked a piece of her hair out of her face. "She just doesn't know how to show it."

Jenna let out a laugh to maybe help lighten the mood, looking down at the bed sheets. "That's what all the movies say."

Tyler watched her intently. "Have they ever been wrong?" He asked in a blank expression, knowing well that he was right. Jenna shrugged, a small grin teasing her lips.

"No, I guess not."

Tyler rubbed Jenna's arm before opening his. "C'mere."

She smiled as she fell into his chest like she previously did. He kissed the top of her head as she kissed his bare chest chastely.

She loved this man so much. She was so happy she came out of her shell for him.
