-Story Start-
The school day had been the same old stuff. But whispers had been trickling out of students mouths all day.
"'I heard It's gonna snow at 2:00"
"Really! The first one of the year!"
You had never seen snow before, you had been picked from the states to attend Hopes Peak. Your states lowest was 70° (21° Celsius) degrees.
"Hey L/N-Chan, no loitering in the halls!"
You shook a little, where you really that lost in thought. You turned around and put your hands up to your shoulders, in response.
"Oh I'm sorry, I got lost in my train of thought!"
The hall monitor gave you a smile, good, it was just Ishimaru.
"It's fine! Are you excited to see your first snow fall!"
you got a expression of pure childlike wonder on your face as you responded.
"Yeah, I hope it's as cold as your say it is!"
He looked at you, with the same warm smile.
"It is, me and Owada-Kun are having a snowball fight after school with Fujisaki-San and Kuwata-Kun!"
"Damn Kuwata-Kun? He'll pitch one down your ass."
His warm smile turned into a face of disappointment.
"HEY! NO CUSSING IN SCHOOL GROUNDS!"
You looked down at the ground, not having any remorse at all.
"Oh, sorry Ishimaru-Kun ."
He could tell you didn't care, but he was happy you at least apologized.
"Taka is fine L/N-Chan."
You look back at him.
"Ok Taka-Kun."
"I think we should get back to our classroom!"
You nodded your head.
"Yeah, that sounds good."
You got back to your classroom, and took your seat. Automatically zoning out, being the Ultimate Y/SHSL this class was so easy to you.
The class had a certain strange tension to it though, would it snow or not. You thought about it until you saw a speck of white flutter to the ground. With other ones to follow them.
"Class, this is your last hour. Pay attention to me and not the snow!"
Everyone but Ishimaru-Kun let out a sigh.
"Yes Akabane Sansei."
I couldn't help but look outside, the single white flutter had turned into a song of snow. Whenever I got a note passed to my desk.
"Forgive me for the note! But do you have a thick enough jacket? You've never experienced snow before. If not I have a spare!"
You passed one back.
"Yeah, that will be nice!"
You looked away from the song outside the window and payed attention to class.
You where happy you did, because the teacher was asking you a question.
The day ended and Everyone rushed as fast as possible out of the school.
"L/N-Chan! Here's my spare jacket!"
He handed you a thick cream colored jacket, along with a black scarf.
"Thanks Taka-Kun."
You nodded your head and give him a smile.
"You're welcome L/N-Chan!"
Owada approached, grabbing Ishumaru's shoulders, scaring him.
"Hey Bro, ready for our snowball fight."
He looked over, giving Owada a death glare.
"As long as you don't put rocks in them again!"
You looked at Owada, who still had a face of pure happiness from scaring ishimaru on his face.
"Owada-Kun, what did you do last year?"
"Don't worry 'bout it."
You looked at Owada, not even questioning him anymore.
"Well, we should start walking."
Ishimaru nodded his head.
"Yeah, Kuwata-Kun watin for us at the gate."
You got to the gate, and Kuwata and Fujisaki started to walk with you. As you where walking, snow started to form into your shoes, and the outside started to feel horrid to you. A shiver shot up your spine.
"Oh L/N-Chan, I forgot you've never experienced snow before."
You looked at Kuwata, knowing damn well that he was just trying to be a jackass.
"Shut up Kuwata-Kun!"
Leon stuck his nose in the air, and crossed his arms.
"Hey, I'll pitch one at your face!"
You know he could, but what's so bad with provoking someone a little bit. You got a evil side smile, and gave him a glair.
"Do it, no balls. I played softball, you don't have a monopoly."
He looked back at you, only having one word to respond with.
"Bet!"
You gave him the same look.
"Bet!"
Ishimaru looked at you two. Your rivalry was from you two being ball players.
"Ok, can you guys stop flirting so we can get to my dorm! I have some snow boats you can borrow L/N-Chan!"
You looked away from Kuwata, giving Owada a warm smile.
"Ah, Thanks Taka-Kun."
Kuwata gave him a look of pure death and destruction.
"Hey, we're not flirting!"
Owada tolled his eyes
"Yeah, sure whatev'r Kuwata-Kun."
Within a couple more steps, you arrived at his dorm. You walked in and he told you to sit on the couch. He walked back to a closet and grabbed some boots, they looked newer then the ones he was wearing now.
"Thanks for the boots, my other ones had snow leaking into them!"
You put them on, snow cushioning the bottom of your shoes.
"No problem L/N-Chan!"
You looked at him and gave him a look, you had told him this before.
"You know you can call me Y/N, I've told you before I'm fine with it."
He shot you a shocked look.
"But your first name is reserved for only family and close friends!"
You shrugged your shoulders.
"Well we're pretty close. We chill all the time, so just call me Y/N."
He had a shaky voice.
"Ok Y/N!"
you gave him a smile and walked out of the door with him. You two joined up with the rest of the gang, and walked to a close by park. But Owada decided that because the roads where cleared. He wasn't walking
"Ok guys! Now we choose our teams! The captains will be Owada-Kun and Kuwata-Kun!"
Owada pointed to Ishimaru.
"Aight, I first choose, You bro!"
"Thanks!"
Leon pointed at Fujisaki, he really wanted to beat you.
"Ok, I choose Fujisaki-San."
You walked over to Ishimaru and Owada.
"Guess, I'm with you two."
Owada looked at you.
"Hope you can throw."
You stretched out your arms, winding up pitching arm.
"Bet!"
Ishimaru took in a deep breath.
"And no ROCKS IN THE SNOWBALLS!"
Leon looked at him, that at you.
"Bet."
We took our positions, we had 15 minutes to make a snow fort. We packed it up. To the point it would even cover all of Owada-Kun hair.
You had just finished packing up the last bit of snow when you heard Leon yell from across the park.
"TIMES UP! TIME FOR WAR!"
The first snowball hit our fort, it was thrown by Fujisaki-San, it was a pretty weak throw.
"WEAK!"
You yelled, as you nailed Kuwata in the face. His face turned red from the cold snow hitting his face. He took a deep breath and puffed out his chest.
"JUST WAIT!"
You laughed, and responded.
"do it, no balls!"
He threw a snow ball that hit you in the shoulder.
"Wow, I thought you had good aim Kuwata-Kun!"
He got flustered, and yelled back.
"SHUT UP!"
While you where was fighting with him, Ishumaru threw one that hit him in the face.
"HEY-"
Owada hit him right after wards.
"THREE STRIKES, YOU'RE OUT!"
He was getting angry, he expected to win with flying colors'
"SHUT UP!"
You where about to yell back, as a cold spiky pain hit your face. Blood dripped down from your nose.
"HE PUT ROCKS IN THE SNOWBALLS! BITCH!"
You tried to stop the bleeding as Ishimaru yelled at him.
"KUWATA-KUN! THAT WAS AGAINST THE RULES!"
Your nose bleed was getting worse, you looked over to ishimaru.
"You got a tissue."
He reached into his pocket, and grabbed a little pack of tissues and handed one to you.
"Yeah, here."
You grabbed the tissue, and quickly made your own snowball.
"Y/N, you better not put rocks in it."
You gave him a devilish look.
"No, I got a better idea."
You made my snow ball, about the size of a softball, and began a pitching motion. While Kuwata looked at you.
"Hey, what are you-"
You nailed him in the face, and knocked him back.
"SUCK ON THAT!"
Your nose bleed had not calmed down in the slightest. You didn't even notice until ishimaru grabbed your shoulder.
"Hey, Y/N you should calm down, your nose is bleeding pretty bad."
You huffed.
"fine."
"Bro, take position, I'm gonna stop her nose bleed."
"Aight, I got you bro."
"Thanks bro."
You sat on the ground as Ishimaru was trying his best to stop your nose bleed.
"Ok Y/N tilt your head down so it doesn't run down your throat, and pinch the nostrils."
"Ok."
"How many rocks did Kuwata-Kun put in that snowball?"
"I felt like 2, maybe 3."
"Your nose doesn't look broken, so he probably just BROKE THE RULES!"
Leon yelled back.
"SHUT UP!"
You looked down at his jacket to see it was covered in blood. You felt so bad.
"Oh my god! I'm so sorry!"
He grabbed his bag while responding.
"It's fine, it's not the first time."
He reached into his bag and grabbed some bandages, and wrapped my nose.
"Keep the tissue on your nose, but that should help."
You shoved it into your nose and stood up.
"I LOOK PRETTY GOOD FOR A DEAD BITCH!"
Owada looked up.
"SHE'S ALIVE."
While Ishimaru, very annoyed, clapped.
The snow ball fight went on for 2 more hours, until we mostly went numb and the sun started to fall. It was a Friday so called it a day, and said we'd pick it back up tomorrow.
"Y/N, can you come over to my dorm so I can help your nose out a little more."
You nodded your head.
"I mean, we're like right next to each other so sure yeah whatever."
Owada looked at us and winked.
"OWADA-KUN! I WOULD NEVER DO SUCH AN UNHOLY ACTION BEFORE MARRIAGE!"
"Yeah, sure whatever, L/N-Chan you can ride with me back if you want."
You gave him a confused look.
"But that Ishimaru-Kun will walk alone."
Owada faces palmed.
"No offense L/N-Chan but It's sundown, I think Ishimaru-Kun has a less chance of being kidnapped then you."
"True-"
Ishimaru nodded in agreement with Owada
"I'm gonna have to agree with Owada-Kun! Ride back with him and I'll meet you guys at my door!"
You agreed
"Ok, whatever you say."
You had admit, you got to the dorms quicker.
As we walked into Ishimaru dorm as Owada flopped onto the couch and said.
"Just tell him you like him already! It KILLS ME bro!"
You blushed.
"Not yet!"
He rolled his eyes.
"Why not! You got the best wingman in the world, and you still won't do it. I'm hurt."
You looked away, and gazed looked at one of the many posters he had hun up.
"I don't know if he likes me or not."
He face palmed.
"Bro, no offense. How fuckin stupid are you."
"Owa-"
"He's more strict with you, he suspended your bullies without a warning, he always walks with you and invites you to stuff, he passed you a note in class making sure you had a thick enough jacket. HE BROKE THE RULES TO MAKE SURE YOU WOULDN'T GET COLD!"
"Well yeah."
"and AND he instantly got really worried when you got a rock snowball smoothie to the face. Face it bro HE LIKES YOU!"
"Ok so he does, but what if-"
"Stop plaguing your minds with what ifs, if you don't ask him out, I'll do it for you!"
"What are you, in elementary school?"
"Yes, we'll even have a recess wedding!"
"Shut up!"
The door clicked open.
"Y/N, how is your nose?"
"Well now that it's not numb it hurts but it's mostly fine."
Owada-Kun let out a fake yawn.
"Well, I'm gonna go hit the hay. Talk to you later Bro!"
"See you later Bro! Get some sleep!"
"I will, talk to you tomorrow L/N-Chan!"
He gave you a wink and left, jerk.
"Ok Y/N I think your nose should be fine, but lemme take a look at it."
I took of the bandages to show a bruised mess.
"O-ok, it's just a little bruised, i-it'll be fine."
"Ishimaru-Kun may I ask a question?"
"S-sure y/n, what do you n-need."
"Why do you get so flustered when you see me even slightly hurt. I'm a big girl, I can take some pain!"
"I just don't like se-seeing my c- friends hurt."
"Why did you say 'C' before friends?"
He paused as his face lit a pink hue.
"N-no reason."
"Taka, you can tell me anything, I don't and won't judge."
"I like you."
He whispered, barely creating a noise at all?
"W-What."
"SEE, I KNOW YOU DI-"
"NO TAKA, I LIKE YOU TOO!"
"What-"
"Owada-Kun has been hyping me up to do this, but I-I like you ok. You make my heart flutter and my stomach woozy. Your voice makes me smile, your smile makes me blush, you just... make me happy."
"Y-you reciprocate my feelings."
"100% yes."
"So, w-will you go out with me."
"Yes, but no unholy acts until marriage."
"Ok!"
As he patched up your nose, he landed a small peck on my forehead.
"I have intense feeling for you!"
"Heh.. me too."
