Question???

I need some input, Sparrows. I am not Scottish, and as we all know, Harry's accent is a rather large part of his character. I've been using a Scottish slang translation website to 'translate' some of his dialogue. I get worried sometimes that the accent isnt coming through in the reading. And writing the next chapter, theres a line Harry says that uses quite a bit of slang. It really gives you an idea of how his accent sounds, and tbh, when I translated this line, it gave me absolute chills.
So my question is: is Harry's accent coming through as it should? Do I need to add more slang to his speech so his accent comes through more? Should I do a full blown Scottish slang translation of Harry's dialogue?
Below is an example of a bit of Harry's dialogue, using only some slang. Followed by a full blown Scottish slang 'translation.' I know some of the slang words may be too much, but I'm wondering if you guys would like me to try to use more full slang, or if the small bit I'm using is enough. Tae instead of to, nae instead of not, me instead of my, etc. Let me know. :)

Uma and I got into a bit o' a rammy She's dismissed me from her crew.
I can't go home. Me father is a drunkard, an' the drink makes him...well, let's just say that I learnt quickly to deflect and block blows.
I've nowhere to go. There's nothin' left for me 'ere.

Uma 'n' ah git intae a bawherr o' a rammy she's dismissed me fae her crew. Ah cannae gang hame. Me faither is a drunkard, an' th' dram mak's him...well, let's juist say that ah learnt quickly tae deflect 'n' block blows. A've nowhere tae gang. Thir's nothin' left fur me 'ere.
