°As I sit at my desk and take notes, a paper was thrown at me. I look to where it came from. It was Jeniah looking excited and urging me to open the paper by whisper screaming.°
°I chuckled and reached down, grabbing the paper and unfolding it.°

Guuuuurl I got invited to one of the most lit parties. Wanna come?? I already got Lee and Rebba!! Convince Rose to come to!!!

°I try and laugh as quietly as I could and waved to get Jeniah's attention. I gave her a thumbs up and she got so excited that she ended up having to be put into the hall.°
°I try and hold my laughs in as she was doing stupid stuff in the doorway when the teacher wasn't looking.°
°The teacher ended up scolding her and brought her back into the class, but that didn't stop her from acting up.°
°Sooner or later the bell rings making Jeniah grab her bag and run over to me. This was a regular thing so I was ready for her to grab my shoulders and pull me around.°
°And she does. She grabs my shoulders and shakes me excitedly. I laughed like I always do because I never really knew how to react or to match her energy.°
Jeniah: So, we goin' to lunch or we ditchin'?
Y/N: Jeniahhh c'mon, you said no more ditching!
Jeniah: Aghhhh but Y/N I haven't done it in two weeeks!! I need my slack!!
Y/N: Jeniah you always slack...
Jeniah:...you right you right, but like just for today!! So that we can try and convince Rose together!!
°I sit there considering it.°
Jeniah hasn't skipped for two weeks which is a record...and I don't mind not having my last two classes...
Y/N: Fine, but this does not mean that you start skipping school again, okay?
Jeniah: Yeah, yeah whatever, let's go get the girls and go!!
°I laugh as she starts to pull my arm. I quickly pack up my stuff and as soon as I put my backpack on, she grabs my hand and makes me run down the hall with her.°
°I laugh uncontrollably as I accidentally push people. I'm usually the one who's polite, but it was fun changing the odds.°
°We soon meet up with Rose, Leshawna, and Rebecca. We decide that we'd go to Rebecca's house and chill there.°
{They all walk to Rebecca's house and end up watching movies and eating snacks. When the movie ends, Jeniah ends up bringing up the party.}
Rose: No way I'm going.
Jeniah: What?? Come onnnn you never want to have fun Rose!!
Rose: It's not that I "don't want to have fun", I just don't want to be near hundreds of sweaty and sexually frustrated teen bozos who want to get drunk and have sex even though they're underage and aren't going to remember anything by the next day.
°The room was suddenly uncomfortably
quiet.°
Y/N: Okay, then how about this, if you end up coming to the party with us, we'll all have to do you a favor. And a plus, as soon as you start getting uncomfortable or you don't want to be there anymore, I'll go home with you and drop you off. Deal?
°She sat there thinking. You can tell when she's thinking/ in deep thought when her eyebrows are furrowed and she stares at something or someone.°
°It took about 5 minutes for her to speak again.°
Rose: Deal.
Jeniah: YE-
Rose: But, one more condition. As soon as any of you get tipsy, we're all going home. I don't want you guys doing anything you guys will regret. Got it?
°Jeniah and Rebecca sigh in unison.°
Leshawna: It's a deal then. Question is, if one or a couple of us gets drunk, who's not getting drinks and is driving us all home?
Y/N: I'll do it. I'm not much of a party drinker anyway.
Jeniah: Yesss Y/N you are a life saverrrrr.
°I laugh and shake my head.°
{The rest of the day goes by quickly and they all say their goodbyes. Y/N goes home. She was glad that her home wasn't too far from Rebecca's.}
°I walk in and was greeted by the smell of food.°
Y/N: Mama! I'm home!
Y/N's mom: Where have you been baby? I was calling your phone?
Y/N: Really?
°I quickly pull out my phone only to realize it was on Do Not Disturb.°
Y/N: I'm sorry mama, I was hanging out with Rebecca.
Y/N's mom: That light skin one?
Y/N: No mama, the Spanish one.
Y/N's mom: ohhh pretty girl, okay, come eat baby.
°I smile at my mom and walk to the dinner table. I wasn't that hungry from the snacks, but I wasn't going to try and worry my mother by not eating.°
°Once I finished, I washed my food and kissed my mom before heading upstairs to take a shower.°
{Y/N takes a shower and goes to sleep. She wasn't sure what to expect from this party. Jeniah had told her who and how Becca wasn't but she didn't know anyone there. Or at least she didn't think she would.}
=Time Skip=
»The party«
°When I wake up, my phone was blown up by messages from Jeniah. I sigh and rub my eyes as I grab my phone and go to the bathroom.°
°I start to brush my teeth as I read the messages she had sent me.°
°I laugh as I read them.°
°I quickly hop in the shower and get dressed. I tell my mom that I'm going to Jeniah's house.°
°I walk to her house, and almost as if she had sensed me, the door swung open before my knuckles had made contact with the door.°
°She pulled me in and had slammed her door shut. She had hurried my upstairs to her
room.°
Jeniah: Dress or casual?
Y/N: Uh casu-
Jeniah: Dress, got it.
Y/N: What?
Jeniah: what about this one?
°She pulls out a beautiful black dress with a slit where your leg is and noodle straps. I didn't mind it, but it wasn't my style.°
°I glance over to her closet, and something catches my eye.°
°It was a true blue romper. It was gorgeous. It was nice, and looked comfortable.°
Y/N: Hm, what about that?
°I point at the romper that had hung next to the other dresses she had. She looked over and sighed but still pulled it out with her shoulders slumped.°
Jeniah: This?? Really?
Y/N: It's that or a shirt and jeans.
Jeniah: I- wha- we- ughh fine, but I'm doing your makeup!
Y/N: What?? No!
Jeniah: Yup, it's a deal, and I'm doing your hair. Now go get dressed, The girls are already on their way.
°I rolled my eyes while smiling as I grabbed the romper and scurried over to her
bathroom.°
°I get undressed and slip on the romper. It fit my figure we'll, and the gold belt had pulled it all together.°
°I walk out and I already see Rose standing at the foot of Jeniah's bed staring at the variety of dresses and revealing clothing.°
°I suddenly hear a squeal making my instantly turn to the source of noise. There was Jeniah, eyes wide and her hands covering her mouth staring at me.°
Jeniah: Y/N!!! SINCE WHEN WERE YOU GONNA TELL ME YOU GOT A BODY-ODY-ODYYYYY!!!
°Rose laughs and turns to me. She smiles and nods in approval.°
Y/N: So am I 'allowed' to wear this?
Jeniah: OF COURSE YOU ARE HOLY SHIT!
{When all settles down and Rose picks her outfit, Jeniah does Y/N's makeup and hair, and the three meet Leshawna and Rebecca outside. They get into Rebeccas car and drive off to the party.}
°About 2 minutes into the drive, my phone vibrates against my lap. I flip my phone over and my heart skips a beat.°
Holy shit Hoseok texted me!! Okay, okay act cool...sisbjedk WHO AM I KIDDING??
°I smile to myself as my heart races.°
°My heart had gone out of control. My mind had gone scatterbrained. I was excited, scared, confused, happy, a whole bunch of things.°
I'm going to see him?? At this party?? At that house??? Jesus Y/N...
