Trouble in Paradise
The girls went to the food court they spotted last morning, luckily, they still have enough money to buy themselves food for dinner. Yeji got herself a job as an dance instructor after signing up so they wouldn't be starving in the next days
They ordered their food and sat on the available seat, "Can't believe they've gone way too far in one day." Chaeryeong looked away, feeling sorrowful, "I swear to God whether you guys like it or not I'll be leaving this school if I had enough." Yuna stated with resentment, she was trying her best to calm down
"I don't think we'll survive without interacting with them." Lia munched her food, "I feel sorry for Kai, he's literally defending us against his own friends." Yeji felt guilty for him because of the responsibility he has to takd
"Well, it's not his fault that he has more brain cells to cope with the situation." The short haired girl commented, "What do we do now?" Lia asked
"We're going back of course." Yeji answered doubtfully, "Yeah. We're sleeping on the couch anyway." Chaeryoung attempted to lighten the mood while taking off her glasses
Lia was about to say something when someone slammed their plates down to their table. They subconsciously snapped their neck, Ryujin suddenly stood up realizing him, "Who would have thought we'll come across with these new girls." One that Ryujin recognized snarkily commented, "I'll take that as you didn't learn at first experience." She seethed
"You know them, unnie?" Chaeryoung felt uneasy having these boys around them, they're seven in total. Ryujin smirked sardonically, "Not all of them. Only this medium-sized jerk." Yeji spilled her drink in shock
The boys looked offended even though the comment was directed at one person, "I bumped into this guy and I had to break his phalanges but I guess that wasn't enough." Her eyes narrowed in warning when one of them tried to touch Chaeryoung who distinctively moved away
"Quite the attitude you have. I'm falling to this girl more." The other one who's she's not familiar said, "Ryujin, let's just go." Luckily, she obliged at what Yeji said and they stood up, finally finished their dinner
When they're out of the sight range, Chaeryoung heaved a sigh of relief, "Who are those guys?" She asked with shaky breath, Lia patted her back in confort
"I only know they're not from Hanlim." It didn't help them to cease their worries
Suddenly, Yeji was pulled backwards and the same man held her in place while her members stood in a protective stance, "What the fuck is your problem?" Yuna asked with threat laying underneath her words
The other six came in front, almost covering Yeji in sight, "Simple. That blue haired bitch needs to pay for what she did."
Ryujin growled, "Let's bring them in the hospital, shall we?" Lia asked with a tint of danger in her voice. All of them knew how to fight since Lia and Ryujin taught them
The boys laughed at their statement, Lia took this opportunity to swung her foot on his head and it hit him directly where she wants it. The man grunted in pain while blood flowed from his nose
All of them charged simultaneously at the four girls, on the other hand Yeji swiped her foot in the middle of the man's leg and put a strength to forcefully lift her foot with the man's foot on it
Resulting the man to stumbled backwards, she didn't have time to react when a fist came to her view and connected directly on her left cheek, which will surely leave a bruise
She stumbled backwards and landed on her butt, Chaeryoung looked over to Yeji and noticed that man was about to hit her with a bat
Where did he even get that? Chaeryoung asked herself
She sprinted at her direction and just as her hands connected with her arms to push her, the bat slammed at her shoulders diagonally
Her face landed on Yeji's thigh as she clutched whatever material she's holding on to give her strength from tolerating the pain that's spreading like a wild fire on her back, "Chaeryoung!" Yeji bellowed her name in pure terror, suddenly forgetting about the pain on her cheek
The girls attention went to them and Ryujin's blood boiled at the sight, she promptly stomped her feet then repeatedly punch the guy with the bat. Yuna came to inspect, luckily they were done dealing with the others
Chaeryoung screamed when Yuna flattened her palms on her back, "We need to get back ASAP!" Lia shouted in fright, catching the attention of the passerby
Yuna placed Chaeryoung's one arm on her nape and Lia did the same to the other, Ryujin delivered the last blow before joining them
Yeji is on the verge of tears, Ryujin came up to her to reassure
They parked a cab and told him where they heading
Chaeryoung couldn't explain the pain she's in but despite the burden, she didn't let her unshed tears fall. Ryujin was quite throughout the ride, Yuna and Lia tried to help ease the pain
Ten minutes, they arrived at Hanlim. Yuna and Lia had Chaeryoung in their grasps, the guard noticed the uniform and his widened at the sight, "What happened?" He asked, while opening the gate and helping them, "Long story, where's the clinic here?" Lia asked, urgency evident in her tone
Other guards came to help them, "This way." They politely nod and hurriedly followed the guard
They stood at the clinic room and a mid 40s lady showed up, "Oh my! Lay her down." She immediately noticed the youngster lips that are completely pale
"She got hit on the back. She can't lay down." Ryujin said, devoid from all emotions, "Okay, but sweethearts you need to wait outside for me to focus." They obliged and sat on the benches in front of the door
They were silent, unable to process what just happened, they're still in the stage of denial, Yeji is drowning herself with guilt while Ryujin has the worst feeling among them
Her knuckles are blood shot but she didn't care, it's nothing compared what Chaeryeong is in
An hour passed and found themselves being drowsy from the wait and eventually they all slept in the benches

HANLIM MULTI ARTS HIGH SCHOOL
——— in TXT's Dormitory, 7:05 P.M
"Hyung, they've been gone for almost two hours! They have nothing else to do outside this dorm." The youngest one exclaimed, Taehyun nod his head in agreement. Kai has been bugging his hyungs to find the girls after an hour have passed but now there's no stopping him
"Kai, will you calm down? I'll contact my dad if they saw them." Taehyun's forehead wrinkled, "How on Earth your father would know where they went?" Soobin was about to answer when his phone rang, the ID caller is his dad
He immediately pressed the green button and put it on speaker mode, "Hey, d—"
"How the hell do you treat girls, Soobin?!" His dad is fuming anger after hearing the guards and nurse, Soobin is now also confused, "What do you mean, dad?"
"Come to the nurse building and hopefully you'll feel really guilty." The line went dead, his members looked at each other with timid looks
Soobin can't comprehend what's going on and followed what his father said, his members also followed him and he didn't mind
They took the last staircase that leads to the clinic room and rounded a corner
Soobin's jaw dropped at the sight of the four girls sleeping on the bench, what perked his attention is the blood on Ryujin's knuckles and the bruise that is forming on Yeji's cheek
All of them were shock to the core, especially Kai who has been worried sick about them. Yeonjun suddenly felt his heart clenched at the sight in front of him, he felt a bit sorry about them
Beomgyu only looks at them with passive expression but his eyes tell a different story, Taehyun wondered where is the glass eyed girl
As if a cue to their confusion, the nurse went outside and immediately noticed the boys, "Your father informed me that you're roomates with them." He nodded, suddenly feeling uneasy how's that sounds
"Do you know what happened?" She asked carefully, "No. My father called me to come here without explaining." He answered truthfully
"Well, I'm sorry about this news but Ms. Lee Chaeryoung spine is fractured." This only adds up to their confusion, "We didn't know what happened but the guards just saw these girls carrying Chaeryoung outside the gate."
Soobin choked his own saliva and Yeonjun took a deep breath, "Her bones are fractured and it needs time to heal, she'll be staying here for a while but other than that she's fine." They couldn't comprehend on how the events just turned against them
"You can take the girls to your dorm. I suggest you don't wake them up." With that she entered her clinic leaving the boys thinking
"We should have acted before. Now look what happened." Kai gritted his teeth, "I'm not involved in this." Taehyun raised both of his hands in surrender
"Yah, hyung. Don't tell me they're still going to sleep on the couch." Kai raised an eyebrow at Soobin
"Screw that shit. I'm taking Yeji." All of their heads snapped at the blue haired elder, "They'll be sleeping in our room, whether you guys like it or not. This is just our apology to them." Yeonjun muttered with a miffed expression
All of them are silent, "Then I'll take Ryujin." Beomgyu mused, looking at the short blue haired girl that is sleeping peacefully, "That left us with Yuna and Lia. Hyung?" Kai looked at Taehyun, expecting him to pick Lia, "I guess Li—"
"Lia's with me." Their heads snapped at their giant bear, "You sure about that, hyung?" Soobin only nod his head, unsure about his decision
"Kai, you take Yuna. Chaeryoung will be staying with me after she's healed." Kai bobbed his head up and down before all of them looked at the sleeping goddesses
"You think they're mad at us?" Kai asked, "Probably, but let's try to apologize."
"That's nearly impossible, hyung. Especially Ryujin noona, she seemed to really love her friends and I don't think we can have her forgiveness any time soon because of what had happened." Taehyun explained, he saw how the girls talk in the cafeteria and saw the glint in Ryujin's eyes, it sure is unnoticeable but she's the type of girl who doesn't know how to express her feelings but has the deepest feelings
"It's not our fault they got into a fight on whatever happened to them." Yeonjun retaliated, "True. But all of this wouldn't have happened if we weren't so persistent with them staying with us." Yeonjun got the point and shut his mouth at what Taehyun said
"So, how do we actually do this?" Kai whispered when they neared the girls except Taehyun who's watching them with amusement glittering his eyes, "Hurry up!" The four boys jumped at the voice, Beomgyu literally glared daggers at Taehyun who didn't pay attention because of the girls waking up
Ryujin stirred ever so lightly then slowly opened her eyes immediately seeing Beomgyu and the others, "What are you all doing here?" She snapped, she's no where near in the mood to argue
Soobin scratch his nape unnoticeable, "Ease your worries. You don't have any responsibility for what had happened, now you may go." Taehyun was right, Ryujin is the hardest to deal with but he can't blame her. Soobin didn't know what to say
When they remained unmoving, Ryujin stood up and held Soobin's collar suddenly and slammed him on the nearest wall. Despite the height difference, Ryujin managed to lift him on the floor while gripping the collar of his clothes, "Woah, noona!" Kai's words woke up this rest of her members
"I'm trying my best to keep my anger in touch ever since you treated us like a dog on the very first encounter and now it's already boiling in another degree, so it would be much appreciated if you all get the hell out of my sight before I punch you to sleep. Trust me you won't be seeing the sun anytime soon if that happens." Soobin saw how Ryujin's eyes twitched and reflected her anger in her eyes
Her eyes would darkened every word and now Soobin can see his own reflection in her eyes, "Ryujin, that's enough." Yeji stood up and seperate them from each other, if she let the two like this, there's no promise that none of them would left unscathed
"Soobin, please go. We don't want any more than one conflict today. We'll talk about this tomorrow." Yeji gripped Ryujin's wrist in warning when she tried to approach him. She noticed the blood stains on his collar, must be Ryujin's blood
"Noona. We would like to apologize our behavior towards you and—"
"Kai, just go. We can handle ourselves just fine, we promise to solve this tomorrow. We're really tired right now." Kai frowned at the words but nodded either way, "Where are you going to stay then?"
Yeji smiled despite the pain from her cheeks, "We'll stay with Chaeryoung until she wakes up." Kai sighed, "That's not gonna happen." Yeonjun butted in making the girls look at him
"You'll be staying with us. No one is permitted to sleep in hallways or in the clinic. Your friend is fine anyway." He pocketed his hands in his jeans and waited for their reaction, "How is she?" Lia looked up at the boy expectantly, "She had fractured her spine but she'll be fine. That's what the nurse said."
Yeji looked at the girls for their permission, she's fine with any options they would choose but she really wants to look after Chaeryoung, she blamed herself with it
"We can't leave her here." Yeji persist, she knows something that the boys won't understand, "She's fine." Yeonjun emphasize every word
"You don't understand!" Ryujin yelled, shocking the boys, "The nurse already told us that she's fine. I think you're the one who doesn't understand." Yeonjun spat
"She's referring to something else." Yuna mused with crossed arms, "That you won't understand." She continues, glaring at him
Yeonjun let out a frustrated sigh, Soobin pat his shoulder, "You can visit her tomorrow. The nurse will call us if anything happens." He reassured, Ryujin didn't look convinced but Yeji held her hands in warning
"For now, you need to rest." Lia gripped her skirt hearing that
"Please, noona." Kai pouted and gaver her his best puppy eyes which Yeji immediately melted. Who can say no at the look he's giving her, "Fine. You're lucky to be cute." She huffed and turn away, not wanting to be trap by his cuteness
Kai's eyes instantly light up, "That's settled then. Come on, noona!" Kai went behind Yeji and Ryujin and pushed them forwards lightly. Yeji signalled the other two to come which they obeyed
They all walked in silence, Kai didn't dare to break the silence, he wants his hyungs to do it instead. They missed the part where all of them are going to stay in their rooms, that's what he's hoping to Soobin to say
They all arrived at the dorm with tense atmosphere, Kai gestured them to sit on the couch and they did. Yuna immediately fell asleep in a matter of seconds, the boys left them in the living room while they're in the kitchen trying to figure out how to say them the news
Yeji didn't fall asleep like Yuna, her left cheek is throbbing in pain and it's making it hard for her to rest instead she fish out her headphones in her bag and listen to the music, trying to distract herself from the pain
Ryujin clasped her hands together on her lap to prevent her blood from staining the couch. Lia on the other hand, just simply couldn't go back to sleep
"Here." Both Lia and Ryujin jumped in fright from the sudden sound coming from Yuna who's handing Ryujin a bandage, she was pretending to sleep, "Where did you get this?"
"I asked for it in the clinic." Ryujin quietly accepted it and mutters a thank you. Ryujin still needs to clean it up before wrapping it with bandages, the blood on her knuckles dried after two hours of waiting
She frowned before leaning her head backwards, Yeji is already asleep and snoring softly. The boys entered the room with an indistinguishable look, Lia waited them to talk if there's anything to talk to
"You all are going to sleep with our room from now on." Soobin abruptly said, Beomgyu face palm himself
Yuna raised an eyebrow, "Don't feel guilty about us. We're more comfortable here." She said with a flat voice
"Just treat this as our apology from our behavior." Soobin retaliates, Yeji is asleep so didn't know what to say since Yeji has always been the one speaking up for them
"It's not a question so there's no option but to agree." Yeonjun mused, Yuna rolled her eyes and snorted, "Well, whose room do we stay in?" Lia asked, she's the second eldest so she's the leader for now
"Yeji noona is going with Yeonjun hyung, Lia noona will be Soobin hyung, Ryujin noona with Beomgyu hyung and Kai with Yuna." Taehyun answered for them, it'll be awkward if they say you'll be staying with me
Lia glanced between the boys and her friends, "Your call." She said in bored tone, though she feels really nervous knowing she's staying with Soobin
Lia stood up and encourage the others, Ryujin couldn't disagree so she stood up as well as Yuna with miffed expressions
Yuna looked over Yeji then to the blue haired dude, she's already asleep
"Come on." Soobin gestured at Lia, she hesitantly followed him while looking worried for Yeji. Yeonjun stepped forward and gently scooped Yeji in his arms, carrying her bridal style
Yuna looked at him weirdly but didn't comment. Then he strolled to his own room, she shook her head before looking at Kai
Kai gulped before leading the way expecting her follow which she did
Ryujin is staring at Beomgyu while waiting for him to move, Taehyun looked at the two with an awkward but teasing look, "I'll get going. Night, hyung and noona." He walked pass them without making any noise then entered his own room
Beomgyu sighed, he bobbed his head gesturing her to follow, Ryujin rolled her eyes but obliged
Beomgyu's room is connected with Taehyun for about few meters away, he opened the door and let her in first before closing the door behind him
The walls are plain white, the wooden floor creaked when Beomgyu walked across the room then entered the bathroom. Ryujin spotted a couch and sat on it, she'll be sleeping there whether he likes it or not. There's no way she's going to share a bed with a boy
Seconds later, Beomgyu appeared with a first aid kit, she spotted Ryujin on the couch almost asleep
He went over to her and sat beside her, Ryujin snapped her eyes to look beside her, "What are you doing?" She asked, noticing the kit on the floor, "Give me your hand." He placed his hand in front of her
She looked at it as if calculating a math problem, only then she realized about her wounds, "I'm good." She said before turning her body to the opposite direction
She thought he'd leave after what she said but was surprised when he grabbed her wrist forced her hand to look at the wounds for him
"Beom-" She stopped mid sentence when realized how close his face is, she was a bit under since he's taller than her. Good thing he was inspecting her wounds and not looking at her
Her nose is almost touching his cheeks, she leaned back a bit trying to give each other space, "Don't move." He muttered as he pulled her closer without noticing how close they are
Ryujin stared at his side look face, he's handsome up close, Ryujin thought. She remembered what the principal said
Choi Beomgyu, don't bother him at all cost
He doesn't look dangerous from the principal told them, he's quite and tends to blend around
Beomgyu grabbed a cotton ball before damping it with alcohol, "This is gonna sting." He warned quietly before applying it on her wounds
Ryujin hissed and pulled her hand back but found that Beomgyu's grip was stronger, he held her hand in place before continuing ignoring Ryujin repeated grunt and hiss
Ryujin got a good view of him though, aristocratic nose, pink plump lips, strong jawline and long eyelashes. His skin is flawless, in all honesty
She turned away not wanting to be caught but unfortunately, Beomgyu knows that she's staring the whole the time and his other side was smirking
Beomgyu knows she's beautiful and a bit of a tomboy, not exactly his type but he can't help but to feel interested with her attitude
He finished cleaning her wounds while still smirking, "The other hand." This she needs to turn her body to be able to do that, "No thanks I—"
She noticed the look he's giving her and briefly acknowledge his daring look before giving him his other blood shot knuckles, "What happened to you guys?" Beomgyu asked softly, wanting her to open up
Ryujin raised her eyebrow, "You seemed to offend someone by the looks of it." He continues
She contemplated about it, "He just needs his revenge." She emphasize the last word. Beomgyu stopped abruptly before continuing, "You really offended someone that bad that he needs revenge."
Ryujin rolled her eyes, "I only bumped into him." She whispered, looking at the other direction
"Who is it?" His question caught her off guard, "Why do you wanna know?" She asked suspiciously, he shrugged in response
"Will it hurt?" He asked back, "No. The point is I don't even know the guy." There was an eerie silence before she heard loud booming laughter coming from Beomgyu that will surely wake the others
She stared at him, Beomgyu throws his face on his arms trying to muffle his loud noise, "You're really a sharp tongue person. It's no surprise you have many nemesis." His face is bright red because all of that laughing
He's not dangerous, is he? Ryujin drown herself with that question

——— in KAI's room, 7:30 P.M
Both of the maknaes are sitting across the room, Yuna is distracting herself with her phone while Kai did the same. Kai didn't bother to start a conversation knowing she'll probably not going to talk even if she's not mute
He felt bad since he knew Yuna wants to sleep on the chair almost beside his bed, letting them stay in their rooms are no use if they're still going to sleep anywhere but the bed
Yuna knew how awkward it will be if they share the same bed so it's better off if she adjust, she turn off her phone before leaning back on the chair. It's not a sofa nor a couch but a chair, it's not comfortable by the looks of it and she'll probably have a sore the next morning
She yawned inaudible and didn't go unnoticed by Kai who has been stealing glances to her. He's been thinking on how to start a conversation though it's not his intention to start, it still bothers him
Yuna knew how nervous and awkward Kai is despite being the most conversation starter, she can't blame him, they met on a awkward situation, "Sorry." She said to Kai which he immediately snapped his neck to look at her
Kai was dumbfounded by her choice of words, "Pardon?" He crunched his eyebrows, Yuna looked at him for the longest time, "I'm sorry about this morning." She repeated
Kai's mouth formed an 'O' and nodded, "It's fine. It's my fault either way, I'm sorry too."
Then another silence followed, Kai wouldn't let this chance slid since Yuna started this, "How did you guys end up like that?" He asked, referring to what happened earlier
Yuna blinked several times before answering, "Group of guys that we don't know suddenly charged at us. Ryujin unnie do knows one of them." She replied flatly, devoid from all emotions
Kai nodded, "You should report it." He suggested, Yuna shook her head, "They're from different school." She replied
That caught Kai's attention, they're new in this town and it's impossible that someone wants to mess up with them, besides the closest neighboring school is about one hour drive away, there's no way they stumbled across one of the students there unless...
"What's their uniform?"
Yuna opened her mouth but got interrupted when her phone rang, she looked at it and frowned, the first time she showed her emotion in front of him, "I have to pick this." She smiled weakly before walking out the room
Kai shook his head to clear all the doubts he has, at the mean time he's hoping that it's just his hunch, that those people are just random people

[ T H E N E X T D A Y ]
Yeji felt heavy waking up, she felt a heavy thing on her waist, she stirred slightly and got up only to be stopped by the Adonis beside her. She looked behind her and screamed in shock, she would surely wake up her members
Yeonjun jolted awake and glance around his room, Yeji immediately scramble away from him, "Why did you scream?" Yeonjun turn to look at her in confusion
His eyes are blood shot from the sleep he had, "Why am I here?" She asked back, still frightened. Yeonjun rubbed his eyes and yawn, "We informed your friends that you'll be staying with us but you were already asleep." He explained while he put his head on his palms
"U-uh... S-sorry for waking y-you up." She stammered, she quickly rounded to the other side of the bed to get out with this room, "Where are you going?" He asked when she put her hand on the door knob, "To get r-ready." She doesn't even know what the time is, she just badly wants to get out
"It's 4:30 in the morning, get back to sleep." She felt goosebumps rise and all of her self confidence was thrown away
"I need to do my homework." She didn't wait for his response before walking out the room. Yeonjun smirked at what she said despite feeling drowsy, she forgot to bring her bag with her
Yeji slumped on the couch in the living room, she can feel her cheeks burn in another degree learning she and Yeonjun shared the same bed. She hadn't done that before except sleeping beside her brother
Her thoughts are jumbled that she didn't realise Yuna is staring at her, "You done making babies?" Yeji flinched and saw the youngster sat on the couch across them
"What do you mean?" She asked through her red cheeks, her bruise is now noticeable but it doesn't hurt, "I heard you scream. Thought you guys are doing some miracle." Her cheeks flamed like a tomato
"Yah! I just woke up beside a stranger, who wouldn't be shock and scream?" She defended herself, Yuna rolled her eyes, "You guys are not exactly strangers."
"Still. Anyway, why are you awake?" She quickly divert the topic elsewhere, Yuna frowned remembering something but didn't answer her
Yeji scrutinize her with her cat eyes, "Is something bothering you?" She asked carefully. Yuna sighed before shaking her head, she didn't want her to worry
She smiled, "Nothing. I just can't sleep." The lie completely rolled out her tongue, but Yeji know her than that, she didn't question her, she'll let her open up if she's ready
"Should we visit Chaeryoung? She's probably awake by now." Yuna think about it before nodding but then realise something, "It's only four in the morning, there's no way they'll let us in." Yeji frowned at this
"Yah, unnie. Do you think it's okay if we befriend with them?" Yeji was surprised by this, is this what's bothering her? "If they're trustworthy, then yeah. But they're really persistent having us with the same dorm."
Yuna nodded. Yeji completely understand her if she's feeling insecure, she has trust issues with new people and the only friends she have is them
"You should go back to bed. It's still early." Yeji said, Yuna only shook her head, "I can't sleep, literally."
Yeji giggled, "That makes us two, then." Yuna joined her as well

——— at the CLINIC, 8:09 A.M
Chaeryoung woke up by her throat feeling like it's burning in hell, she groaned before clutching her head when she started feeling dizzy, she leaned on her elbow to support her weight to sit up
She adjusted her sight and noticed all the white things and tools. The door suddenly opened making her look at it, the same lady entered with a smile when she noticed she's awake
"You're awake, that's good. Do you feel any pain?" Chaeryoung only nod her head, unable to answer with words since her throat is dry as hell
The lady then walk towards the room before approaching her with a glass of water. Chaeryoung smiled and then greedily drank the whole thing, "How long I was out?" She asked the lady
"For about few hours." Chaeryoung only then recollects what happened, she got hit
"Is that so? Where are my friends?"
"They're at their dorm." She nodded, "Can I go back now?" She asked her with hopeful eyes
She doesn't like staying in some looking like hospital room, it only makes her remember something she tries so hard to forget
"Your spine is fractured, sweetheart. If you move right now, I can't guarantee that you're not going to break any bones." She sighed before gripping the bed sheets, sweat starting to build on her temples
The lady was a professional doctor before and she knows what's up with her patients by just one glance, "Are you somehow afraid of something?"
Chaeryoung bit her lip before nodding, "I don't like it here." She brokenly whispered, her entire mind is suddenly shutting down in fear
"Okay, sweetheart. I need you to focus on your breathing, just look at me." She approaches her and sat beside her
"Just breath, sweetheart. No one's going to hurt you." Her words didn't reassure her any bit instead she started squirming and putting her hands on her ears, "No. No. No." She chanted repeatedly
"Sweetheart—"
"Don't call me that!" She shouted while tears stream down to her cheeks. Chaeryoung only heard buzzing and the words that the nurse is saying is very distant for hearing
She fell from her memory lane, recalling her worst nightmares. She saw everything in the past, every scream and disgusting words, her sister and blood, in which her body responded to scream and cry
The nurse quickly grabbed a sedation and inject it on her, there's no way she can calm her down in the state like that. Chaeryoung's body relaxed and fell limp on the bed
The nurse sighed before grabbing her phone and dialed someone

EARLIER THAT MORNING
——— in TXT's Dorm, 5:45 A.M
Lia woke up gasping for breath, while beads of sweat covering her temples, it was one of those nights she would wake because of nightmares. She looked around frantically, trying to calm her rapid breathing
She noticed that Soobin is not in his bed. Last night, they didn't talk to each other and as if a cue Lia slept on one of his sofa in the room
She heard the shower running and assumed that Soobin is in there. She placed her hand on her heart, calming her nerves
When she heard a door opening, she snapped her head to see Soobin's half naked form walking out the bathroom while water is dripping from his head and shoulders. Her cheeks flamed up and quickly look away before he notice
Luckily, he went straight forward to his closet assuming she's still asleep
Not wanting to invade his physical privacy compartment, she quietly stood and made no noise waking for the exit
Unfortunately, Soobin turn around and noticed her, "When did you wake up?" She hissed hearing his voice, "Just now. I'll let you change in private." She said
"I could do that in my bathroom." He dead panned, this time her cheeks flamed because of embarrassment, "I'm going to visit Chaeryoung." She quickly excused and walked out of the room with a sigh
When she went in the living room, all the girls are there talking, "Lia's up. Let's go." Yeji pointed at her, "We should take a shower first, y'know. We didn't even change our clothes." Lia grimaced, noticing they're still wearing the same clothes from yesterday. She sat beside Yuna
"I forgot." They said simultaneously, resulting her to shook her head
"You can take a shower, noona. I'll visit Chaeryoung instead." They all looked at the red haired boy who appeared at the corner, "Why should we trust you?" Ryujin asked arrogantly, Yeji gave her a look
"Are you sure?" Yeji asked with a doubtful tone. Taehyun didn't hesitate to agree, "Alright, inform us if anything happens." With that, he left the dorm
"Unnie, you can't just trust anyone with Chaeryoung like that because of some stupid shower!" Ryujin exclaimed, "Ryujin—"
"You girls go." Beomgyu popped out the corner with the boys, they're already wearing their uniform. Yeji noticed Yeonjun's hair color changed, instead having blue hair he has blonde hair, "Even though you don't trust Taehyun. I'm sure he has no ill intention towards Chaeryoung." Beomgyu said to Ryujin
She huffed before standing up and walked pass by him, "I'm sorry about that Beomgyu. She just doesn't like the idea having a stranger near Chaeryoung." Yeji said
Beomgyu only nodded, "You must be hungry, noona. We'll cook you breakfast while you clean up yourself." Kai exclaimed before rushing to the kitchen, he knew they'll turn him down
"That's not necessary." Lia muttered, the boys followed him without protesting in his idea. They quietly left the room to take a shower
When they're done, they took another uniform from their bag and put it on
Few minutes later, the boys prepared hundreds of food on the table exactly when the girls arrived, "Great timing. Let's eat, noona."
Before they could protest, Kai sat down on one of the stool across them. They were surprised that the table can fit ten people, Yeji awkwardly sat in front Yeonjun while the girls take her lead

They started eating in silence, the girls weren't really in the mood for breakfast while in front of them, "Noona, do you want to come with us this Saturday?" They weren't surprised when Kai asked that
"What are you gonna do?"
Kai shrugged, "Nothing. It's basically our fun time day. Do you wanna come? We'll be going somewhere."
"I'm sorry, Kai. But we have other plans." Ryujin answered making the maknae pout irresistibly, "Doing what?" Beomgyu questioned, Ryujin briefly narrow her eyes
"None of your business." Ryujin spat
"Ryujin." Yeji called her name, "We would most likely to explore this town in weekends." Yeji responds
"How about we all come together?" Soobin suggested, making the girls raised their eyebrow, "We don't want anything to happen just like yesterday." He quickly excused, he didn't know what came up for him to say such things
Kai hummed while munching his food, "Whe could whelp you to eshplore." He mumbled, Beomgyu slapped the back of head, "Table manners, maknae." He scolded, Kai only smiled sheepishly
"Since when did you care about those, hyung?" He asked after he swallowed his food, Beomgyu glared daggers at the youngster
"So uhh, about yesterday..." Yeonjun trailed off, they looked at the blonde haired with curiosity, "We're sorry the way we acted. We know we're douches and I hope you can forgive us." He scratch the back of his head
Yuna briefly narrowed her eyes at him recalling on how they call them spoiled girls, "You think we're easy, don't you?" Ryujin asked, her teeth gritting in anger
Yeonjun looked genuinely confuse by this, "Just because we got into an accident doesn't mean you should be regretting what you said. Saying sorry won't cause the damage you inflicted to heal, you think we'll accept your apology just to get you to favor us in this dorm? Think again. We're thankful that Kai isn't like you, you're all older than him yet he's the one who's mature enough to treat us indifferently unlike you. If you don't want us in here, you could just talk to your dad and I'm sure as fuck he'll favor your decision."
As Ryujin finished her speech, she left the table and went to Beomgyu's room with a bang. Yuna didn't look surprised unlike Yeji and Lia. The boys look rather confused
They didn't dare to lift a finger or make a noise, "What... What did we said wrong that she's mostly hate to hear?" Beomgyu asked, still in daze where Ryujin left
The silence was defeaning, "She hates being judged at first glance but she also don't want to waste her time mingling her breath to defend herself." Yuna answered, looking unbothered
Blinking several times, Soobin spoke, "Believe it or not, we're genuinely want to apologize. I know words are big deal, and I know we actually hurt you with sharp words even if we don't know but we like to mend those. It also doesn't mean we trust you, we just want to..." Soobin couldn't find the right words
"If you really want our forgiveness then don't use your words. Act." Yuna finished her breakfast and put it on the sink
The boys thought what did they said for Ryujin to react like that. Sure, they're rude and Ryujin is short tempered but they might have thought that the girls went through a tough time
And they didn't know how right they were
