Its finally happened.
Mike and I.
After more than a year of being through mess after mess and confusion after confusion, we're together.
I wanna say I'm not doubtful one bit, but I dont wanna lie either. Its gonna take time to be fully comfortable being together but its going to be worth it. He's truly great.
Right now for example I'm waiting for him at my favourite restaurant. Its our sixth month anniversary and he decided we needed to really celebrate by going out and having an amazing time together.
I see him enter the restaurant, the moment he looks at me he breaks into a huge smile. I cant help but do the same. I love him.
"Hey baby." Mike says as he kisses me on the forehead.
He lays a rose down on the table for me as he sits down and grabs my hand.
"I missed you." I say even though we were together not even an hour ago.
He smiles at me. "Me too, baby. I love you."
"I love you too."
I smile at him, knowing that this is gonna last. He's the one for me, hes always been the one for me.
