Fitoor.
Obsession.
That's what he had...obsession of her...fitoor. The fitoor which made him fall on his knees for a girl with honey brown eyes. The obsession that made the beast within cower back....that made the soul within alive again.
He was obsessed.
He didn't regret...why would he? His fitoor for her had another interpretation than what world would say. And he didn't care what world would say...he had her, that's it. He had her the one he longed for. Tabeer, his only dream that came to reality.
The soft of her bare hands made contact with his lonely ones molding into it as if made for it. His darkest black orbs glistened in the dimly lit canopy while an intense look flowed on his face. The look that made her unknowingly lose herself in him. Time stilled...or it didn't but who cared? He had her and she had him that's all what mattered. Slowly snaking his other hand around her waist he gently pulled her closer. Her small hand still in his large one, held in a tight promising grip.
Placing her other hand on his shoulder she looked up...straight in his eyes. Straight in his soul. Soft breeze blowing around played with her hair locks and the rogue strand tickled her back of neck sending a shiver down her spine. They had no account when there still body had started swaying in a slow motion. Soft music played in the background, it was playing all the time but the two hadn't noticed.
Zindagi ne ki hai kaisi saazishein
Poori hui dil ki wo farmaishein
Maangi duaa ek tujh tak jaa pahunchi
Parvardigara, parvardigara
Kaisi suni tune meri khamoshi
O parvardigara
Eyes still locked, hearts in synchrony while soul intertwined. Absorbing the soft harmony of the song...was it coincidence or something else? The lyrics seemed to be taken from their lives. Matching everything. Their first encounter played in her mind while in his the memory of fifteen years back.
Ye fitoor mera laaya mujhko hai tere kareeb
Ye fitoor mera rehmat teri
Ye fitoor mera maine badla re mera naseeb
Ye fitoor mera chaahat teri
O parvardigara, parvardigara
With a swift he swirled her around in a circular motion and restore her earlier position but with a small jerk making her palm land on his chest.
“Jaana...” He whispered softly.
“You're the best thing that happened to me.” Every word he spoke entered her soul making her heart throb inside her chest. She could hear its beat and so could he. Their slow movement complimenting the song in the background and their frantically beating heart complimenting each other in silent words.
Night had approached adding beckoning enchantment to their small canopy. The stars twinkled with adoration seeing the two intertwined souls. The rouge wind added more charisma to their small date night while the full moon shone behind the cotton of the sky.
“Let's go.” Zoheb spoke getting up from his place and forwarding his hand to her. A quizzical look formed on her face. He smiled softly and spoke,
“I want to show you our room.” This was more confusing for her. Nevertheless, she placed her hand in his and followed him. They walked inside but this time it was from another garden door to another hallway. She hadn't seen this part of the house on her house tour, and she could say that this part was more beautiful, a beautiful vibe came from the walls that was decorated with different antique things. This part was more homely.
Crossing a distance of somewhat five minutes they reached a double door, the only one in the long hallway. He turned around and found her already looking at the door with curious eyes. Wrapping his hand around her bare shoulder he pushed the door making it open with a small creak.
Tabeer was still processing things when suddenly she felt warm hand touch her cold bare shoulder sending chill down her body. An unknown overwhelming sensation flowed through her body. The same sensation she had when he had kissed her, thinking of that memory an unwanted blush crept on her face making her red. Her reverie was broken by a small creak of door, and she looked in the direction of the sound.
Gorgeous.
The room was gorgeous...beautiful and magnificent. It was huge, even in the dimly lit surrounding one could figure out it's huge size. Suddenly lights flickered and the whole room brightened up, she could feel her mouth open in shock. It was beautiful...beyond imagination.
The interior was mainly of navy blue and white combination, a huge king-size bed in the middle of the room and a seating area near a huge window. Chandeliers hanging on the high ceiling making the room look more exquisite wall painted with navy blue and a small hallway opened from the seating area.
“My mother wanted me to have this room when I get married.” He spoke making her look at him intently. There was a distant look on his face, a sadness in his eyes and a painful smile on his lips. He was reviving the old memories and old memories are always beautiful but always come with pain.
“She had decorated it herself making sure that every detail was on point. The whole mansion was decorated by her but this room held a different kind of adoration to her. It is as it was when she had completed her work. No changes were made.” All the time his eyes roamed in the room as if picturing his mother's days spent here. Tabeer was awestruck by him. His intense gaze on the things of the room and his loving way of explaining the details...everything looked beautiful to her.
She gently placed her hand on his arm. His head snapped towards her in shock only to end up smiling at her assuring eyes. He took hold of her hand on his arm and brought it to his lips. Pecking it softly he pulled her closer and snaked his hand around her waist. The closeness of their body was making her heart flutter and blush formed on her face. He smiled at her and softly pecked her cheeks one by one then her eyes and lastly her forehead.
His lips lasted longer on her forehead, her eyelids had closed itself letting her engulf the serenity of the moment. He parted and caressed her cheek with the back of his hand.
“Come,” he spoke and then almost for an hour they kept roaming in the room. He explained every single details about the interior while her time went in observing him. All the time a beautiful smile plastered on her features.
“We can shift here whenever you want.” Zoheb's voice snapped her out of her trance, she was staring him without any expression on her face. The tone he used had a hope in it. An underlying request. What feels like ages they kept staring each other, reason was still unknown, still out of their knowledge yet beautiful. A small smile broke on her face.
He smiled back and took hold of her hands. Again kissing the back of it he pressed it firmly...an act of showing his support...an act of reassuring her.

Tabeer had completed her night prayer and was still seated on the prayer mat. Her eyes traced the intricate designs of the mat while her mind lost in another world. Everything that had happened few hour ago was giving rise to an overwhelming feeling. The kind of she hadn't felt ever. The one which was making her heart go wild...beating as it never did.
She got up from her position and after keeping the mat on its place removed her scarf. The brown captured locks opened on its own, escaping the grip of her loose bun. A frustrated groan left her mouth as she tried to clasp it again. She had thought sleep would engulf her as soon as her body would hit the surface of the soft mattress but to her utter dismay sleep didn't knock her door for a long time.
Her body craved the peace of slipping into oblivion but her mind was still awake trying to figure out something she didn't even know. It was a strange thing to her, never had her mind betrayed her...whatever it did she knew. But now her mind as well as her heart had their own accord...the one she was unaware of. Getting up from her sleeping position she grabbed her phone. And whatever her mind and heart said she did, without thinking, without doubting because she knew it was the right thing.
The best thing.

Alfaaz toh hazaron hain jahan mein
Par teri khamoshi ka matlab dhundta hun
(Isn't it my obsession
That all the time I look for you
Thousands of words are in the world
Still I look for the meaning of your silence)

Assalamoalaikum everyone.
How are you all?
I want to ask one thing...should I end the story here or write some more?
