Rose POV
I stared at the clock and saw its already 7AM I sighed and stared at the empty space beside me. I don't remember Dimitri having an early shift today. I got out of bed went to his room and his not there I checked the kitchen and bathroom and his not there as well, I went back to my room and decided to text him:
Hey where are you?
I checked my messages and saw a text from Lissa:
Kirova wants us to go back to school today, your dorm or mine?
I sighed and replied back:
Mine, Dimitri's gone already :((
Lissa then replied:
So, I got you all by myself then?
I laughed and texted back:
Yep, I'll be ready in 30 minutes.
Before I closed my phone I checked if Dimitri already replied and he didn't I sighed and just took a bath, I then got dressed then packed my school bag. After that I went to the kitchen to grab my water bottle and a granola bar for me and Lissa.
Knock Knock
I opened the door and let Lissa in "How are you?" Lissa asked I sighed and said "Well while taking a bath I realized that I haven't deal with my parents, Abe and Janine you know, since they lied to me about Tasha, I haven't seen our friends, I am excited to see them though, Oh, I woke and Dimitri wasn't beside me." I said ending it with a pouty face. "But hey, I got you so its okay." I continued Lissa laughed and we left my dorm.
We walked past St. Vlademir's statue and stared at it "Crazy adventure huh?" I turn around and saw Mason I smiled and hugged him "Miss you Rosie." I punched him in the chest and he laughed "Where's Adrian?" Lissa asked "With Sydney, those two started dating when you guys were gone leaving me lonely." Mason said pouting "Aww you poor big baby." Lissa said we laughed and walked to class.
Dimitri POV
"Are you two sure that they are completely fine?" Kirova asked "Yes they are 100% fine, we'll continue to monitor them for you and the council." Ivan said completely pissed. I mean who wouldn't be pissed right? Kirova called us at 6AM for an emergency meeting only to find out the meeting was with her and the academy council, they want to know if Rose, Christian and Tasha are capable of going back to their normal lives. "We just can't help but worry, the three of them were in a crazy adventure for 2 months and you also said their body temperature kept on changing because of the time travel, what if it changed again because they're back here at the academy?" Kirova said "It won't happen because their soul is no longer trapped in Lorraine's fantasy land." I said
"Is there anything else you need? We just got back yesterday and you already dragged us here for a meeting, hell you even made Rose and Christian go back to school already at least give them a break even Tasha is already back at work." Ivan said "Well they have to catch up, graduation is just around the corner." Kirova said I sighed and rubbed my forehead "You okay Belikov?" Kirova asked "Can we go now? We haven't eaten anything yet, since you demanded yes I said demanded since your tone was bossy early in the morning." I said
Kirova gave us the permission to leave and Ivan closed the door I opened my phone and saw messages from Rose:
Hey where are you?
I'm off to my class now
Text me when you can?
I love you
"Rose texted you?" Ivan asked "Yeah she did, how about Viktoria?" I asked "Yeah she texted me too." Ivan said "Breakfast at my place?" I asked "Come on!" Ivan said I chuckled he seemed very excited when I offered breakfast at the dorm. I checked my emails while walking and heard Ivan yell "Belikov hurry your ass up!" I smiled and placed my phone on my pocket.
We reached the dorm and I went to the kitchen I took out the bagel, cheese, egg, and ham from the cabinet and refrigerator and Ivan smirked at me I raised an eye brow at him and he looked at my bedroom I checked my bedroom and saw my laptop on my table and it has a sad face on it. "Looks like Rose sad that you left her without leaving a note." Ivan said "Yeah I was in a rush I forgot I didn't want to wake her up as well since I know she's tired." I said while making breakfast "Well, Viktoria is sad that I left early because when she went to the kitchen there were no breakfast prepared at the table." Ivan said laughing I laughed as well and toasted the bagel. "Orange juice or beer?" Ivan asked I looked at the clock and saw it already 9:22 AM "Its too early for beer." I said Ivan laughed and said "I was kidding, chill." he took out a chocolate drink and I stopped him "That's Rose drink, leave it." I said Ivan frowned and said "And if I don't?" I smirked and said "Rose will glare at you for a whole week and she might also try to mess up your dorm." Ivan place it back and said "Orange juice it is."
After a few minutes I set up the bagel sandwich and gave it to Ivan we ate it at the kitchen and he smiled at me "Damn I really missed this. Thank you." I smiled back at him and finished my sandwich "I'm mad at you, don't talk to me!" Ivan said out loud reading a message from Viktoria I guess. I laughed and decided to text Rose back:
Sorry love, Ivan and I got pulled into an emergency meeting by Kirova and the academy council.
Lunch together later?
I waited for her reply and she did reply:
No. I'll be having lunch with my friends.
I laughed and showed Ivan what Rose texted me back "So she's mad?" Ivan asked 'Yep, when uses the period it means she's mad or pissed." I said Ivan showed me what Viktoria said and I laughed:
I'm mad at you, don't talk to me!
Sleep at your own bed tonight
STUPID BITCH YOU WON'T REPLY????
FINE!! HOPE YOU HAVE A TERRIBLE DAY!!
"Looks like we're in big trouble huh?" Ivan said sighing "Your the one who's in big trouble." I said laughing he hit my shoulder and I laughed I let him wash the dishes and after that he left to take a bath and I did the same thing.
Rose POV
"I almost turned gay the past 2 months!" Adrian said I wiped away my tears and Lissa did the same. Its already lunch time and we have been laughing for the past 20 minutes hearing what Adrian and Mason did while we were gone. "Yeah people actually thought he and I were a thing! But then, this ass hole here made me a third wheel since he always drag Sydney whenever its lunch time." Adrian said "Sorry." Sydney said "I'm not." Adrian said we laughed again and Mason punched Adrian's shoulder. "Trouble in paradise?" Lissa asked I look at Viktoria and she looks mad "Don't worry your brother left me too." I said the whole table laughed and Viktoria sighed "Jerks! They didn't even care enough to reply or leave a note!" Viktoria said "True." I said
"Hmm speak of the devils." Adrian said we turn around and saw Dimitri and Ivan they smiled at us and I decided to glare at Dimitri and Viktoria did the same thing we continued to eat our food and Adrian being the ass hole he is, decided to invite Dimitri and Ivan to eat lunch with us, and of course the two morons said yes.
Dimitri sat beside me and I ignored him "Hi Roza." he said I ignored him and sipped on my water "Damn." Adrian said "But hey when we were in Russia, Dimitri, Rose, Ivan and Viktoria were okay, they were even loud at night!" Lissa said giggling Vika and I glared at her and Christian smirked "They weren't the only one who was noisy you know." Lissa blushed and I high fived Christian "Thanks cousin!" I said laughing I then opened my phone and saw a message from an unknown number:
Dinner tonight?
I frowned and texted back
Before you invite me for dinner you may wanna introduce yourself first ;)
"Who's that?" Dimitri asked, again, I ignored him
This is your father
I sighed and texted back
No.
I closed my phone and saw Ivan teasing Viktoria "Do you want to have a bruise on your face?" Mason asked Ivan we laughed as Vika used her powers to spill water on Ivan "Damn you Rose for teaching Vika." Ivan mumbled I winked at Viktoria and she winked back "CUT IT OFF!" I looked at Lissa and her face is disgusted I looked at Adrian and he is kissing Sydney very passionately. We laughed and Mason threw a empty bottle at them "Stop making me feel single!" Mason said "Well why don't you just ask Avery out?" Adrian said out loud some people from the cafeteria looked at our table and then Mason chased Adrian "IVASHKOV! ASHFORD! DENTENTION!" Alto yelled "Oh, we also got tons of detentions when you were gone because we were pretty bored." Adrian said laughing "You want another one?" Alto asked "I don't mind at all! I pretty much got use to it you supervising detention." Adrian said "How about you Ashford?" Alto asked I was expecting Mason to say know but he smirked at Alto "I don't mind at all sir."
3 HOURS LATER
"DONE FINALLY!" I said leaving the chem laboratory my classes are finally done and I'm so happy I can't wait to lay down in my bed and go to sleep. I was able to pass the tasks that I missed thanks to Adrian and Mason they helped me out at the library and in return I agreed to pay for the pizza they bought. "Are you really going to ignore me?" I looked at the corner and saw Dimitri with his arms crossed I ignored him and Alto called out my name "Where do you think you're going?" He asked I frowned and said "Dorm." he chuckled and said "Actually Ms. Hathaway you'll be going with Belikov, you missed 2 months of training so he'll be training you since I have 2 morons to supervise." I looked at him shocked and saw Mason and Adrian laughing I glared at them and Alto gave me my gym bag "Belikov train her for the next 7 weeks I want you to train her 3 hours per day so that in a week she'll have 21 hours of training and if you calculate it in 7 weeks you will have 147 hours of training." I opened my mouth to protest but Alto beat me to it "Or do you prefer that I'll train you instead?" I shut my mouth and Alto left with Mason and Adrian who is following Alto like a lost puppy.
"Gym now." Dimitri said I followed him and when we reached the gym I changed into my training clothes and tied up my hair into a pony tail "30 minutes cycling, 30 laps of running, 20 minutes of weight and the rest of the hours will be used for sparring." Dimitri said seating on the bench reading his book "No music." Dimitri said smirking at me I groaned and did what instructed me to do.
1 HOUR LATER
I sat on the floor trying to catch my breath I was freaking exhausted from the warm up Dimitri told me to do I drank my water and heard Dimitri say "10 minute break after that we'll start to spar." I took out my phone and sent a message to a group chat:
Rose H: I HAVE 3 HOURS OF TRAINING FOR THE NEXT 7 WEEKS WITH DIMITRI!
Vasilissa D: Cheer up Rose! You'll be fine
Mason A: Do you want me to train you instead Hathaway?-Alto
Rose H: No!
Mason A: Go back to training then you still have 2 hours - Alto
Rose: Dimitri gave me a 10 minutes break
Adrian I: HE GAVE YOU A BREAK? DAMN YOU LUCKY BITCH
Mason A: Take training seriously Hathaway, or else -Alto
I sighed and closed my phone I still have 7 minutes though so I just stared at the wall Hmm maybe if I seduced Dimitri he won't force me to train? Maybe we'll just spend the 3 hours laying around here in the gym or in bed??? I looked at Dimitri and damn it he looks so good wearing a tank top and sweatpants I can see his muscles and I sighed I doubt it though, Dimitri is strict and doesn't mix work with his personal life. I closed my eyes and told myself I could do this I was able to do it in Alto's class anyway, though Dimitri supervised it.
"Times up." Dimitri said I sighed and drank some water again I stood in front of Dimitri and threw a punch at him, he was able to dodge it so I went for his leg but it didn't seem to hurt him he grabbed my hand and twisted it gently my back is up against him and I elbowed him, we did a different position and when I tried to flip him he flipped me instead. I groaned and he shook his head "Again' I sighed and stood up.
I attacked him again by attempting to hit his face and he dodged it he attacked my leg and flipped me again "Again." I sighed and pulled his leg he fell to the floor I elbowed him and he got on top of me pinning me on the floor "Think Rose, don't make moves because your frustrated, think, think of what can knock off your opponent." I smirked and kissed his lips "Cheating, that was inappropriate." Dimitri pulled me up and said "Again." I smiled and pulled him into a kiss I wrapped my arms around his neck and he lightly squeezed my waist, he then pulled away and I frowned he walked towards me and I thought he was going to kiss me but jokes on me because he flipped me "Again."
