"Come on Milaaaa. Everybody had seen it!" Mia whined.
"No. It was a strap I told y'all," I said as I watched the girls in the pool.
I smiled. they were having a blast. I was happy they were doing good. They were kids. Kids that weren't scared anymore. Even Trina has relaxed a lot. She was able to actually enjoy the start of her life.
"Look here they come. Imma ask," Red said as she stood up.
I rolled my eyes as I watched my phone dance on the table. Mika, Miguel and Esha had helped me clean up the kitchen and apparently the hallway... and the stairs; while the rest of them tried to convince me to convince Rain to let them see.
"She not finna do it," Ricki said as she got up and stretched.

"I'm Red. She will let me see," she said as she started her walk over to them.

I smiled as I watched London and Ra chase her around the yard before Traci quickly grabbed her and the girls tackled her to the ground with Tracis help.
"Is that Tamia?" My mom said and gasped.
"Nope, we not... finna do this," Migule said as he hung up my phone.
I laughed as I watched him shake his head and drink his henny and coke. He was so serious. I raised my eyebrow as my phone danced against the table as my mom FaceTime me.
"If they don't leave me alone," Rain said.
"I told you about them shorts though," I said and laughed.
"Does this mean I can walk around in my boxers again?" She asked me as she kissed my neck.
"As much as I would love that. Look at them and tell me if that's a good idea," I said as she moved her arms from around my waist.
"Got damn she keeps calling,"Mika mumbled.
I groaned and swipe the FaceTime but left it face up on the table. Rain sat next to me and pulled me out of my chair and onto her lap.

"Mila pick me up so I can see," my moms voice came through.
I groaned and watched as Miguel just turned my phone off. I gasped as he looked at me.
"Your phone died,"he said and shrugged his shoulders.

"We should go on a trip," Stormie said.

"First a bath then a nap," I said as I picked up Ra.
"Okay," they both said as I stood up and Rain picked up London.
"We all can use a shower and a nap before this party later," Miguel said.
"Nigga you just want some dick before the party start," Nora said as she walked up.

"Go find Frankie or something," Migule mumbled.
"She on the way," She said.
I looked over at Rain as her phone rang. She raised her eyebrow and started at her phone.

"I don't know," she mumbled and placed the phone back into her pocket.

"Does my mother have your number?" I asked her as her phone vibrated against the night stand.

"Mommy I told you .I was out with my wife. We not coming there. We just put the girls down for a nap and everything," I said as I watched my wife place a purple v neck over her beater.

"Look y'all can come here around 3 and leave right after the fireworks. We having a party and y'all can't stay," Rain said as she hung up the phone.
